Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop the car off, and they had it ready in a few hours. I love getting breaks done here! yes, it's more expensive than if you do it yourself, but they do the calipers and brake pads and, of course, rotors if you need it. It is nice having the peace of mind that it's done right and guaranteed.. We will continue to be customers!

We have never been to a Les Schwab before but we will be customers from now on. We went to pepboys just down the street and ordered $1300 set of tires 3 wks ago on 10/5, showed up yesterday for our appt and they didn't have them. No apology or solution was offered, just told that "the tires are non existant". We went over to this location and when we told Manny what had happened he apologized that that happened to us (which pepboys didn't do). He had better tires in stock for cheaper, and was able to do it the same day. We were so glad, as we leave to travel cross country next week. Manny was extremely nice and helpful. He won our business from now on.

This place fixes flats for free with the intention that you will come back and buy tires from them and well, I am going to do just that. They have free good wifi so I could get some work done, clean bathrooms, and the customer service is fantastic. They are so nice. The nice woman at the front desk Sandra has been there for years and is always joyful and helpful. I normally buy my tires from Costco, but if Les Schwab is in the same ballpark on price, I will be shopping there because of all of the previously stated reasons.

Great customer experience. The dealership quoted more twice as much as charged by Les Schwab. As a woman I feel safe in this business and know I'm not being upsold. Sandra is great and has been with Les Schwab for years.

Great customer service thank you for repairing my wife's tire today no charge! I did buy new tires & rims last year from the Windsor location. Great experience there as well. Your awesome we'll be back for sure we live closer to your location

Tires, breaks, tire sensor replacement, rotate tires are all the services I have had done here. Honest work, I thought I needed new tires and they reassured me I still had many miles left on the current tires. When I did need tires, I went back to them because of their honesty. Easy financing available if needed.Repeatedly happy with their service.

This is a great place to get tires! Every time I ve come here the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Today was no exception. I blew a tire on the freeway. Very honestly they showed me the problem and explained. Everything was reasonable and taken care of quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Les Schwab will always be my "go to" for honest,reliable service in a timely fashion. I am so proud of the employees and the honesty these people provide time and time again! If every shop operated in this fashion it would be a much better world.

Was in a desperate situation yesterday after having a tire blowout on west bound San Rafael bridge. We were assisted by bridge personnel and since our destination was Rhonert Park, I chose to head that way to get tire replaced. RP PEP Boys had tires needed but could/would not provide service due to lack of staffing and other places where either closed or did not have my tire size. We were forced to stay overnight hoping other tire services in the morning would be more helpful. We were definitely glad we first went to Les Schwab with Manny being the Service Tech. Although we arrived 15 minutes prior to their open time time, he graciously managed to assist us ASAP. He probably noticed my desperate and pleading look. Luckily Les Schwab had our tires and will soon be on our way to make my long awaited appointment on time (I hope?)! Thank you Manny and Les Schwab of Rohnert Park, you guys are awesome!!! You made our day, thank you, thank you thank you!

Good place, I was in a real bind needing just 1 tire. I told them my situation, that I knew the store was closing 20 minutes I have a flat tire in a parking garage.I found out tow truck drivers will not pick u up at parking garages. Long story to make short they knew I was about 30 minutes away In a car. They knew I was going to attempt to walk the tire in. The man stayed late he waited for me

price are way to expensive their tires ware out faster then expected. i have one truck left with tires from them i got a flat would not fix it cost 250 for a new tire tire had about 45 percent tred left but had 55 percent mileage left with a measly 130 dollars credit for the new tire. At this point after 20 years of giving them my business i will not be back ive moved my business to America tire just down the road great service great selection of tires and runs half the price of les schwab every time ive replaced tires.

They re so nice at this Les Schwab tires location and they helped me get back on the road. If you are in the area and need tire help I highly recommend visiting them here! They have a nice waiting area too. They are tire experts!

Outstanding Customer Service combined with brilliant marketing strategy, Les Schwab clearly is ahead of the game regarding tire repair. I took my Mercedes GLE 350 in for a repair on my right rear tire which was experiencing a slow leak. They repaired the tire for NO charge. Genius! I will return when the time comes to purchase tires as a good deed needs to be rewarded. Thank you!

