Prices are fair and I would have given another star but watched the person installing my wheels through the window of the shop and after each wheel he d throw my wheel lock across the floor to the next tire. I know they are under pressure and need to save time and I would not have said anything until I found out this same person had time to adjust my drivers seat for the whole 20 feet he had to drive it. And when o say adjust it, he managed to pump up the lumbar support all the way.

Got a nail in my back right tire. Called them 5 min before closing, and the person i spoke to on the phone was Robert. Robert was kind enough to schedule me in for the next day at the earliest appt. Once I got to my appt the next day, it was Robert checking my vehicle in. He gave amazing customer service! They got my car in and out within 45 min. All the exmployees that work here are amazing at what they do. They truly do take care of their customers and their vehicles. This is why I only buy tires from America's Tires. They sell high quality tires, give excellent customer service and always take good care of our cars. Thank you for always giving me and my family the best experience.

I purchased tires here maybe 6 months or so ago and purchased the certificate warranty. Worth every penny! I came in and Garrett Horner was incredibly helpful, I was able to get the tired replaced for free because of their wonderful policy! Thank you Garret and americas tires.

I ve been with Americas tire for years because they ve been good to me. But, of all the locations I ve been to, this one has Scott and Kevin. These two took the time to explain and physically show me the logistics of the aspect of my tires that needed replacing, and it helped me make a well informed decision on what to do to repair the issue. They also took the time to help me with price comparisons and discounts for work I needed done that couldn t be completed at the shop. Above all else, they treated me like a human being and handled my personal situation with sensitivity and responsibility. Thank you Scott and Kevin for going to extra mile (no pun intended) and helping make a daunting process so much less painful!

America's Tires has been great to work with. It all started with my low tire pressure sensor light coming on. They checked my tire pressure on all 4 tires. Multiple times. Great experience.My son blew a tire recently. I had the van dropped at America's Tire. They replaced the tire in under an hour. Fabulous.I then saw a sign I wanted to share to my Solo Women's Camper group. The technician was fantastic. He went over key points on the sign, explained and educated me. Again Fantastic. I shared the info not only in my group but across Facebook.Great Experience.

Andrew the ASM helped me out getting new tires on my wife's car on Saturday before Thanksgiving. Super nice and helpful. Before we left the parking lot after dropping off the car, it was in the shop with all 4 tires off and the guys going to work. I was impressed!!! 30 minutes and I get a text saying the car is complete. Must have had Ross Chastains pit crew in there that day. Awesome work!!!

Super sales driver even after being a customer for years they tried selling me tires I didn't need because I brought them a car I wanted the tires rotated on but didn't purchase them from AT.There's also a guy named Kevin or Kirk or Jeff whatever that works here that is super condescending and believes he is the only expert on earth. Watch out for him. he's the one with evil looking eyebrows as he looks through you and His shoes are tight like a clowns. I could only imagine what his co workers think of him. I bet you corporate loves him though.The world needs less ladder climbers

I like this tire shop, they really try hard to help out and don't try to sell me things I don't need. I just wish they did alignments, it sucks going one place to get tires and another to get the alignment. Service is always wonderful.

I had my tires rotated on my Ram dually. On a dually, it's really easy to scramble where each tire shows up on the TPMS. They won't just "learn" their position, like SRW trucks do. They were great figuring out what rim needed to be where. I will definitely continue to buy my tires at America's Tire. Not only are their prices good, their service is even better.

These guys know nothing about tires. The mechanics are fast. Had two tires balanced and then had to pay another company to re-balance them. They don't warranty their work. Bought two new tires and nearly crashed because they wouldn't install them on the front.You put the new tires on front of a front wheel drive car. You want traction on your drive axle. Kevin and the other guys don't seem to understand it. I had to rotate the tires myself since they said they won't honor the free rotation because two tires were on the car when I bought it. They still have 50% traction. I'm not spending 1,200 on 4 new car tires. That's ridiculous.So disappointed in this American tire.

