The last few times I went here was awhile ago, I was not happy with the finish. It has been at least a year so I tried again, I paid $40 for the wash when I got to my truck the trim had not been done, the running boards still had dirt all over them then I looked inside and they didn't wipe anything down except the dash. I showed a worker there what they missed (pretty much everything) and he went through it again but still was dirty but I didn't want to repeat myself. They didn't remove my mats to vacuum and it looks like they just dumped water and pushed it around on the mats and didn't dry them and they are still dirty. I don't think they even touched my rims, they have crap all over them still. If you are going to charge $40 to clean a vehicle it should be clean I shouldn't have to tell them how to do their job and if your going to look at me like you are expecting a tip when I hand the claim ticket to you, you better do your job.

Thank you very much! The staff was very helpful and was able to get my oil changed, and they walked me through the process. I had a nice cold bottle of water while the work was done. In my opinion, they did everything very fast and thoroughly. I have not gone through the car wash, yet that would be my next experience, but as far as the oil change process, I highly recommend it! and I will be back!

Friendly, professional service. Very thorough with no pressure to buy anything extra. Price was very reasonable, and they have frequent coupons. We got a free car wash with our service. Also a cold or hot drink is complimentary. I recommend Oilstop.

I highly recommend this establishment.This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at Oil Stop in RP. Although they offer you a lot of extras, There is no hard sales push when you kindly decline. I find this to be respectful and refreshing.Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous staff. It s hard to find good customer service these days but You have yourself an award winning crew. It was a pleasure to be customer and I will definitely return.

Great service. Always polite and knowledgeable. They ask if you need anything to drink throughout the oil change. I often do not get any of the additives, but as they say, they're not paid sales commissions, just doing their jobs. That I completely understand. I do wish it wasn't another $100 to drain and change transmission fluid. Prices are up there now...so it makes it kinda hard for people not to jack up their cars and do it themselves

Perfect. They were not pushy with add ons. They explained everything. Fast and thorough. Explained step by step. Showed me fluids from my car and explained the wear and condition. Free sodas. Sierra was very nice and explained everything that was going on. I wish I got names because they were all great. I remember Sam. My wife goes usually. My first experience. We will be back. .

My experience was very pleasant, detailed and informative. No pressure was felt well. Recommendations would be made specifically to my automobile. All technicians were courteous and kind and very attentive to me and my car. I Would recommend Chevron oil stop to anyone of my friends or strangers

The last two times I ve gotten my oil changed at the 5070 Redwood Drive location. And both times, Manny was assisting me. He was so kind, not pushy with sales, only made recommendations and accepted no as an answer easily. The customer service is great here, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location for your next oil change.

This is the only drive-through oil change that I trust (other than my own mechanic). They are prompt, attentive, courteous, and most of all, super-conscientious. I take all three of my cars to this business, and I love the free car wash as well!

Oil change in Rohnert Park was completely a brand new experience for me because of the two lovely young, strong working women who came to help me. I really wish I had noted their names because of the great service, the smiles, the attention to details and the attention to my needs, my goodness how I really do wish I remember their names I spoke to them they had their tags on, they deserve recognition. Thank you Rohnert Park strong women I truly appreciate you, your service and your futures!!! I also met up with Omar. I m glad I remembered his name!! He remembered me from Mi Ranchito Restaurant!!! He dried off my car and made it look sparkling, clean, shiny! Thank you all so much. I m a happy camper My car is happy too!! My treat to Margaritas for the two young women and Omar at Mi Ranchitos!!

Shocking to say the least. I just came for an oil change. Initially, the gentleman reviewing the service seemed competent. He was later replaced by another guy with bloodshot eyes who completed my service and told me I was good to go. He didn't show me the dipstick which is supposed to happen. I drove off onto the freeway. I drove about 5 miles thinking my car engine sounded terrible with loud knocking, which I never had before. I then looked down to see my oil light on giving me the shocking revelation that they drained my oil, but did not replace it!!! I immediately got off the freeway and drove back to Oilstop. Victor the manager was very apologetic, but what can you say. He filled my car with 6 quarts and gave me a letter reviewing the incident. I'm sure driving 10 miles without oil seriously reduced my cars engine life.

They did a full checklist of checking different needs for my Tacoma Prerunnner SR5 and the service was thorough. Hard to believe an oil change is now over $100! The one problem I found was that one of the employees had his car infront of mine and it took twice as long to get service. They were having fun talking and laughing.

The technicians are always so polite and helpful. I appreciate that my vehicle is monitored and I'm alerted to necessary services. Being on a fixed income I really appreciate that I can afford to maintain my car for a long life.

Oil Stop is my go to I always use them. One of the perks is if I m going on a trip I can always stop by and have all of my fluids topped off in between services. The Personnel at Rohnert Park facility is very friendly and helpful.

Good place to go get a good deal they do a good job the people there are friendly only thing I don't like is sale sale sale so go in there knowing what you need what you want let them know and they'll get it done. One thing I can say is it will get the job done right no matter what it is.
