I usually don't write reviews, but I had a super nice experience. So I want to everybody know.Both of my rear tires were worn out, and they needed to be replaced immediately(yes, I should have checked them daily.)George, the gentleman who helped me at the counter suggested all the possible options and led me to the best one.I can t thank enough to him. I also really appreciate all the workers to be flexible.Thank you so much.

I came into the store for new tires. The guy that was working the desk wasn't very friendly and so I left without buying any tires. Can't believe this guy gets away with being so rude working for Costco

Ordered tires in store, was told that it would be 1-2 days and they would call me for an appointment. I had to follow up twice to check in (long hold times) and I was finally told that the initial person was new and didn t know what they were talking about as far as lead time. Fine, that happens. Made an appointment, showed up on time and shopped around for an hour. When I was in line I got a call that there was a problem - the ordered tire didn t work with my car! They didn t honor my appointment, didn t look at my car for a whole hour, and ordered the wrong tire to boot. If I could give 0 stars I would. What a waste of time. I m going to America s Tire Co next time.

I had a low tire pressure indicator so took my car to Costco for 1 or more new tires. Turns out it was a screw in the back tire with 90% tread still left so they fixed the tire. The rest of the tires were fine. Thank you, Andrew for all your help!

The Costco tire center took excellent care of me. I had a flat repaired . They put the repaired tire back on rotated my tires and put my spare tire back under my truck after checking it for problems. The entire process was easy and the staff was accommodating and friendly even though they were extremely busy. A big thumbs up from this Costco member thanks.

Called into the shop to ask about tires. The guy that answered was very condescending. I gave him the tire size and he asked what ply I needed? Me being the non tire shop employee with zero knowledge of ply said I dont know the other shops I called just need the size and load rating. He says load rating and ply are the same. I told him that would be nice to know and you should have said that . Without even touching the computer he says no we don't have any available. YOU JUST LOST MY BUSINESS GREAT JOB COSTCO TIRE EMPLOYEE

The work the mechanics do is good and all but there is one person I got to talk to that was so rude I almost called him out. I'm not gonna point out his name but beware of the giant. Overall took over an hour and a half to get my car back from them but it was definitely worth it.

BEWARE of Costco Tire center business practices. As a happy, four decades long Costco customer, I chose to have my car towed in to the Rohnert Park center only to be told that rather than two tires that had to be replaced owing to a blow-out, I needed to buy three owing to the "law" wherein the Michelin tires could not be combined with one of the good non-Michelin tire that was in tact. When I challenged what "law" that was the young, aggressive rep backed off, saying it was Costco"s agreement w Michelin. Still, he could not provide a customer-centered rationale. When I reluctantly agreed, he checked his inventory and had no Michelin for me and therefore Costco Tire center would insist on replacing all four tires at $175 a pop so as not to offend Michelin. I chose instead to get towed the short distance to American Tire down the street where the folks took the time to explain to me the advantages and drawbacks of each of the seven alernate tires I could buy,. My conclusion: Costco Rohnert Park saw a guy in need coming off a tow truck and chose to try to take advantage of him to the maximum extent possible.

I never had an appointment, and they were busy, less than two hours I was out, and my tire was repaired
