Crazy fast with great service. I had barely just turned the corner of the building, and the staff was already waving me in to pull up and had a tech at my door ready to get me started by the time I took off my seat belt. Very impressive! Only place I go for a smog now. Very pleasant staff and great experience.

I was blown away how quickly they got me in and out of there. When I got back in my car I had to look at the paperwork to see what time they checked me in and then when I was paying for it to check out. Was literally 5 minutes! Not only crazy fast service but friendly as well. Definitely would recommend.

Great service! I was met outside, then went in to easily complete the necessary paperwork. They were able to test the car immediately - total time was less than 10 minutes!

I went here to smog my 1998 Toyota T100. It failed the 1st go around and I was told why and to return for a free retest after completing repairs. I completed the proper repairs and returned for the retest and one of the emissions monitors would not clear on the truck s computer. I was told to continue driving the truck and it would eventually clear. I am not experienced so I did this, continuously, and returned for 12 weeks in a row. Yes, I m a slow learner. Eventually I figured out these people don t know what they re doing and took it to a shop that does. He told me the monitor that was on doesn t keep the truck from smogging, it just lowers Smog n Go s score with the state if they pass my truck while that monitor is on. He put my truck on the machine and passed it in 20 minutes. Just like that. Smog n Go wasted my time, gas and money for 12 WEEKS because they are more concerned about some state score than their customer. PATHETIC! Where I m from the customer comes first. I will never go back to Smog n Go.Service: Smog certification

recently visited this shop to have my car smog-checked, and I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the technician. The technician who worked on my car was incredibly lazy and unprofessional.The main issue was that the technician didn't bother to investigate the bottom of my car, where the catalytic converter is located. Instead, he simply looked under the hood and completed the smog check without properly inspecting the entire vehicle. As a result, I had to go through the entire process again at a different shop, which cost me both time and money. If your car is a stock one and doesn t require time to look properly around then go and get a pass, if your car requires time and some of the check parts are difficult to reach at, then avoid them at so costService: Emissions testing

I was referred by the folks at the neighboring Jiffy Lube, and the staff here was amazing. There as so many places to go for a "deal" on a smog check and I have been left waiting 4-5 hours at other places. Service here was quick and effortless! Also, appreciate them raising funds for the Make a Wish Foundation and happy to contribute. Highly recommend!Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

Fast and Efficient ServiceThis was my first visit to the Smog 'N Go chain. It was pleasant, not crowded on a Saturday. There is a Coupon, but i don't own a printer.The staff was courteous and worked quickly. I think it took maybe 15 minutes from arrival to departure

Tried a couple of other places on a Thursday and found them to be closed. Pulled my car into Smog and Go, waited approximately 10 minutes and I was done. Really good experience.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Went in on a Saturday to have my truck smogged for registration. The attendant at the front desk was very professional and informative. The service received was professional and fast. Had a certificate in just under 30 minutes, will go back.

There were a few cars in front of us when we arrived, but we still got in and out within 20 minutes. They didn't leave any smells or residue in the car and we're very friendly. The only negative for us is that no one was wearing masks.

This place exceeded my expectations as far as smogs go. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Only recommendation is to put an A-frame sign out front telling customers to pull up to the garage. Great experience!

Honest review here folks. Cashier was super nice and professional but the shop guys are lame. I watched their tech Glenn Young pry on plastic engine covers rather than remove them. I have seen this type of laziness everytime I come here. Been here several times because its convenient location but I won't be back.

Most of the time this is a easy in and out place to get smogged. Staff is helpful. Always remember to show the coupon that they have on their website for $10 off. Price could be better, but I factor in convenience.
