I am beyond grateful to Glenn and Joe for providing above and beyond customer service. I had my oil changed one week ago (not at Mobil 1) and they did not secure the cap properly, which resulted in a broken oil filter gasket and loose drain plug. I did not have enough time to get a tow truck (long wait time) to take me to Mobil 1 but Glenn was so kind to send Joe out to fix the issue and replenish the oil. Joe was fast, friendly, and showed me what went wrong with the previous change. I was able to drive back to the shop where they cleaned up the residue from the leak and sent me on my way. Thank you SOOO much Glenn and Joe. Will absolutely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend!!!

My go-to place for oil changes and even small auto work. The amount of times these guys have come through for me with tail lights, headlights, and recommendations has been awesome! Joe, the assistant manager, gets you in and out, no hassle, no stress. And Glenn does honest work and can be relied on. Thanks, Mobile 1!

(A+ real testimony) Above & beyond service! My girlfriend's car broke down so I called them to try and help her remotely. Glenn answered and helped assess options with AAA towing delay etc, and he warned me they probably wouldn't get to it until tomorrow, but assured me they would be ready to take care of her. Fast forward to the end; I found out that when my gf got the shop, Glenn sent one of his mechanics to follow her back to where her car was parked & fixed the leaking oil tank on spot. Gave her a very fair if not discounted bill as well. Problem solved, trust earned, highly recommend to anyone. THANK YOU GLENN & JOE

Went in because my car was giving off a burnt smell even though I wasn t due for an oil change yet. Joe took a look and found that my oil cap hadn t been screwed back on all the way after getting my last oil change at the Oil Stop. Took about 5 min and topped off my oil at no charge.Thanks Joe!

Really enjoyed this spot. Had to have a job fixed that was originally done by oil stop. The mechanics took the time to give a look at what was wrong and then gave a straight shooter answer that didn t feel like a pushy sale.Will definitely be coming back as this is now my go-to spot in Rohnert Park.

The service was extremely fast and the employees were very helpful. I ordered a part on a Monday and my car was fixed by Wednesday. I definitely recommend Mobil 1 Lube Express.

Do not come over here if I were you. I just asked for an oil top off they charged me like close to $70 dollar. I was in a hurry so I went to the other oil drive through they just charge me $10. I think a year ago they messed my front wire just trying to diagnose what's happening. I myself have to put it back in place. The guy still charged me like $15. That's sad man..

Great place to get your oil changed, tires rotated, car inspected.. the list goes on and on. It's always easy to stop by and they'll get you all set up. Big shout out to Ray in the shop. He got me squared away with an oil change on my new (to me) car. I've stopped by before when my tire light came on and he quickly filled the tires with air and I was right back in the road in under 5 mins. These guys work hard, and it shows. Thanks Ray, and the rest of the crew at Mobil 1! I appreciate you all. Now I'm off to the races again, vroom vroom

Mobil 1 Lube Express is the best!! Big BIG shoutout to Glen, thank you so very much for hooking it up and providing the best deals I could find. First came in for a smog a few weeks back, and I returned to get other services needed. Went it for Oil change, transmission fluid, coolant, power steering, and break fluid, and I walk away a happy happy customer. Glen was extremely kind, funny, and an overall great person to hand my keys over to for service. I got an AMAZING experience out of Mobil 1 Lube Express in Rohnert Park. As a Sonoma State Student, I greatly appreciated its closeness and walk-ability to campus, the affordability, and the friendliness as getting your car serviced can be a nervous thing for young adults. 1000000/10 would recommend Mobil 1 Lube Express. Wonderful customer service, the staff seem like one big family. I will only bring my business to this shop! They were very quick To answer the phone and help me get my car ready to go. Subaru headlights are no freaking joke!Update: Staff is still incredibly helpful! Seeing the way they treat all their customers is a beautiful thing. *PLEASE Read Update Below "Old Review*OLD REVIEWHad an oil change for my vehicle on Friday, Sept, 8th 2023 at 8:30am.A couple of days later, I stopped to refuel and checked my oil levels (out of good habit), and noticed the level seemed way off. It appeared that the oil was overfilled (1/4" past the Max marker - which, was the entirety of the dipstick head).Yes, I waited 10 minutes before checking levels and I was also on a level surface.Checked the engine on a level surface the following morning with the engine cold to see if the levels read differently. Nope. Still overfilled.Checked it again after a few miles of driving and it was still overfilled.Perhaps my oil wasn't drained completely before they put the plug back and put in the required amount? If they did drain it completely, then they put in more than the required amount. Either way, this is not a place I would recommend. Hopefully they remind the new guys to be extra careful. Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.If you know how to change your oil, but don't have a drain pan at hand, just buy what you need and go for it. Remember, you're eyes are the only ones that can guarantee you're doing the job right.---------- UPDATE ----------Thursday, Sept, 14th 2023:Yesterday, Kevin from Mob 1 gave me a call.He wanted to check in with me based on the review I had left. We had a great conversation and he extended an invitation to make things right. I stopped by today (Thursday morning) and he got my levels to where they should be.He was incredibly kind, respectful and left a truly outstanding impression. I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I think everyone who has a sincere desire to make things right deserves a chance to make it so.A couple of thoughts:1. Double check the work done at any service station/business Before you leave (I failed to do that).2. Make sure you ask for assistance if you see something that might not be right.Thank you Kevin! Where do I start, this place and everybody there was super professional and friendly. Prices are great aswell. Had the pleasure of working with Glenn today and I had an excellent experience, all my vehicles will be going here from now on . If you value your car in any way make sure to take it here !

