I cannot say enough about my satisfaction with Crash Collision. From the intake to the exit, they were wonderful. Excellent communication and friendly staff. The repairs to my car were done in less than 2 days. I highly recommend this auto repair company.

Crash Collision is great! They were able to get my vehicle in right away and have it completed within a week as they estimated. They did all the insurance leg work for me and all I had to was drop off the car. The regular progress updates via text was great! Crash Collision is now my go to body repair shop. Thank you!

I had side scraped my 2022 red Tesla Y against the wood framing on a very tight home garage entrance. While the damage was relatively superficial, there was some depression on both doors on the passenger side. Crash Champions repair team did an outstanding job of fixing the body damage and making it appear as though nothing had happened. Final detailing was beautifully completed. Original Estimator did not have my initial Estimate copy on file and I had to more proactively follow up with Lars to get a more personalized status update beyond the very generic auto-generated messages that were texted to me. I highly recommend Crash Champions!

Great job! So far, everything is fine and my new Tesla looks like new. Raven was particularly helpful. Lars didn't always respond in a timely manner. I'm not sure how many projects Lars was juggling, so it could be that he had too much on his plate. Sadly, it took 7 weeks for the repair to be completed, hence the 4 stars rather than 5 stars. It's possible that this wasn't their fault, but due to Tesla part delivery delays. I would recommend them for Tesla body work. Just be patient.

The folks at Crash Champions were very professional, and meticulous in their work. They found several new issues that were not apparent earlier, got all necessary approvals from my insurance company, and repaired everything. The new body panels, bumper and paint blend perfectly with the rest of the truck - you can t tell there was any prior damage. Charles kept me well informed throughout the repair process, and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. Raiven made me feel welcomed every time I spoke with her in person, and by phone. I hope I don t need them again in the future, but would definitely return for any future collision repair needs.

Lars was amazing from day one, when I went in for estimate and responded with in couple days when the ordered parts will be in. Once I dropped off my Land Rover Defender for repairs, I was getting daily updates on repairs and even the part that was supposed not to be in and I would be r to back again, they got it delivered and completed the work.Amazing customer service .When I got the vehicle it was fully detailed.Thumbs up 12/03/23this time, the updates and courtesy of Lars and Raven were all the same(great), but the repair was delayed and vehicle delivery was delayed 3 times. the vehicle was delivered to my home, but I didn't notice the plastic sheet for pain protection on both front doors, until next day when I reached the hotel for valet parking.Service: Body & Trim

Crash champions in Rohnert Park did a great job on fixing my trunk on my Lexus. I had a large scratch and they did a great job with color matching. Looks brand new. Thank you!! to the wonderful staff. I will take my car back there if I need any repairs in the future.

We brought our Tesla here to have the front end replaced after it was vandalized. They repaired it and a week later we're back in as it's falling off. They tried to say this was normal to be sticking out 1/4 inch.Now back in here trying to get it for like it's supposed to be. Not happy to have to be back in with something that should have been repaired right.They are responsive though and did replace the bracket. Will update once we test out this repair.

In any business things can go wrong. It's how they handle it when they do go wrong that matters. I took my car there to get fixed. The quote was really good, but as they opened it up and found more needed to be done, it ended up being more than the car was worth so the insurance decided to total it. Fine, I'm pretty handy so I'll fix it myself. I get the car back and noticed that they took of the rocker molding to remove the damage fender. (The rocker molding was undamaged) and it wasn't in the pile of parts when I picked it up. I called to see if they could find the part. They reviewed the intake pictures, and the outgoing pictures and verified that the part was missing. They said they would look into it and get right back. A week later I call again and leave a message, no response. A week later I go in and talk to someone else who assures me they will call me back. Nothing for 3 weeks. I finally go in to talk to the manager who apologizes and assures me they will find the part for me. That was 2 weeks ago with no response. It is only 1 part, but it turns out it's $500 for a new one. They know that too, and seemed to not care to correct the problems they caused.I can't vouch for the quality of the work since they didn't end up fixing it, just be warned, if things don't go right, they will not have your back.Service: Body & Trim

My car was given back with repairs unfinished... and still dents in part that was repaired..we brought it to their attention and they prom6to get it in the next Monday. Here we are a week and half later and they don't return calls. They give endless excuses and it looks like I made a mistake going to them. Choose GNC!!

Crash Champions fixed my issue but it took a long time and they did not communicate their progress with me. My vehicle was in the shop from Feb 6th-May 4th, (88 days) and the final invoice charged 15 days of labor. The remaining time was "waiting" and there was no communication during that time of why it was taking so long. The parts did not take long to arrive; only a few days, the majority of the waiting was the lack of communication between Crash Champion and the original body shop that originally did poor repairs.Because of the lack of communication to me and between shops to progress the repairs, I would not recommend this shop to others. I only took my vehicle to this shop because my insurance company listed them as their "preferred shop", so could guarantee workmanship and future repairs due to poor workmanship.Service: Body & Trim

Carrie was so great she really went above and beyond for my son and I. She understood our life and did whatever she could to help us in the quickest and most flexible way possible. They are so great in the office Raven definitely jumped in and helped with some insurance issues that were mixed up. And the finished work was beautiful looks like a brand new car. Just WOW! I'd give these guys 11/10 if I could. Blake's was start to finish EXCEPTIONAL with my beloved Mercedes Sprinter. They stacked up with everything you could hope for when you need amazing attention to detail on getting your whip fixed. Super professional, knowledgable, down-to-earth, and passionate about details on getting everything right. This van is truly my life and I've kept it in outstanding shape.... up until my accident last month. Nick the manager took my phone call, and he was so calm, considerate and knowledgable and kind. I was instantly impressed with how he presented their process, their intimate experience working with Mercedes dealer for Mercedes parts, and how expectations on timeline. Even though they were filled to the brim with current projects, he worked out a way to get my van towed and stored there for immediate safety. Even though they were swamped, he assured me that it would be safe at their facility until it could be worked on, which was a huge relief. I was assigned Jose as my point person, and he was so kind, thorough, and I again felt so at ease being in such tight communication about the van. I had some aftermarket parts and they even managed to pull off everything without a hitch (van life people know that supply change is crazy these days!). Anyway, I 11/10 recommend these guys. It is so refreshing to see a business Overdeliver. I was speechless when I picked up my van, it hadn't been that sparkly since I purchased it. Started off normal, crash happened, cars slid into mine, so I had to go through my insurance and they had Blake s on the list. So I picked this shop because it was close to home and I heard decent things. Got the estimate and thought it s all set ready to fix or total out and move on.Little did I know Blake s sold, and they decided to not tell my insurance company that this happened. I called Blake s and asked why the estimate hasn t been sent to my insurance and they told me they can t do that for some reason. I called my insurance claims department and they couldn t locate the shop because it was sold. Finally my insurance figured it out, but in order to fix this Blake s made me come back a week later to do they same thing. Again another week went by, even with calls and emails, Blake s just didn t care. 3 weeks passed and I still had a smashed car and no end to moving on with a fix or new vehicle.It was so bad on Blake s end my insurance company and I had to pull the care and go somewhere else. When we asked for them to cover a weekend of a rental vehicle so I had something reliable to drive my kids to their sports, Blake s told us to kick rocks. Maybe they use to be good but now with the change this place sucks and I suggest you go anywhere else besides them. Customer service and righting their wrongs is not a part of the company policy.
