To have mechanics who are well-informed, competent, and invested in the customers' well-being helps alleviate much of the stress that comes with car problems - Rohnert Park is so fortunate to have an auto shop that checks every one of those boxes. Every time I step through the door I know my car is being handled by experts and receiving the most reliable and honest service that you simply can't find elsewhere for the price they offer. The first time I came here I called right when they opened- no appointment, had my car towed and by the end of the day, my car was ready to be picked up with all of my coil and spark plug issues fixed. The second time I called I needed air in my tires and a plate light fixed- walked right in and within 13 minutes the job was executed flawlessly. You aren't going to get this quality of service at this price elsewhere. To have this gem in your backyard and not take advantage of their services would be a foolish mistake. These guys know their material, serve grade-A customer service, and have unbeatable prices.(Glenn, Jeremey, Dane - Fantastic group who gets the job done right the first time)- Clean and professional environment- Well-informed and organized staff- Excellent prices- Honest analysis (They aren't here to sell you what you don't need, and will be honest about the work they can do for your vehicle's condition)- Quick serviceTruly can't be beaten

I ve never had a worse experience with a shop . After receiving my car back with problems & reaching out to management multiple times for help they don t care to fix it.*Would not recommend to anyone PERIOD*

I was hearing a bit of extra road noise from the rear of our car and with an upcoming cross-country drive, I wanted to have it looked at.Showed up without an appointment and they quickly put it up on a lift and checked it out. They couldn't find anything wrong with it and even took it for a quick test drive to make sure. They even checked over the whole car for any other issues, but said it was good to go for the long cross country drive. I tried to get them to at least charge me something for their time spent inspecting the car and they refused to accept anything!I am grateful for the peace of mind they provided us before setting off on a 2,600 mile drive. Really amazing people at this place and certainly an industry leader in providing good and honest service! Thank you so much!

I appreciated the folks at MyMechanic who helped me fix a problem on a road trip 2000 miles from home. I left a message after they were closed for the night and I received a call back a short time later. I was able to have some peace of mind that night knowing that they agreed to look at my car the next morning, and based on my description of the problem, most likely be able to complete the repairs that next day.And they did just that-at a fair price. Ac gave out on Friday and gave them a call Saturday morning, Rebecca said they had an 10am opening. I knew car didn't have a leak and ac fuse was good expecting compressor was bad and sure enough needed a new compressor. They fixed that day, what a life saver and very reasonable pricing.

They took out our bad starter and installed a new one.Also, during the vehicle inspection they noticed that the oil was empty. So, they changed the oil and installed a new oil filter as well.Rabbit was a pleasure to talk to he was very knowledgeable and answered our questions clearly and concisely.He gave us a price that we could afford which was greatly appreciated as we are a low income couple.So, Thank You Rabbit!We will be back with more business Mike&Vida :-)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My go-to shop for car repairs. They haven't let me down yet, except for the time I thought they over charged me... but after checking with a couple of other reputable shops, I found that they hadn't. Thank you, Justin, Glen, and the crew. My car is running great since the new oxy sensor was installed. So perfect, I probably won't see you again for awhile.

Went in to try and get work done on my power steering & brakes. The guy got the incorrect part twice for the power steering & didn't seem to care if the work he did actually fixed my brakes. (Which it did not)

I was on the road on my way to L.A and stopped to get gas and my van was leaking water I called a few places and all need a appointment. But the kind people were nice to tell me I needed no appointments and to bring it in. They check the pressures and everything was ok.. thank you guys for all your help .

Brought our Ford Focus to be fixed, something was wrong with the bearings. They kept the car for literally a month which was a huge inconvenience since it is used daily for work commute. Whenever I would call they would say they were going to call me back or that the part was on it s way or that they ordered the wrong part. While I know they were probably short staffed they could have communicated better. I was told we would get money off of the total bill for them keeping it for a month and that wasn t done. When I went in to just ask for the car back they gave the car back two days later and the speedometer wasn t working at all. They said to bring it back to get a sensor fixed but at that point I just needed the car back for work. Wish I would have just saved the money and taken it the dealer in the first place.

To make a long story short we were in town for our grandaughters graduation and about one hour before her graduation dinner I walked out of the hotel only to find a flat tire on our car. I put the spare on and drove to My Mechanic. They quickly repaired our tire and installed it on our car and we made it to the graduation dinner with time to spare. My Wife and I want to thank your employees for recognizing the importance of getting to our granddaughters dinner and the extra effort to make it possible.

Best mechanic shop in Rohnert Park with the best service and people you can trust mine now new forever mechanic is a wonderful guy by the name of Jim who saved me after me breaking down two blocks away on a hot day and even though he was busy he made the time to fix my problem and get me back on the road that type of service is priceless I give this place my highest recommendations gratitude and thanks!

WHEN U NEED YUR CAR FIXED, RIGHT, THE 1ST TIME, QUICKLY, & u don't know where to go 2 cuz u worry about wat they call "backyard mechanics", ( u no, sumbody that CLAIMS they r a skilled mechanic, however, are really the FURTHER EST THING FROM THAT ) & U happen to b in the Sebastopol area, I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND "My Mechanic"; I'm sure every guy that works there is worth his weight in gold, but u want to ask for Mike... he's this AWESOME, AWESOME, HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE GUY, , WHO WORKS THERE as, I believe, EITHER MANAGER, OR ASSISTANT MANAGER, & u SERIOUSLY RNT GONNA FIND A BETTER PLACE OR PERSON FOR THE JOB.He's the BEST, & VERY AFFORDABLE, BUT MAINLY, HES SUMTHING U CANT FIND ANYWHERE, WICH IS AN HONEST MECHANIC. 10GOLD STARS IS HOW I RATE THIS PLACE & ITS EMPLOYEES!!!!
