2nd time went there..for a estimate..front desk gal was kind if short and rude to me..I have been in customer service and she was not friendly just very shirt abd curt with her answers..they do jot seem to loom up your info from before gave them info over phone prior to my appt..showed up and no one know what time the person is supposed to come back from. Lunch my appt was 12:30..she said she did mot know..how do you ran a company and not know and when you have an appt lined up..I will not use them as my place to fix my car. I had 2 other estimates from other places..with that kind if attitude..my son told me that they were good etc..I know about that company living in marin ...hope they refresh their customer service skills

G & C is amazing. I was in a minor collision and needed a new bumper. They matched the paint perfectly. They were easy to work with and excellent communication throughout the entire process. I hope I don't need bodywork in the future but if I do I know I'll be using this company again. I would highly recommend them if you need any type of body work. they where easy to work with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

G & C Auto was a Godsend! My daughter just left for college, and I live at a distance. Her bumper came loose and was dragging as she drove. I was so worried about her dealing with this issue on her own. I called to ask G&C Auto for help, and Paul cared for my daughter. He was kind and helpful. He secured her bumper temporarily and instructed her how it could be fixed permanently for the lowest price. I am super thankful to Paul and G & C Auto Body for treating my daughter like their own!Service: Body & Trim

He took full control of the process including dealing with the insurance company and ensured that the work was immaculate to my detail oriented eye. Body work was great along with all services done. I was quick to notice they never checked over anything before returning me my vehicle. Plastic piece inside my door was out so it's popping in and out. I never really ended up leaving as intended because they had to fix that along with glue of some kind leftover along my bumper that was replaced. Once fixed I just wanted to leave. I quickly went to the gas station when noticing grease marks above the trim of my window on the inside of my interior. They also told me my car would be getting a full detail that never happened. I then noticed my work pants that once were my trunk we're now behind my driver seat. So I popped my trunk and started to investigate. When I noticed greasy hand marks on my jacket. As if someone was rummaging through my things. Of course I called them and left a message but had no response. It's now the middle of the week and still heard nothing back. I am definitely going to continue using G&C Auto Body after my recent experience there.I took my van in with damage that I filed an insurance claim for. I worked with Paul and he checked out the damage, then advised a better option for how to get the job done without harming my insurance deductible or spending more than needed.Paul made sure my van was fixed up as quickly as possible, and didn t charge for the installation of the part I brought in.I am grateful to G&C, and would highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

I was very impressed with the quality of work and service that G & C auto body provided after an unfortunate incident of hitting a ladder on the freeway.Jeff Ballard, the general manager, set me immediately at ease with his calm manner and knowledge of the business. Paul, my service representative, provided timely updates of the repairs, and the work was completed on time.When I received my vehicle, it looked good as new. They cleaned and detailed the car and the external work looked great. The vehicle also drove well, as if I never experienced the ladder nightmare.In all, I highly recommend this business for the excellent work, service, and people it provides when you're in need of a helping hand.

