I m very happy with the service I received at this location but I was already expecting good things. They were recommended to me by my sister.I called in and got an appointment 2 days later. I went early in the morning so I wouldn t have to miss work and picked it up before my shift was over.I got a phone call to let me know what was causing my check engine light to go on and was given an estimate at that time so I would know how much money I was spending.I really appreciated this. It's early december and with the holidays coming up i can better plan my expenses

I came he initially for a car that had a check engine light and could not pass smog. They were so helpful and knowledgeable that I ve taken my truck, and my other two vehicles when I run into problems. Thanks

Went in for brake repair, they replaced my brakes, rotated my tires, and tightened my E-Brake! Hella chill, cute dog too! I love this establishment. It was great price too, under 500. I came here for their A/C service and they were fast, friendly and helpful! A couple of my belts were loose and they tightened them really quick while they were in there working on it - surprisingly no extra charge! It's hard to find honest places that still go the extra mile for thier customers! I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

First time visit is always nerve wracking! I called 3 different shops & this shop made me feel the most comfortable....plus I had a coupon! I am a single female in my 60's & believe me, it is hard to find honest service! These guys stand behind their word, are experienced & friendly & reasonably priced! Since now on a fixed income, this is so important. The shop was clean & they provided coffee/beverages & snacks while you wait. Service was prompt & reliable. Can't say enough nice things! I got a coupon in the mail for a free check engine light check, when I brought it in it was idling rough and I told the guy at the counter it was that and it was getting harder to start. I am told it's the spark plugs(which I figured) and it will be almost $500 to fix for all of them to be replaced. I say go for it. After i pick it up it still takes a bit to start and not even a week later the check engine light is back on. I honestly don't think they put much effort into it and I will not be bringing my vehicle back to them. I highly recommend Dan's automotive by Walmart, they are the best mechanics I've worked with and will be sticking with them from now on!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honestly had the best service ever!! I am a college student and don't know a lot about cars, I felt like family here. I went to another mechanic that tried to scam me and make me pay way more than I was supposed to. The owner was super nice and honest about the price did everything that I needed done on the car and was very kind to me. Went here for tire rotations and vehicle inspection. They were very professional and did not try to upsell anything. To the point and honest. When "OLD" Mark sold his business to "NEW" Mark all great customer service went down hill. I had to take both my cars in multiple times for the same problem. Quotes that were given to me never matched my final price (final price always over or prices changed on final invoice) , calls were never returned, excuses were given as to why they couldn't get a part or have my cars done when a time was given. I pulled my business from this shop, so did my dad and another family friend. They all had their own separate issues with this mechanic as well. To be fair I told "New" Mark all these issues to, and BIG SURPRISE: He didn't care!

Mark takes care of both of my cars and you can't ask for a more honest mechanic. He carefully evaluates each vehicle and gives a schedule for upcoming maintenance items so you can budget properly. My car always runs great after a visit.

Complete Automotive is wonderful! They really know what they are doing. I would never trust any other shop with my car. They take great care of me and my car. Customer service is the best. they even have loaner cars if needed.

My Toyota Started making a loud engine noise just coming into Petalumafrom Lake View Blvd on my way to Santa Rosa I pulled into a gas station, I thought it sound like I threw a rod, or blew out the head gasket; So I called my brother he referred me to Complete Automotive I had it towed there I'm thinking this could run me 2 or 3 even 4 k to repair. Kailo called me the next morning, it was just a plastic heat shield that had come loose under the car by the radiator he remounted it welded brackets. I was out just $165 bucks This guy got my business from here on out! Honest mechanics are hard to find these days!

Every time I come here I'm treated well and respected. The Owner, Mark, offered me free towing on more than one occasion, a free rental and is always honest an accurate with his estimates. That's why I only bring my truck and our family vehicles to Complete Automotive. Thank you Mark!

Great service. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and a side note for female car owners they dont try and pull one over on you. My dad dropped me off and they still kept the conversation with me not him because it was my car. They went out of their way and looked up information for me as well. Great group of men.

I ve been searching for a reliable shop with decent pricing. Complete Automotive s team is great! Chaelo in the office communicated what was necessary and what could wait. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was done in the timeframe they communicated. Superior Service!! Thanks guys! Will be coming back for my next service and any unforeseen automotive needs!

Mark is awesome, I went in for some tail light replacements and he actually ended up doing a little more work than originally planned. Everything went well and he kept me updated as the day progressed! I'll be coming back because he's an honest guy!
