Had a great experience with Eric. Very knowledgeable in his craft with great customer service skills. Gave me good advice on what my two cars needed on tire service. I will definitely go back again for future car/tire needs.

I normally don't do reviews. However, my experience was amazing and they saved me a bunch of money. We recently changed all 4 tires and front brakes at Firestone and had a bunch of issues to where they had to fix the mistakes. Took the better part of two days. One for installation and another to fix the problem. Fast forward now our brakes are having issues. We feel grinding and the vehicle isn't stopping properly. We didn't replace the rear brakes so I assumed that was the issue. I came in and the gentleman at the front desk diagnosed it was a improper greasing on the front brakes and the rears were fine and still didn't need replacement. Come to find out Firestone didn't grease them at all and they were bone dry. I will never go to Firestone again, they were very rude and could have caused a accident from negligence, but I will 100% bring my vehicle to the Pepboys in Rocklin. Very knowledgeable and professional. A great experience overall. Definitely deserving of 5+ stars.

Most honest I've ever come across. Went in for new brake pads the dealership said I needed to replace. The guys at Pep Boys showed me they were practically new still and no need to replace anytime soon. They saved me hundreds! Will be going back when I need my next service.

Came in for tires that were worn out before their warranty time and was treated fairly and quickly. The crew here enjoys what they do and are very courteous and helpful. They even gave me a ride to a local parts store so we could replace a valve stem, saving me $50 to $90 having to have someone take the tire off again to fix it later. I drive 60 miles each way so this crew can service my tires and it's not the first time. I have been a Pep Boys fan since 1980.

Everyone that helped me at pep boys were wonderful. They are helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of all issues that needed to be addressed without being pushy like some places do. The service was fast and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Paid money, no service done, just inspection. Reported it. Also, it seems I hurt Kiarash Kiani's feelings when I "asked too many questions" because he asked me to leave the store earlier than expected and not come back.

I visited the store twice. From the first visit, the manager was in front office and seems to complain about everything, but I kept engaging him in conversations to light up his day as it seemed that he was new to this store, not management. He said he fired most of his old staff.The 2nd time I came couple months after; I smiled when he entered the shop after I waited for him to come but never bothered to even greet me or other customers. The lady was going to charge for the service, and I noticed the charge was much higher than the same service I did couple of months ago, so I asked for the reason. She turned to the manager and that I am arguing about the price. I told her I was just asking, not arguing; she replied saying, "if you want to argue, you can go somewhere else." Well, I did, and I will never go back. I've been a customer of Pepboys for at least 2 years now, and usual wait times for simple oil change have been 2-3 hours. I found a place half the distance to me, cheaper and did the job in 20 minutes for me.

5 star service, super friendly, super helpful and very speedy! Fast oil change at a great price, would recommend all of my friends and family to the Rocklin PepBoys location! Derrick at the front desk was 10/10

Had tires delivered by tire rack to this location and they installed them for cheaper than the advertised price. They did an inspection I was not interested in having done but did not charge me for it. That s fine but I would have preferred getting finished sooner to having to discuss my cabin filter. Reason for the lower review is they lost one of my OEM wheel hubs. What I saved on install I will have to spend in replacing that hub. It s a bummer. Next time I ll stick with the big boys and skip the pep boys. Sorry guys. I can t afford the savings techniques.

PepBoys in Lincoln is the place to go for an oil change. The service was excellent, Kayla was very kind as was the mechanic who changed the oil. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The only reason I m giving a four star review and not a five star review is due to the tires not being rotated as requested even though the receipt says it was done. One tire is ever so slightly different than the others and it didn t move location on the car. I intend to return for future service.

Very kind and patient through the process. Shannon was amazing and funny, had to sit in for a while to wait on it in their cool and cozy lobby. Communicated the prices well without any pressure to sign immediately. Only had 1 person working on the cars when I came in and finished up on my car in a few hours fixing it up just like new. I would 100% come back here again.

Their website lies they can't work on suspension steering control complicated alignments. less than shade tree mechanics and knowledgeable abilities SUCKS

Overall I am very pleased, I did have to wait a long time however it was late on a Friday. But my car is back to normal.1/1/2024 - I took my car in for an oil change and was told there would be about a 3 hour wait. I was prepared to wait that long as my car needed the oil change. The service manager, Kiarash Kiani was extremely nice and said he may just pull my car around himself to get it done. His customer service etiquette was over the top, and because of him I will be a loyal Pep Boys Customer. He was very professional and accommodating and I have never received such wonderful treatment from any car establishment. My car was ready in less than an hour instead of the estimated 3 hours. Thank you again Kia, you are wonderful!

The customer service is not good. I went there with a tire low on air. They didn't even bother to look at the car and wanted me to drop car off the next day. I left and went to a different place where I was informed me that the tire valve was broken and it was unsafe to be driving the car the way it was, sure to air being very low. I will not give Pep Boys another cent.

Worst customer service. Definitely not professionals working there. Sent my car in for a brake job, got all the change (almost $50) stolen from the dashboard. Called them to complain about this, the person on the phone went all defensive and without apologizing said we re done talking here buddy . Save yourself and don t visit these thieves. I don t understand how pep boys even let them run this franchise. Absolute thugs!

Had my battery go kaput on Hyundai Tuscon, was able to get the local Pep Boys in Rocklin CA and the tech and rep there were both super courteous and helpful. I was there less than 30 minutes and the tech had a new battery installed. Thanks Rocklin CA Pep Boys!

Awful... set an appointment a week ago, walked in and had to wait forever, then told would be a 2 hour or more delay as the calendar let them book out too many appts , in reality you're understaffed, get a second person with some customer service skills for the front desk or bring the manager in and more staff in there on busy days. They quoted me a crazy price for a service also even though I showed them the price on the website that was listed, false advertising .. booked at another service a few miles a way and will never be back

Service is awesome ! From the Manager Kiarashi, he takes time to explain and very accommodating and together with rest of the staff they are amazing , reliable and very efficient! They will recommend the best but also for a reasonable price. And their office is so quiet and I got my work done too while waiting! Overall highly recommended!! Tire change and oil change May 2 2023
