Love this place! Very nice storages. And great customer service. Shawn was very helpful...called in one week for something and the next time I called he remembered me, which is always very nice. Definitely recommend this place

Pleasant person to person in office experience, easy on-line reservation process. Clean grounds and restroom. Helpful moving tools available upon request. Extended hours of operation 06:00hrs to 22:00hrs are convenient for customers with non-traditional work schedules. Did I mention the great staff. Absolutely 5 star worthy!

Great place! Affordable, clean, units are spacious with tall ceilings and very dry. Feels very safe and the staff is great! Becky was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend

Went there today and was pleasantly surprised by the two awesome employees upfront helped me with everything I needed got me to the unit in a very prompt manner and even help me with the lock most definitely will be a customer for the foreseeable future. Come here if you want to be treated correctly and have safe storage.

The manager Becky greeted me with a smile and was friendly. She explained everything thoroughly. She also was helpful and offered to assist in unloading my boxes as well. She made this process as painless as possible.

It was good, except it got too expensive. Rebecca, the manager, was awesome!!!! She was always available if I needed help. Rodney was great too. I will miss them as I am moving my storage closer to where I am now living.

After having multiple issues with other storage companies I was reluctant on giving life storage a try. Needless to say, that was over 3 years ago. A huge thank you to Becky for personally dealing with all of my spaces over the years. You have been an absolute godsend and should I find myself needing another unit in Sonoma County I will definitely be giving you a call. This company has earned my trust.

Wow..wow...wooowI was so taken by Rebecca ..yesterday ..I was running late and she was closing at 530pm. I texted her and told her that I'm on my way and it was almost closing time. She waited for me with a great smile like she didn't care to stay over and help me into a unit. She explained everything in detail and later walked me over to my new unit. The facility and the entire property are exceptionally clean. I got a great deal for a 10�10 and very happyI give the experience for every detail and professionalism, appearance and customer care a 10 PLUS and even that I hesitated of coming to Life storage I am so glad I did give it a go.Thank you LIFE storage and Extra Space storage....you made my day.PS. Almost forgotten , my dog was welcomed with open arms and that means the world to me...thank youBiljana P.

Life Storage, Rohnert Park, has been very good to us over the past three years. The staff has been accommodating and provided excellent service. Becky and her coworker have always been helpful, professional, understanding, & respectful. The steady increase in price is what prompted us to look elsewhere. Unit pricing is likely out of the staff s scope of authority. If you need a drive up unit it s a great choice.

I had a car stored here for my mother in law for about 9 months. Each time I came in and needed to do something with the car, Becky and Rodney both were extremely polite and helpful. Since the car was sitting and not being drove for a while, Rodney helped with disconnecting the battery so it wouldn't die, and when I came in and needed to drive it to the gas station to get air and water, he again helped in reconnecting the battery for me- all while being very polite and professional. Each time I came in Becky was smiling and just a joy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Best deal in town. The crew was efficient and friendly. We got use of a free truck for moving in which was helpful. The unit was clean and secure.

Becky is the sweetest and went out of her way to make our choice feel like the only choice worth considering for our storage needs. Even on move out day she called to let us know we forgot a box and even walked out halfway down the block to meet us with it. No other storage experience we've had comes close. Definitely going to patron them again in the future

This is the best storage experience I ve ever had. The units are very nice and clean. The property area is in a very nice area which gives me peace of mind. Shout out to Becky also she is amazing !

I have had nothing but the best of customer service from Life Storage. Becky without a doubt is the best . She is so helpful and has walked me through several issues with outstanding customer service I would recommend Becky and her team to anyone who is looking for storage space. I personally cannot thank Becky enough for helping me . Life Storage is very luck to have Becky and her team representing them.

I have had two units over the last several years. The service is excellent. The staff is very helpful. I had a car stored outside there and a few times the wind blew my car cover off. They put it on for me and let me know they did so I could come check on it. My battery was dead another time and they gave me a jump. Just good local people. Thumbs up for sure!!

Had to get a large unit to store things from the sale of my moms house Super stressful and was very grateful for all the ways that Becky at LifeStorage was able to help me through the process, get me the best rates, and work with me at times when I had other priorities to focus on. Very personal touch and made me feel very taken care of on a customer service and basic human level. I recommend LifeStorage in Rohnert Park to anyone with storage needs.

Becky and the Rohnert Park Life Storage team are wonderful folks to do business with. They are very helpful and patient, and always friendly. They helped answer all my questions and made storing my things as uncomplicated and simple as possible. I highly recommend their services.Bonus: their facility is on a very quiet street with little vehicular traffic, which helps when you're in and out of your unit multiple times in a day.

Sometimes in life we need to store our stuff. After selling a home there were delays in the building of the new one. Instead of just moving from one home to the other, we had to store all of our belongings for a couple months. After researching, we decided on Life Storage and could not be happier. We were fortunate enough to work with Becky during the entire process. She is very positive,upbeat and knows her business through & through. We had units with roll up doors (everything here is ground floor) right next to each other. A few days after moving in, there was a major storm with flooding around the county. Not a drop of water in our units! If you are looking for a place to store, this is well worth a look. Super friendly,
