Fast service, got me in same-day for a smog on our old truck, and the whole thing barely took 30 minutes. Great pricing, great customer service, highly recommend.

Advance Smog in Rohnert Park is the only place I'll take my car for smog checks and repairs. The owners, Kelvin and Tran Li are good, honest and very kind people with the best prices in town!

I took my Acura here to SMOG before selling it to a private party, sure that it would pass, as it always had. Failed. Apparently if your battery dies (which mine did) it resets an error code that requires driving up to 60 miles to reset. With this advice, I took it to Petaluma and back, and what do you know? Passed!! Their advice was spot on and they helped me get it passed so I could pass it on!! Check them out!!

They are the fastest smog shop I've used. The lady at the front desk is super nice and makes sure you have everything you need for DMV

Everyone here was so nice and helpful! I've never before been to any vehicle service center where I felt so welcome and cared for. They were honest about what was going on with my car and what I would need done but that I won't need it any time soon. I appreciate such honesty. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

A great mechanic, and a clean facility. Calvin always fixes everything right the first time, stays in close communication with the progress, and is very honest. I never need to worry about getting ripped off. I highly recommend this business.

I've taken 3 cars and a motorhome to them. Starting at the front desk and to the garage it has been consistently a friendly experience. Whether I passed or not they had suggestions on where to get what I needed if I did. They are fast too with a comfortable waiting room.

I was given misleading information about both my brakes( which they installed)was told they are worn to.50 percent and l was visibly shown l have 90 percent left. The second opinion people showed me.I have done very little driving and l did not understand how they can be so worn,which they aren't. Also told my left back tire was leaking lubricant,it is in perfect shape. I was charged 120.00 to get mislead and l am so disappointed .I trusted this shop and l am truly disappointed. Grateful to the people who showed me,for no charge, my car was not faulty.

I went here for my (super last minute) smog check, and they were amazing! They got me in and finished inside of 20 minutes, even though I didn't have an appointment, and sent the results electronically to the DMV.(I also had my dog with me, and was able to bring him in while I checked in and while I paid. We went for a walk while they were taking care of my car.)Pricing was pretty good, too (less than $60). I definitely recommend them for smog testing!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Kelvin does quality work for an honest price. He has done smog checks on my vehicles for about 10 yrs and he is now doing some minor repairs since I no longer have the time. I have considerable experience working on vehicles (engines, trans, suspensions, electrical, etc), so I am a pretty good judge of what is and what is not a fair estimate.

I come to Kelvin because I trust him to be honest with me. Other mechanics will take your money & tell you they can fix anything but they won't tell you when a car is a lost cause. Thanks to Kelvin I traded my old Malibu in for a Toyota and I couldn't be happier. The girl at the front desk is always friendly and polite. I won't be looking around for another mechanic for a long time.

Amazing operation.Made an appointment for 1:45pm. Arrived 5 minutes early. Left @ 1:55pm with Smog Certificate complete and sent to DMV electronically.What's more: I've gone here since the 80's although there has been a Management change during that time, the service is the same...courteous, utterly reliable, quick and priced right.What more could you ask?

Easiest smog check I've ever had! Called for an appt. and got in 30 min later. Was outta there in under 20 min. Fast and friendly service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop and I'll use them again.

Hands down the best!!! Their service is excellent. Their waiting room is very nice and relaxing. They even have a large air purifier. The best you can ask for in these scary times or at anytime!

I took the smog test on June 18, 2020. Service is good. I paid using credit card at around 4:30pm. They took my credit card then gave it back to me. It's the only place someone had physical access to my card. The next day June 19, 2020. Someone used my credit card to purchase gas in Contra Loma at around 2:10 pm and ordered Taco Bell at around 3:50 pm. Be careful in using your credit card here.

Honestly this is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. I've tried using the dealers and large chain auto shops with a lots of disappointment and distrust. Advance smog and it's owners were friendly, fast, efficient, and fixed my daughter's car right the first time. They went out of there way to treat me right. I've struggled a lot with finding the right mechanic and shop to repair my vehicles, Advance Smog made me feel comfortable using their services and did just what I asked without trying to sell me things I didn't need. The next time I need service I will for sure use them again.

Fast in and out service given without an appointment! I have an older '90 Toyota Sea Breeze motorhome that most shops won't even look at, but it passed with flying colors! Friendly and professional staff that placed temporary floor/seat protection before getting behind the wheel. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommended Advance Smog Auto Care!!

I have been bringing my car here for 5+ years and it's the same every time. Really fast and friendly service. They also give a discount on the smog if you are a Costco member.

I have been going here for my check engine light and smog tests for years. People say that a mechanic will over do charges and fix things they don't ask for, if you are a woman....NOT HERE, I even know that your check engine light will cause you to fail, fix that first then pay for a smog. When I told the tech my check engine light was on, he didn't do the smog, he suggested that be fixed first, and since I was getting my smog there after, gave me a discount for the sensor. Very good experiences every time I've been there, they are reasonably priced too.