Completely different experience if you're female. Spoiler Alert: It's worse than if you are a man. You may want to bring a token male with you, to protect your own interests. Although, I did just that, and it didn't seem to make a difference.***UPDATE: No change. The same catty female is maaming me, and instructing me to sign something with no explanation of what it is. And she asked me if I had bought my tires at Les Schwab, when she was looking right at my account on her screen. Far from extending any kind of courteous customer service, she goes out of her way to be passive aggressively snide and insulting. I guess this is the new low bar that this Les Schwab has set. It's disappointing, because it used to be a relatively friendly and pleasant experience. Now it's being tiresome, and actively obnoxious.

Please people don t come here if you have a Honda, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else or actually go to Honda. I completely don t recommend here to do any sensor replacement at all. If your car is old from 2005 and older sure, but from 2006 and newer don t do it.

Busy busy busy. I hit one of far too many potholes. Blow out! Tire useless. Yes over a three hour wait but all better than before when I left. Open (too many not) knowledgeable, helpful,took care of matters. Back on the road safely

Always get GREAT service @ Les Schwab. We always buy our tires from you guys. We came to this particular shop on our way out to the coast for a birthday weekend. We were in and out in one hour.

I ve had at least 5 times where I needed tire & wheel service from true tire professionals as service stations, auto repair shops or membership stores just always seem to fall short since tires & wheels are all Les Schwab focuses on.At the Rohnert Park Les Schwab everyone from the staff at the front desk, to the tire technicians and managing staff are constantly knowledgeable, welcoming and highly capable at their jobs. The best part is my car s tires & wheels perform and look fantastic. I highly recommend Les Schwab of Rohnert Park and will always be a loyal and grateful customer.

Car in for flat tire from screw. I didn't have an appointment but service was exceptionally fast. Manny handled tire repair, filled all tires with air and replaced lost valve stem cap and all at no charge. Manny was professional and personable. When my car requires tires I will do business with Les Schwab in Rohnert Park. Terrific service!

My car got a flat that we'd noticed at 5:30pm; I called to see if there was time enough to fix it as they close at 6. We limped our way down there and the crew there were literally running to help us!! 10 minutes later, it was fixed, AND at no charge! We'll ALWAYS take our tire care to them - they totally won us over on their customer service. Shout out to Emily and the guy in the back with glasses... You guys ROCK!!

I am revising my review upward to 4 stars. Once I went up to the desk and asked about the status of my car they explained that they were backed up from a job that has gone from the day before. And their system had double book the 9 AM slot. But the bottom line is once they paid attention to me and my situation they did the work in a timely efficient and friendly manner. I think that the online appointment system combined with the traditional telephone system is causing them to over book their appointments and causing more delays than would or should otherwise happen. So I think the corporate headquarters could do these outlets and their customers a favor by not overloading their people so heavily.

brought my own tires from online purchase. They charged me 200 to have them installed. Then they had me waiting for over 3 hrs to get my car. They didn't even take the stickers off the tire and they valve stems were all in different positions. I had to help them get the spare tire back after they were done.

I decided to go with Les Schwab instead of my usual place because they had a much bigger selection and being on a budget that was important to me. I got an appointment online and showed up on time. they got me right in and I had four new tires, mounted, balanced and installed for under my budget by about $40!! I was thrilled to say the least! 4 new shoes for my car!!! Polite and knowledgeable staff as well and free wifi!!

Have been a Les Schwab customer for more than 20 years. Great service. All I needed was my flat tire repaired and it was still almost 2 hours...that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. What happened to the service where one person was responsible for flats and such? Anyway, awesome customer service.

On 07/31/2023 @ 1:00PM; looks like a nail in driver side rear tire causing slow leak and wanted have check but unable to check or repair it until Friday the 4th at 11:00AM. I purchased all 4-tires 13-months ago from this Les Schwab Tire Center. If you are buying tires, they will service right away but have flat repair they would not even look at tire. This tire center needs to improve customer service. I gave 5-stars in the past but "ZERO STAR" now.