I took my 370z here for a smog. I happened to lose the paper with the techs names but absoulte outstanding customer service. Easiest smog check I've ever had. Professional, fair price snd very friendly! Will be back when it's time for an oil change . Good places are hard to find. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Came in yesterday with a flat tire, the mechanics there were super friendly and helped put on a spare tire for me. Super informative about where I could find another tire to replace the flat one. Glen and the guys were great! Thank you for your help!Service: TiresService: Tires

This mechanics business is the best in town. They re fast and professional. The customer service is phenomenal as well. Everything about this place deserves 5 stars. I want to thank Joe and Luke for assisting me today with my car battery. I have been to a few shops in desperate need of a new car battery install. I was referred to Joe's shop from a gentleman at AutoZone and was happy to discover the shop was close to my home. This place has steadily gone down hill over the past year. Customer service failures one after another and now NO OIL in my car after my oil change last week. Low oil pressure in a turbo charged car is quite possibly the worst. It looks as if they forgot to tighten the oil drain plug which has since left my car! How is this possible from such a reputable place??? Last time I come here for certain! You've been warned, I'd stay away!!!Service: Oil change

I requested a transmission drop pan oil change and filter replace. Turns out the pan was never open because the torx head screw was still packed full of dirt from my last trip to the point where you can't stick a torx screw driver in it. I called in to requested to speak to whoever serviced it after I noticed this and they keep telling me that their out of the office at the time. Took the lost after spend $300 for nothing and service it myself.

The staff is friendly, however I do not appreciate my time being wasted. I went for a smog check well within the posted hours, around 9am on a Saturday, waited at the counter for about 10 mins to be told they don't have a smog technician in today.

Mobil 1 Lube Express has a seasoned mechanic who replaced a water pump on my 30 year old vehicle and l have not had any residual problems. The mechanics are swift and friendly. They are a family owned business and l am pleased to give them my business! Keep up the great work.

Nicest people, Jim gave me a referral to a Mercedes mechanic. Rabbit was professional, honest and cared! Also Nate was extremely helpful. They did codes for my car to help at no charge. Extremely grateful. I recommend this place highly. 5/5 score!

Best place in Sonoma county to get a oil change or general information about your vehicle. I bring my 19 5.0 in every time and get excellent service! $119 oil change - just for the oil change no extras. Most expensive I ve ever gotten by $50!!! On top of that, I was told at check in they would take an online Mobil One coupon that I showed them for $10 off. When it was time to pay, the manager said who told you that - the new guy? I don t know if he s the new guy or not but when he checked me in he said he would take the coupon and the manager claims he s I dependably owned and does not accept Mobil coupons. Also very slow service even though we called ahead and they said it would be 20-25 minutes. The owner Glen (who sent me an insulting private message) rambles on below here about everything that is not relevant to the fact that his employee agreed to accept the online Mobil One coupon and then his manager said no AFTER they had done the service when I could not refuse.
