What an awesome experience for my daughter's Mercedes 50K service. Martin and Gary, both very professional, courteous, and kind to my daughter. The final work completed came in less than estimated. I knew her brakes may be bad, as she drives aggressively. Rather than upselling, they stated her brakes are good for now and did not need replacement. They informed her of a nail in the tire that I will get repaired for her. Overall, what a peace of mind experience for my daughter. Often, I hear of my female employees being taken advantage of when getting repairs on their vehicles, but Performance has been so pleasant and trustworthy that I will have my youngest daughter only go to Performance as well when her new BMW needs work.

Prompt, professional service. I had coolant leaking into the drivers side on my Mini Cooper. The guys at Performance Motorworks figured it out quickly and had me back on the road ASAP. Fair price and they fixed it right the first time. The owner Dan was very nice and the whole crew seemed to know what they are doing. All the employees seemed clean and professional.The front office was nice and clean, unlike some shops I ve been to. They even have a separate waiting area with comfortable chairs.

Update: owner contacted me after reading my review. He agreed his company should have topped off the coolant before running expensive diagnostics, and refunded the charge. He was very professional and I appreciate the resolution. Upgrade to 5 stars.-----------------------------------------------I was looking for an alternative to the VW dealership last year when my heater started blowing cold air. Based on reviews, I scheduled with Performance Motor Works, and they diagnosed a bad heater core with sediment buildup. They said a replacement, not a flush, was necessary, and I would have to pay to refill the sealed coolant system. Total cost, $1200. Fast-forward one year, and my low-coolant indicator came on. I scheduled a follow-up with Performance, since in my mind, these services would be related. They ran a pressure test to look for leaks, and found none - but the coolant was low. So, if there was no leak, I have to believe it was low since last year when they refilled it. In the end, I paid another $200 for a coolant top-off (gone are the days when we topped off the radiator with a garden hose). I think these guys are decent, but I'm left wondering whether the cost and inconvenience would have been less at the dealership.

Very clean professional shop. I had them diagnose some issues on my F12 M6 BMW convertible. They provided video and still pictures and well written report. I would recommend them to anyone they checked my car front to back.

Took my 2019 Audi Q8 in to get a rear door latch replaced. Not only was I able to get an appointment for the next day, their price was much more reasonable than the dealership down the road. I wish I d found them sooner! Amazing service and a knowledgeable staff. They even replaced my key fob battery without me having to ask. Top notch!

These guys are awesome, they were not only professional but really nice guys. Martin got me in as a drop off between appointments, made sure to communicate everything back and forth between me and the tech, they did thorough diagnostics on my car, gave me calls with updates and got me out of there without hiking up the price. I will be back, thanks guys!

Called Performance Motor in the morning to get my new EKPS module programmed. They ve scheduled me an hour later and completed 2 hours after. They ve provided a free checked up and service cost is reasonable. I ll definitely recommend this company. Friendly staff and good service.

Great communication, super helpful, courteous service. These guys do a great job. Decided to switch my service from the Audi dealerships to PMW and while I was a little hesitant, after my first service, I am sold! PMW now has my business going forward! Thank you very much.

This place is great. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. No hidden fees or trying to oversell unnecessary work. You get a digital form with the work they recommend with photos and you can accept or deny. You can even pay your bill online before you get there making it super simple and convenient. Ps. Martin at the front is the nicest. Literally ran to the door to open it for me as I struggled to walk in with my baby and then parked my car right in front of the office and left the back door open to help me put my car seat in on his own without me even asking! What a gentleman! Highly recommend this shop.

Dan and his team were excellent! I had a error code for my cat bank 2 and they were able to fix and replace my cat headers. He explained how and showed me why they were failing. The turn around time was very fast and very professional. The car has a clean bill of health now. Performance motor sports has changed my views on repair shop trustworthiness- after only 6 months, the vehicle I purchased at Just better cars in Roseville spontaneously died on the freeway. Dan helped put me at ease by going the extra mile to find warranties and other solutions to get my vehicle repaired affordably. As a mechanically inclined individual who has successfully repaired and maintained my own vehicles over the years, I find it hard to trust- let alone pay someone to work on my stuff. I would trust these guys to take on any future repairs or modifications to my BMW and so should you! I have yet to experience a better process in the vehicle service industry.Give these guys a call and you will immediately see how much they actually care and want to help!

This repair shop was very respectful and professional when it came to customer service and diagnosing our vehicle issue. The staff explained the process of the diagnosing to be done, and afterwards explained multiple options towards a reapair. Time and expenses are for another review, if need be.

My first time doing business at this establishment was yesterday afternoon. The people are very nice, professional, and they were very accommodating in getting me in and out with an unexpected problem. It was particularly appreciated, because it was a Friday afternoon, and they got it done promptly while I relaxed in their comfortable waiting room. This is my 2nd time to this facility & it will be my go-to place from now on! I like how they specialize in German cars so I feel confident in taking my car to them. They are very polite, honest, courteous, & knowledgeable. The facility is super clean & has a nice waiting room. Martin is always so pleasant to talk to & keeps you updated on the work being done. I don t trust anyone with my vehicles. However, Performance Motor Works are the best in town! They are respectful and knowledgeable is what they do. Their prices is understandable because you get what you pay for which I m more than willing to pay for quality and trust. After they installed in upgraded part, they completed any inspection on their time and notified me that there s no issues. It s nice to know that they are an honest company that s not out to suck their customers dry of money.
