This was such an easy process. I don't think it could've run smoother and the customer service was fantastic. Even the customer right before me was waxing poetic about how smooth it was. Also their A/C was glorious on a hot day. Would recommend 100% any day!

I go here every year to get my vehicles smoged. Fast friendly service. I even lost my registration paperwork and they said it was no problem they can look my vehicles information ans send it to the DMV no problem. Highly recommended.

We take all of our cars here and it's always a pleasure. Even without an appointment they accommodated me with barely 15 minutes of wait time. Always professional and affordable.

I only put a four instead of five because Rohnert Park Smog waiting area or the office whatever you want to call it did not have a heater it was so cold I feel sorry for this smog mechanic who had to stand there waiting for he's next smog and I used to be a smog mechanic so I know what happens when you have to stand in one place not moving waiting for you next mug of course you can be cold imagine what happens when you don't have a heater the owner of Rohnert Park Smog should know better not just for the smog man but also for the customer that's the only downside of going to Rohnert Park Smog

Hong gave me an appointment exactly when I needed it. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, one of the best car-related experiences I've ever had. Hong was so courteous, professional, and efficient. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Out of there in less than 15 minutes, and that is from the time I drove up until I pulled away. Very polite and courteous. Found out my husband had already brought another one of our vehicles here as well. Definitely where we will go for all of our smog checks. Very fast service. We went here to smog our car and we were literally in an out within 20 minutes. The staff were super nice and very friendly. Will for sure use them again!

I couldn t believe how fast the service was since I stopped by during lunch hours. I was out the door in 12 minutes. Will definitely bring our other vehicles in when they need to be tested.

Well, went to get a smog and the person who sings wasn't there. This is after they were open. Three times I went to check. The guy came back then left again. Went back 1 more time, he was not back. Never will go there again. Wasted entire day for an irresponsible employee.

I get my smog certificate here every two years. 2 different vehicles. Friendly. . prompt service. Fair prices. Pandemic compliant. As long as he remains in business ...i will be a customer he is my go to guy for smog requirements.

Top notch place to get your car STAR smogged. Professional technician. Make an appointment and your in/out quickly. Can take a chance and stop by too....