G&C Auto Body, Rohnert Park, exceeded my expectations. I stopped in for a quote, without an appointment , and Paul was quick to inspect my car and provide the quote (which was lower than several others in the area). I called Paul day or so later, to have the parts ordered and dropped my car off on the 7th, which was a Sunday, so they were not open. Paul messaged me with a link to check the progress and was available any time I had any questions. I called on Wednesday, just to get an idea of a timeline as to when I could pick it up and Paul was not available, but Jeff was quick to get the info I needed. I was able to pick my car up that same Friday and it looks perfect, like there was never any damage at all. I was very impressed with the service and speed that the staff at the Rohnert Park G&C provided and would/have highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It's never fun when you have to go to a body shop to get your crunched car fixed but Jeff and the staff at G&C made the process easy and painless. They worked well with the different insurance companies involved and communicated with me in very professional, timely manner. The end result was also fantastic. You can't even tell there was any damage. I hope not to need them in the future but if I do, they will be the only place I go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I took my car to have the rear bumper replaced at the Rohnert Park location. They gave me a reasonable estimate and work was scheduled for two days. They delivered on time. The work was excellent. They matched the paint perfectly. They explained that there was minor body damage under the bumper and they repair it. The alignment of the new bumper was perfect. The office and shop are clean and well maintained. The staff I interacted were professional and friendly. I'm delighted with their service and workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jeff was assigned to my car and he handled every situation with ease. He made me feel as if I had a friend in the business and I did not worry about leaving my car. I was rear ended and pushed into a truck in front of me on Hwy. 101N two weeks ago. My insurance company said G and C was the top rated auto body shop in the area. I went to G and C in Santa Rosa (they were very helpful and informative). My car was transferred to the G and C Auto body shop in Rohnert Park to expedite the estimate. I was very impressed with the updates I received. Unfortunately, my car ended up being totaled. I drove my rental to G&C to retrieve my personal belongings from my car. I was met by Jeff (General Manager) who proceeded to explain the process to me. I was kept informed on a regular basis (which is more than I can say for my insurance co). Everyone was very helpful and asked if they could do anything else for me, I mentioned that the rental I was driving was a tank, so Veronica called Enterprise and found me a different car! I HIGHLY recommend G and C for auto body repair as they listened to my concerns and were extremely compassionate about my situation. Thank you to all of you at both G&C locations!

I had my car got broken into (thank you very much, Richmond BART parking lot) and had to have the rear passenger windows and panel replaced.I called one other shop close to my workplace, who gave me an estimate of three weeks for repair (about two weeks to get parts and a week of replacement). I wasn't too sure if that was a good time frame, so I asked my insurance adjustor for some insight.My insurance company had mentioned G&C Santa Rosa as part of their network. Seeing that the Rohnert Park branch had better reviews than the Santa Rosa ones, I opted to take my car there instead.October 1: brought my car in for an estimate. I was quickly took in, and the whole process lasted just about five minutes. I was told that it seemed to a pretty straightforward removal+replacement, with an approximate time of 2 wks (because of the curvy shipping issues) to get the parts delivered, plus a few days for the actual replacement. The conversation was very detailed, and I was impressed. As their time frame was better than the other shop's, I Itold the technician to go ahead and order the parts, and I was assured I will be getting a call for when to drop off my car.October 20: more than two weeks after the estimate, still no call from the shop. No update from anybody.October 22: finally heard back from Jeff. I was told that they are still waiting on some parts. When asked why it is taking so long, he told me that it was just ordered last week. LAST WEEK -- WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN ORDERED THREE WEEKS AGO! So of course, this added another week of delay.November 5: finally brought my car in after getting word from them that all parts necessary were delivered two days prior. Right at 8 AM, I dropped off my car.November 9: heard back from Paul. He told me that my car has been disassembled and looked over by the insurance field guy, and they were going to immediately start working on it. When I asked for an approximate time frame, he told me it should be ready by early next week. Again, way longer than the original estimated time frame.November 16: still don't have my car. I called for updates, and was told that it won't be ready until the end of the week instead. AT THIS POINT, I WAS STARTING TO GET REALLY UPSET WITH THE NEVER-ENDING DELAYS.November 19: another day of no updates. I called them, again, and was told that my car won't be ready until the following week. I had been adjusting my workload and work travel because I had to share and use my partner's car during this whole time, and the delays were really inconvenient to us both.November 23: finally got a hold of the technician, and was told that my car would be ready for pickup by the end of business day.Since I had no ride for that time, I opted to just pick up my car first thing the next morning.While the replacement was certainly done, I had to rate this place low because of the overall "bait-and-switch" feeling. It was insane to have almost 7.5 weeks to repair my car. They were certainly very quick to take you in for estimates, give promising+competitive time frames, but when it comes to actual performance, I'd suggest you add another 3-4 weeks to that quoted time.

Awesome service when I take my car to G&C Auto body in RP. They were able to accommodate me and my non-fire related car incident among all others during the Fires last October. They were friendly, funny, polite and always went out of their way to make sure I received my car back in the best possible condition. I will always take my vehicle here and recommend the family feel for anyone who asks where to take their car.