I had a fantastic experience there and Austin was the person who helped me. It's hard to get good customer service nowadays but he was very polite and professional and helped me out from beginning to end. It's also nice to be able to go online to pick my own tire and set everything up. I had questions and called and he helped me out. Everyone at America's Tire was great. I did not have to wait to long at all. Thanks. My daughter went there the next week and got all 4 tires for her car! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good and honest service to help you get what you need at the price you can afford. Took less than 20 minuets, which was surprisingly quick! Clean and open interior unlike most tire shops.

Woke up on a Monday morning with a flat tire. Made a 930 appointment at America s tires and showed up early and waited in the parking lot for them to open. I was so impressed that they saw me sitting there and they came and got me and my information and took me right away. Very professional, very courteous. Just amazing. I thank you guys so much for seeing me on short notice. And then to top it off, they didn t charge me which makes a huge difference. I m in such need of help these days and this really made a difference.

Scott and Kevin are great! They go over and and above to provide phenomenal customer service. They have both taken great care of my wife and I over the years with all of our tire needs and mishaps. This is the only place we go to for tires.

Really nice staff-very helpful - fixed my tire for free. When my tire pressure light turns on I always bring my Prius to this location and they add air for me which is cool because I don t have to get out of my car

This is in regards to Nico and the other gentleman that I don t remember his name but was working inside the store and I believe he was the manager. A man that is mid age, I think he said he's from Michigan or somewhere. He s so friendly. I just wanted to say this place gave exceptional customer service. I just came to get air in my tires. I also asked about a rough estimate on how much i would spend on 4 tires. They let me know that they will price match anywhere. Super friendly customer service! 5 stars highly recommend!

I've been getting my tires here for years, it's my go to. Scott the manager or service writer has always been friendly, professional and the guys and gals in the garage, friendly and professional, couldn't ask for a better experience.

Bought my new tires here for my truck great price better than anywhere else. Also anything happens to my tires they are replaced for free also free tire repair rotation and balance for the life of my tires. Very nice people work here they take really good care of my truck. They also give a veterans discount.

I had really, really bald tires. My car skidded this morning. I called right away and they had two new tires on my car within 40 minutes. They didn t try to sell me rear tires that I didn t need. Scott was so great! He made the whole experience enjoyable. And I HATE spending money on car stuff. I will be back for sure and I ll tell my friends to go there, too!

Fastest service I have ever received at a tire store in town. Same/similar or slightly more affordable prices with exact same customer service (as in when purchasing 4 tires there it was life of the tire rotation and alignment servicing etc) I went in with zero appointment or phone call and wasn't disappointed. I have purchased 4 tires for the exact same car at a place just down the road and cannot say the same thing. For certain 10/10 would recommend and be bringing back my own vehicle

Customer service is sub-par. Made me an appointment to install 1 tire which I was told I would be in and out. When I came in, they made me wait an hour even though they never mentioned that at the time of making the appointment. So, you make an appointment to wait 15 minutes to be greeted and an extra hour to install 1 tire.Go somewhere else for your tire needs.

Outstanding tire pricing and service on my C5 Corvette. Installed new TMPS and tires all around. Dropped off at 8 am and completed all the work in 30 minutes. Thank you to the office and service crew members. Excellent all round.

It appears once you go there once that like everything is free from then on out. I don t know what it is or how they make their money! They are the nicest, fastest, most giving car place ever! They will fix a flat in minutes for free and have with me about a dozen times I think! Thank you and I HIGHLY recommend them. Couldn t recommend them more.

I'm new to the area and pulled in on a whim to see if i could get air for my low tire. Much to my surprise, they offer free air checks and did mine super fast since I had a kid to pick up. The techs that were helping me let me know they saw a nail in the tire, but that it would be able to be plugged. They encouraged me to book an appointment so my wait time would be short, which i did for the following weekend.Upon arrival for my appointment, I was taken care of quickly and told that it qould only be 30 minutes to plug the tire. They also told me that they do tire repairs for free!! I was pleasantly surprised and my car was done before that half hour mark. I'm a customer for life, and you should be too.
