Left my headlights on & my battery needed a jump. The customer service was great, they brought out a jumper box & jumped my battery. Very grateful for the help.All of the other times that I have been to this location, the employees have been very helpful & friendly.

Two guys working there sitting on the counter with no customers inside. Wouldn t run a code check on a vehicle because 1: it s raining, and 2: there s no one available to help with that right now. While both are sitting on the counter doing nothing. Try Autozone nearby instead.

They always have engine oil to sell you but seems more times than not the oil recycling container is full. It s Saturday morning when people who change their own are going to need it and it s FULL. I try to bring my business here but seems Autozone is a better choice and close by.

An excellent place to have the worst experience you have ever had in an auto parts store. Where an arbitrary visit may see you treated with little-to-no respect, forced to wait through not just ONE 10-minute period of awkwardness (while four or more employees' loaf about appearing confused as one lone customer is helped), but possibly ANOTHER *even longer* wait afterwards, just after you manage to finish the entirety of your request to the associate behind the desk, who was so visibly frustrated at you mentioning the need for two separate items that they rushed about the store to find them before you could mention the third *other* thing you came in for.While every single professional service experience you have ever had ended along the lines of, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" don't confuse yourself about being treated with dignity here. Should you be lucky enough, your cherished associate may actually just tell the next customer to come up to them immediately after walking back to the isles with you for your final part, leaving you to wait behind the half dozen others now ahead of you, lest you basically tell them to **** off and cut behind the customer who used to be behind you. A five-minute visit, stretched out to the length of a full sit-down meal. For what? Never again at this branch and questioning my choice for any O'Reilly's going forward.

Wonderful customer service, a guy named Alex who works at the front provided me with exceptional customer service, he was so friendly, polite, professional, and went above and beyond. He checked my battery for me and checked some other things to make sure my car is running smoothly. The level of service i received here is by far much better than Autozone down the street in Rohnert Park. I will be coming here for all my future needs. Thank you!They are a wonderful team overall, they really do care about their customers and go the extra mile to make their customers feel valued. An older man i cant remember his name but i think it started with a J like James or something like that provided me with wonderful service

Had a confirmed appointment for 9:30am on 11/29 Showed up to be told it was for next day. Showed up 11/30 at 9:30. The mechanic broke two wheel studs. I had to call and find replacements. Then had to stand in line to tell James at the counter where to get them and make sure he ordered them studs showed up at 1and Im still here at 2:00 while the professional tries to figure out how to install them. Cancelled the work that they were supposed to do initially. Will take my car somewhere else. #nightmare.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the most professional help at this store after my car overheated. Nick was polite and a fountain of information. I'd definitely return to this store if I'm back in the area.

I usually call ahead to make sure they have what parts I need, and usually they always do. The clerks are always helpful, and I'm usually in and out pretty quick.

I called in advance for them to have the correct battery for my car before I arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to have one of their staff members, Bryan, change out the battery. He was friendly and did a great job.

BEWARE! THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF! Had my mom bring in a battery for me while I was at work. He was super short with her...She Was told it Was dead... without being told any other information...Because of this I didn't believe him. Took it to AutoZone after I got off work... and what do you know... it's completely fine... Apparently it's a common practice at O'Reilly's to Lie to their customers about their battery status So they can offer to "take it off you're hands" and turn around and sell it as a used battery.. Don't know if they pull this with everybody or just women because they think they don't know any better. Don't waste your time here, go to AutoZone, they don't try to rip off their customers!

Went here to get new windshield wipers love O'Reilly's they stand behind all their products. If you purchase windshield wipers there they will also install them free of charge how many parts stores do that. Always good people they take the time to make sure that everything you need is Right.

I have been going to O'Reilly's for a very long time. The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly The store manager, Diana runs an excellent operation. The other associates Alex and Bryan and John have always been super helpful whether I ended up buying or not. This is a small store but it's big on customer service. I recommend anyone that needs parts or anything to do with autos or trucks to visit this store.

So impressed with the care and consideration given to customers! Thank you Diane for spending the time to help me figure out that I needed different sized windshield wipers for my van windshield, so that I could get better coverage on the driver s side - yay!

I was goofing around and passing time to avoid traffic. I'm driving a much older car now, and my battery died from leaving the lights on and charging my cell. I walked into O'Reilly to inquire about an inexpensive battery charger, and I immediately received assistance. I believe his name was Greg (white, 20s, low cut hair, cute) he recharged my battery less than 5 minutes from entering the store. Great customer service and very welcoming.

As always a great experience. Usually have whatever odds and ends I need. When/if they don't it's super easy to get it from another store delivered to that one. The people who work there are practical and down to earth and dont hustle you into unnecessary stuff like other places in town.

If you want customer service, don t bother going to this store. Scott is the text book example of poor customer service.He found time to slip out and take a few puffs on his cigarette, while I ll wait. However, he did not have time to assist me with installing my low-beam light.It s incredibly hard to find good customer service. Next time I ll purchase online.Dear Owner, you can do better than Scott as your Representative.

The store was ok. Nothing to write home about. The people were nice, but looked bored. Diana,( ?, ), was on the ball and very energetic. She told me what battery I needed and was into helping customers. The others, ehh. They were not really into being there, but were nice. Covid has effected all of us. I would suggest,. Please wear masks.

Horrible customer service, there is a guy that as soon as you enter the store, his face will be like and will say I don't have it, even when their website says they do, avoid this location

It's close, friendly, and they genuinely try to help. If they don't know the answer or don't carry the item they direct you to who does. I used to manage for their rival, Grand Auto and because we sold tires and had a real shop, I felt that O'Reilly was somehow inferior. They have either gotten to be much more professional, or I was wrong in the 1st place.

I was helped by Eddie.I stopped into the Rohnert Park store needing oil but they didn't have what I needed so i called the Santa Rosa Avenue store and Eddie answered the phone. I asked if they had my oil, lucas zinc and seafoam and he said yes. I confirmed that they had 4 of the 5 gallon units and I was on my way. When I arrived Eddie had pulled my entire order from the call and was waiting for me.He then packed the entire order to my car.Thank you Eddie for your excellent customer service.

I needed to get oil for my car before going on a long drive. They helped me figure out what kind I needed as well as showed me different brands and price range. They even showed help me check my oil as well as add some to my car. Wonderful customer service.

Counter service is great. They have helped me with many automotive needs. Brake fluid, wiper blades, towels, window washer fluid, hand cleaner, new battery, etc.. You can pay with credit, debit or cash. They are located in Raley's Shopping Center, Rohnert Park.