Jeff helped me with repairing my Mazda 3. I showed him the damage and he explained to me why and what needed to happen to get my car back to how it looked before the accident. He warned me up front that paint on a plastic bumper doesn't always look the same as the paint on the metal panels. When I got my car back everything looked perfect and the bumper they painted matched better than the one the factory painted. I couldn't have had a better experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed bumper work on a 2005 Chevy pickup and was paying without insurance. James gave me an estimate for the worst case. After the shop got into the bumper, James called to say the final bill would be about 30% lower than estimated. Bumper looks great! I highly recommend G&C.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

G&C is generally good. Have put business through petaluma and santa rosa in the past with excellent results. Had to return to Rohnert Park twice for a job that was expensive. The truck is still not right with visible overspray on passenger side of truck including windows (after they had taken it back to clean this).... do not have time to return a third time...... bring your damage to western autobody if you want it done right and do not have time to entertain trainees on your vehicle. If you are bored and want to visit a place a few times for the same issue then Rohnert Park is a good option to waste allot of your time

G & C made this experience so much smoother. They took care of everything from good coffee to dealing with rentals/ insurance. The Rohnert Park office has amazing staff and Great service. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs stress free car repair. Thanks John, Jeff and my new bestie at front desk.

It is great to have G&C right here in Rohnert Park. They always give quick and, efficient service with courtesy from all their employees. My car was fixed perfectly after a small accident and they even cleaned up a couple of other small spots at no charge. They provided a small loaner car for my use during the short time it took to so the repairs. I will always take my cars to G&C and recommend that my friends and relatives do too.

i had the best experience at g+c auto body. unfortunately i was rear ended and needed some work done. i have only heard great things about g+c auto living in sonoma county and i knew i wanted to go there. being a young woman, i hate going to auto places because i feel like they don't take me seriously but at g+c that isn't true. i felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff the whole time. i loved how when i called a real human answered the phone haha and they were so sweet and helpful. Paul helped me estimate my car, texted me with updates, answered all my questions and was there every step of the process with anything i needed. thank you very much g+c auto for making this process, that i thought was gonna suck, easy and seamless. i can't recommend your business enough :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

G & C was very professional & fixed my Prius fast! The catalytic convertor was stolen & they got the part early so they lost no time replacing it. They also washed my very dirty car so it was shiny when I picked it up. I highly recommend this business.

The folks here are super helpful and friendly. My car was attacked by a deer while I was driving home late one night. G&C was recommended by my insurance carrier. Could not have been happier. I was there during the December holidays and present when some teen had a melt down, so that became a constant joke on my return to the shop. My only complaint would be that they pushed the Xmas candy on me, and I thought I would O.D. on Ghirardelli chocolate. Awesome job folks. Thanks a million.

They say a person who has a bad experience as a customer will tell at least 20 people that they know about it and that someone who has a great experience will only tell a few people. I guess I am the exception. I have never written a review before this, because i have never been so impressed with a companies customer service.G and C auto body in Rohnert Park impressed me from beginning to end with their 5 star customer service.1st star: I did not know i needed an appointment to get an estimate and the receptionist at G and C fit me in so I could leave my car before going on vacation and waited into her lunch break for me to get there. Exceptional Customer Service.2nd star: Justin, the estimator at G and C waited to call me until we got back, not wanting to interrupt my vacation. Exceptional Customer Service.3rd star: The day my car was supposed to be ready I called to see how it was going and they said it will be ready in less than an hour, see you when you get here. Exceptional Customer Service.4th star: My Car looked amazing. Honestly, it looked better than it did before the accident. They did an outstanding job on the body work and matched the paint perfectly. Exceptional Customer Service.5th star: They had to replace 2 of my custom rims on my car and Justin had explained that he could only get them in a set of 4. My husband insisted I call and tell them I wanted the other rims(never happened). Surprise! I could not believe when I got there, Justin asked me if I wanted the two extra rims(brand new still in the box).
