Felix the cat helped me out a couple of months ago with a dead battery. I was stuck in the Grocery Outlet Parking Lot and he rolled a cart with the items needed over to meet me and just made the whole experience smooth and peaceful. I would highly recommend this Auto Zone, especially Felix. My vehicle still thanks him for the new battery and ease of installation.

Every time I come here they give me the wrong filter for my car. Seems like the men don t know what they re doing. It took 3 men that could not figure out why they couldn t offer a special that was advertised. On Guy came in and was nice and figured it out and was trying to make it right for us and then one of the other losers said no. I waited 30 minutes for nothing! Thanks for nothing!

Ordered multiple parts tried to warranty one part after they were 5 minutes after closing they don't have any parts requested parts under that number although I am only checking to if it arrived since i Ordered it at 11 am and now they have no history at all

Every time I come to this Auto Zone, I am never disappointed with their customer service. Today my car battery died and a friend was kind enough to help me jump start it and we went straight to Auto Zone. They were so kind through the whole process and Felix even installed the new battery for me. I am beyond grateful and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone experiencing any car problems or looking to do some DIY projects!

We needed windshield wipers put on two cars. Felix C was quick and knowledgeable even when one of the wipers didn't come off easily. He was friendly and helpful

Came in to get battery tested. Team member Felix C. was super helpful in testing it and getting me a new battery. And I'm super grateful to his awesome help in getting the battery installed quickly even with the 100*+ weather.

It's getting worse and worse for parts to be in stock. Employees are friendly, HOWEVER most of the staff is completely lacking basic automotive knowledge unless they are in front of the computer. But they do have best prices in town and selection is larger then the others

Service and range of parts were very critically-lacking when I went to hook up the amps, subs, and speakers. Was lied to and told that my purchases are tracked through AutoZone so I'm unsure what to do with that

Edgar and Connie were absolutely wonderful! They helped me find what I needed for my vehicle and made sure everything was working properly. I appreciate them both for great customer service and taking the time to help me fix my problem. Thank you guys so much!! Your awesome!!!!!

1 star is more suitable, return a core as I had got part online, an took core in to this location, was told can't do cash that it has to go on card of purchase, if could of used cash I would of, an the core price still is not refunded toy card yet so I'll be calling corporate office in the morning.

Needed to have my battery exchanged and replaced but the autozone in cal city wouldn't do it so I came to the rosamond one.Edgar is who helped us and was so nice and helpful. He removed the battery and installed the new one and helped me with getting a new warranty. Will definitely come to this autozone from now on since they are so nice and helpful. Thank you.

Stopped in to see why my engine light was on. Connie was very nice and helpful. Hooked a machine up to my car and in minutes found what the problem was! Thank you!

Felix C. helped me out today. He switched out my battery and was able to test the battery and my alternator. He was kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. 5 star service, give that man a raise!

The staff here are.always so helpful and friendly. I have never had bad service here. When my boyfriend and I went in there once one of the employees was putting away stock but stopped to help us and that same time went to print out our receipt and caught us in the parking lot before we left to show us that we had $20 dollars accumulated with their rewards program for our next visit. It's nice to see that people still go above and beyond to give good customer service.

Good customer service and helpful employees. The particular part I needed was a bit over priced but I needed it then and O'Reilly's quoted a substantially higher price still. Wish it had been no more than 30% - 50% above online prices for the same part. Even name brand parts online are far less expensive.

I applied for a job and called the next day to notify the manager, the worker on the phone was very polite and told me he would call Wednesday. Never got a call after waiting the whole day. This just shows how the manger is not professional and lacks to be a manager to actually inform someone who really wanted the job. I had a good feeling about this application I applied for, but the manger Is absolutely a let down.Managers Name Jose .Absolutely a joke when it comes to professionalism.

The ladies working here know their stuff. I used the multimeter to diagnose a parasitic train at their suggestion. They were right! I found it and fixed it within 2 hours. They also put a full charge on my spare battery the O'Reilly's said couldn't be charged. Im using that spare battery and gave had no voltage drop or issues with it.

I could go 3 stars, because the good service is slow, or four, just rating the service. It'd sure be great if they always had enough staff on duty to keep wait times down. Otherwise, beautiful!
