This place rocks! Best place to get a quick oil change! They offer you a beverage which is a very nice gesture! The staff is excellent, friendly & efficient! They do a very comprehensive inspection & show you everything along the way! Of course they will try to upsell you, that's the automotive business! (I wrote service at dealerships for 12 years, trust me it's all about selling "necessary" parts/labor)! Highly recommend this Oilstop!

The staff were all very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They gave me the information and allowed me to make the decisions I felt were best for my vehicle, I never once felt forced or obligated to purchase a service they suggested, they honored my decision and went about their work. The service was efficient. The facility was well maintained, organized and clean. A team member that stood out was Justin, he was friendly, hands on and efficient with his work and customer care approach. I highly recommended this location.

A couple of weeks ago I had an incredibly embarrassing experience here. Not their fault. I had them change my windshield wiper when they changed my oil. I pulled out and noticed that my windshield was cracked at the bottom. I was not happy to say the least. I brought my vehicle around and asked if they cracked it. They said they didn t believe they did, but would be more than happy to go through the footage. Felt super dumb when it was clear the crack was there before and I had somehow missed it. I am really thankful for the team s patience. Since they were so respectful of my concerns for start to finish, it was easier for me to stay cool, and not get upset. They didn t even make me feel bad in the end. They were awesome. Thanks guys.

Once again a fantastic Oil Change experience at The Oil Stop in Rhonert Park, CA. Anthony and his team were welcoming, friendly & polite. I wish they could go out into the world to teach customer service a skill that has severely declined after the pandemic. Additionally, I felt well informed in the what s and whys of their work and confidence in the work they performed.

Nice folks. Got there early so I didn't have to wait. 20 minutes and done. Downloaded a 15% off coupon and was on my way at a fair price. I only wish they could rotate tires. Great experience overall.

I actually had a great visit at the Oil stop which is funny to say. The team there when I arrived was very respectful and attentive. Justin finished up my service and had a great attitude for 9am in the cold. We chatted about the donations they were raising for Maui and it was a short by meaningful conversation.

Very nice and very overpriced. I was persuaded to have my front differential changed, which had been changed a scant three months ago. My bill was $752. A little excessive. The synthetic oil was the same level and color at the beginning and after it had been changed. Not going back.

Fast and efficient. I've been to a few different Oil Stops in the area and this one seems to be the best. The staff is very friendly and thorough. Also, it seems like the employees here are a little more experienced than other Oil Stops. Solid option for a drive through spot.

I finally was able to get in right away. I had tried 3 times before but was told it would be an hour wait due to not enough workers. Everything went great. Only problem was when I got on the freeway and was doing 65mph when I realized they did not shut my hood! Very scary! I took the next exit and went back. The guy that helped me apologized and said he would talk to everyone about the safety of checking to be sure the hood is closed. Other than that the service was great.

Quick, professional, maybe a little heavy on the upsell. The shop banter brings me joy, and I appreciate being shown evidence of the cars state. Nice work guys, thanks for taking care of my covered wagon.

Over charged my son when he went to get a simple oil change.. what should have cost 39 dollars cost $100!!!!! Took advantage of a young kid, and sold him things he did not need . You all should be ashamed of yourself.. unbelievable.. awful humans.. typical of society today.. only out for themselves.. never ever coming back or getting any good recommendations... will tell as many people never to go here

Oilstop is always a great visit. The employees are kind and respectful and they always take care of my car in an efficient manner. I no longer live in the area but always plan to get my oil changed while nearby for work.

I've been taking my vehicles to Oilstops for years, but today was my best experience yet. Justin was friendly, helpful, and able to help me prioritize my skoolie's needs while minding my budget. The hot chocolate was a great bonus!Truly, awesome service all around. If I hadn't just taken my other car to the other Oilstop down the road I'd be back sooner!!
