I've been going there for years when it was Big O Tires. They are honest work great. Fair prices. They don't rip you off or try to fix something if it's not broken. We bring 4 cars to them.

Amazing service! Called in when an old patch blew out right before a road trip. Chris got me squeezed in first thing when his mechanics got in for the day and I got my car back in 30 minutes. Truly a life saver!Service: TiresService: Tires

Big O in RP is where I take my vehicles for all of my repairs! They have been fantastic and thorough! My car is older and has the issues that come along with age and they do a great job! Thank you for your awesome service!

5 star service. Went here for a simple tire plug and they found three total in the tire that needed fixing. Same price and they even entertained my kids with the lift ! Great local company that has won all my future tire needs.

This is my go-to tire shop, I have been going here for years, though it used to be Big-O it is the same crew and same great service! I really appreciate taking my cars to a shop I know I can trust, they have NEVER tried to mislead me and even when I have been dead wrong on something, they were gentle with their approach. I was an auto tech for 20 years and thought I knew all about cars, but have learned a few new lessons on tires and new cars!

Most of these reviews are old ones for Big O Tires .. make sure you look and see if they are reviewing TIRE PRO's -or- BIG O TIRES ..Well, based on the reply, I'm moving it up to 5 stars. Chris and the others there? They have taken VERY GOOD care of me in the past, and, now that I know I can STILL go there with the tires I purchased from them just last year, and it's time for rotation and an OIL change .. I'll be headed there.Good to hear - everyone that I have worked with before is STILL at the shop and it's STILL the same owners and STILL the outstanding service they've always had since I've been using them .. most like all 30 years they've been in business.In your data base, it will most likely be Gus Gustin.Thanks guys !!!

I took my charger in they took very good care of it. I needed my oil change and the tire had caught a nail. They were very reasonably price. I will go back.Jacob Journey was very excellent in getting me in and very professional at the counter.

I had caught a screw in one of my tires and had driven several miles with a flat before I noticed. I was certain that tire was shot (it was), and thought that maybe due to the mileage I had put on my car that my others were getting close to needing a replacement too. They showed me how to check a built in feature on tires that lets you know when you're in need of replacement. When it turned out that I was close to needing a replacement on my other three tires (not dangerously close, just closish), they did not try to pressure me into purchasing them, which I really appreciate. I was in and out within a half hour. Being fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and having no pressure to make any additional purchases has definitely made this my number one recommendation for tires.

I went in for 4 new tires, the nice gentleman at the desk gave me 3 options. based on my budget. Great customer service at a great price.. I will go there for all my tires from here on out.

I drove in with a horrible grinding noise from my front end. They could have said "bearings" or "faulty brakes" & charged me a fortune. No - they were 110% honest. The last shop to service my car, for brakes, had neglected to correctly tighten the lug nuts. I was down to three, all very loose. They charged a grand total of $27 to save my life. Amazing people with integrity.

The Service here is like going to a Service Station in the 50's or 60's. Top notch professional mechanics and Customer Service like Mom's house. Chris has you covered. Don't tell too many people. Shhh we want to keep the hometown feeling.

We always have a great experience with our Big O location. For oil changes or tires they are always our go to guys. We never have trouble getting into an appointment or them answering the phone to answer our questions. Big O is the way to go!!

Every time that I go here, they do what I want, do it well and quickly, and charge a lot less than other tire-wheel-alignment-etc. places. They mention options for what I'm asking, but don't push them. All that AND courteous and friendly.

Excellent place went and they instantly took me in and rplaced my tires everywhere else told me come bac in 3 to 5 hours but this placebhad me in and out before i could finsh a $moke. And the people were very easy to deal with thank you again

Had oil change it took approximately half hour. Better services and faster than Chevron Oil Change Drive Thru and cheaper.Highly recommend this place.

Rude woman at the counter - they don't take appointments and won't save your place in the "line" - they make you leave your car for hours while they work on other cars. Had much better experience at all other Big O shops

The crew is always ready to check out any question you have about your tires and vehicle. Very friendly and go the extra mile.
