I brought my 55 Chevy to RPM for miscellaneous repairs and dyno tuning. Throughout the process of the repair and added work, the entire team did an amazing job communicating with me and did an outstanding job. Everyone at RPM was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made many suggestions, some even saving me money. This is why I will only take my car to RPM. After a year of getting the runaround about my AC and exhaust issues from My Mechanic in Rohnert park, I finally took my Subaru Forester to RPM in Rohnert Park. They diagnosed the problem within hours and had my car running smoothly again in just a few days. I'm incredibly grateful for their expertise and quick service. So glad I decided to bring my car here!

Service writer was very helpful and informative. Communication was also top notch. I haven t had much experience with their repair shop yet, but their machine shop rebuilt my 6.0 Powerstroke short-block a few years ago and it has been flawless for 40,000 miles. No oil leaks or mechanical issues.I would recommend both their shop and machine services based on previous experiences.

Visited rpm and work was completed in a timely manner and feel confident in their workmanship. Just arrived home from a long drive and the smoothest ride, I ve had in a long time. After being given the run around at the dealership rpm has just gained a happy new customer.

Rpm motorsOne of the reason l came to rpm was because of their reputation.Honesty and straight forward.They changed a suspected part, let me know in advance this was a 1st step and then we would go from there.In my case, it didn't work out for me.But the straight forward explanation allowed me to make a decision not to go farther in to my repair.Because it would not be cost effective.They could have milked this for quite the bill,but they dignified me by not draining my bank account.JohnBlake the service manager

Called up to see if my warranty would cover a trunk strut and broken A/C and the lady said bring it in the owner is good with warranties and he will tell you.After bringing the car in I was told it would cost $516 to inspect it then after it being there a little over an hour I got a call saying it s going to be $800 to inspect it and after all that to fix both was going to be another $3,000 and warranty only covered a small amount of that.So, I turned down the repairs and was told I still had to pay $800 for inspection and $250 deductible even though I wasn t having repairs?? I said I was not happy with any of it and felt VERY mislead from the initial conversation and when I went to pick up my car it went down to $394 to have absolutely nothing done to the car besides being told I needed it repaired which I already knew. Unbelievable!!!

As always the wonderful.people at RPM came through! They were able to get us in for an emergency repair, and even gave us a much needed loaner so we could still get to work during the repairs. They are always professional, communicative, helpful, and honest. Thank you, RPM!

RPM is a family run business. They treated me like family when they came and picked up my car at my work and left me a free loaner car to drive. My car was done in a day and runs perfectly.

Making the appointment for oil change and vehicle inspection was quick, east and they got me in much sooner than I had anticipated. I was thinking I d have to Uber/Lyft to get to work while the service was performed. Brad offered me a loaner car and wow, I just saved $50 From Danny and her cheerful personality at check in to the pickup/payment it was a good experience and I ll bring my vehicles here from now on.

RPM provides great service and has a great diagnostic team. Fixed my F150's heater blower after a mouse made a mess inside. Cleaned the vents out and then also figured out why I was experiencing steering wheel vibration. I'm going to start this off by saying that I have a hard time trusting auto shops with all the scandals lately and past events with my previous cars. I always try to do all my own auto maintenance. However, I would have NO PROBLEM taking my vehicle to RPM Auto for ANY type of work.A little backstory...I met one of the owners Brad as he generously donated his services and cool swag to the Northbay Fires Benefit Car Show that I was organizing. I later met the whole family, Fran (Wife, owner/operator) and Jason (son, operator) among others and saw how they ran their business.At a later time, we organized a dyno day with some of the raffle winners of the car show and had a great time! The shop provided breakfast snacks and coffee as well as a great lunch catered by Jimmy John's (delicious). They constructed a really cool trophy for the winner of the dyno shootout but the most important thing for me was that I developed a great relationship with the owner and we all felt that we could absolutely bring our builds here and trust the quality work and staff.Now bringing it to recent events...Yesterday, I brought my vehicle to the service shop to get some suspension maintenance and an alignment done. Again, Quality staff and service shined! Don, the service manager gave me a ride to work while Marvin (service manager) and Lucas (technician) were tasked with the maintenance itself. all 3 members were very clear with their expectations and communication.I cannot express enough the quality and integrity of this shop and its staff. Maybe now I can let go of my ridiculous auto shop fears. I'll definitely bring my car back here for future work and performance mods. If I could give it more than a 5 star rating, I would.Edit 09/23/19:We held another cool event at RPM and I was having issues with my car. Modern vehicles are very complex machines and Jason offered to take a look at the car and see if anything was going on. He hopped in and plugged in his laptop and found that there were some issues and we had discussed what was going on. Brad (owner), Jason (owner and son) and I popped the hood and took a look around and quickly found that a wiring loom was faulty and had come dislodged. They very generously got it quickly fixed with some new wires and soldered it into place.I CAN'T THANK THESE GUYS ENOUGH! GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Brad and all those over at RPM have nothing but the best intentions for their clientele. He is a local, small business owner who knows that taking care of the community is where it counts. They took the time to help tailor my vehicle repairs to accommodate my budget and safety. I have an high mileage German car that RPM oversees. Brad is fair, honest and compassionate. He even came to me to inspect my vehicle when my alternator ultimately failed. When I did have an issue after a recent repair RPM solved it promptly. They took pictures of my deconstructed engine to show me where my issues lay. They even pointed out where previous mechanics have failed. RPM offered the best options for repair and only use high quality/original parts. It is often said that it s not what you do for people but how you make them feel, that leaves an impression. I took my Lexus IS250 to RPM Automotive Services for a diagnostic check an overall inspection just to make sure everything was okay. What a thorough inspection my car was given! Equally impressive was the detailed description of my car s status, specifically, what was needed, what will need to occur in the future, the cost of the work, and all presented in a way that I could understand.
