I have been contacted by agents of your dealership since providing this one star review. The individual that continually "fumbled the ball" of my customer experience at the dealership assured me that "I will make note and ensure our staff gets the proper training."My car was sold to a different vendor three days ago, for a higher cash offer, with superior communication, no ghosting, deceptive/unreal offers, or lack of professional decorum.Eddie I wish you well as you seek to reach people after they've already experienced what they've experienced. However, the change has to come from within if one wants to remain competitive in this industry. Take care

The experience I've had with this dealership is by far the most abysmal and frustrating one I've ever had in my life. Started off by asking for some flexibility on the price of a pre-owned vehicle, to which both the sales person and sales manager stating they don't negotiate--I get it that we're all trying to make a buck, but deals are made through give and take. Then after numerous attempts to make the deal, the sales manager informed me by saying the car had been sold; it's still posted online! This has got to be one of the most dishonest and unreasonable dealerships I've ever worked with in all my years of buying cars. Never again will I attempt to do business with this store; I'll only work with dealerships that value and understand the importance of honesty and integrity.

Went in to look at a Velar and fell in love with it. AJ, Austin, and Tim were all helpful. We've since had a minor issue that they were able to resolve right away without any hassle. The finance/warranty was also smooth. We have ordered after market parts and Joe was friendly and really helpful in that process.

Land Rover Rocklin was beyond amazing! I really felt heard for the first time in forever. We sat down and talked about what I thought was wrong and then they went to work finding the issues. I had bought the car from an online dealership and I was concerned with the state I received it so with some inspection we found a leak, a very very original air filter and a tire sensor that was not working. We went for a test drive and throughout the whole process they were in communication about what was needed and what the timelines would be. The work ended up being fully covered by my limited warranty and I couldn t be happier to have my peace of mind back. This dealership is amazing. I will be returning for all of my service work. It s worth the 2 hour drive! And side note. D was my service advisor and she was the best! 5 stars guys.

I have a 2020 Range Rover and it has been in the shop and I have driven a Rent-A-Car more than I have driven the car. Every time I take my car in for one issue they call and find another issue. This time over $7,000 in repairs. A 3 year old Range Rover should not have these many issues. It s sad and frustrating to pay $150,000 for a Range Rover and it s in the shop all the time. I want to warn customers these vehicles are not reliable. You will spend thousands in repairs and your car will be in the shop. Very sad because I like the style of the rovers and the way it drives. Who knows maybe just poorly built? Save yourself trouble. Don t buy one!

Great customer service. Little touches they do like detailing your vehicle and leaving and thank you note inside really made my day at pick up. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. It s hard to get loaners but they help you find a ride home and back for pick up to help compensate. They even fixed an issue the Sacramento location told me was normal. Robert is very helpful and Informative. I highly recommend this location. Everyone is friendly and welcoming that I have encountered there.

My first experience with Land Rover was abysmal. I brought my Discovery in for a recall after only owning it about two months, and was later told that I had a faulty steering wheel airbag. It took them more than 80 days to get the part and then an additional four days to install it before I could pick my car up. At that point, they had had my car longer than I had. Further, they rushed to install the airbag so much so that I noticed Friday night after the service center was closed that the knob on the side of the steering column for the auto movement was literally hanging off the steering column. It s just dangling there which gives me serious concerns about the sloppiness involved with the install and the actual safety of that airbag. And now, since they re closed all weekend, I can t even get help until Monday. It s utterly shameful and downright negligent. Worst car owning experience I have ever had, and I have owned many cars over the decades.

Terrible service, beginning with management. My father and I placed orders for the new Range Rover back in late 2021. I took delivery of mine in Nov 2022 and waited for my fathers who was next in line. Around that time I find out that the dealership changed the color of the vehicle I ordered from WHITE TO GRAY! I was appalled! I asked how that s possible and they kept throwing the blame around. Then when I asked about solutions, they mentioned we can order you another one (i.e. go to the end of the line.) I waited till the car arrived and it kept getting delayed. We waited another 9 months, even though we were next in line, before the car arrived. Once again, I asked for management for solutions to a problem they created, but they were not willing to work with a returning / loyal customer. They said they could trade it in for a white one with another dealership in 3 months. Meaning, wait longer so we can give you a car that you didn t order with different options. The manager at the dealership won t talk to me. He is ducking the situation because he knows that the dealer is in the wrong.Worst service. Worst car buying experience. Worst dealership. Worst management. Charlie, Tim, Ron, Neil shame on you guys for such a horrid experience in Luxury vehicle shopping. I spent 170K on a vehicle to deal with these type of people. Pathetic service even for a car dealer.

Bought a used 2023 Range Rover Evoque. We never seen the car in person and made the transaction over the phone and email. Its our 4th Evoque so we know the car and brand and they had it delivered, to us on the Central Coast, CA.There were a few hiccups on delivery of the vehicle, all of which were quickly remediated, also the Sales Mgt team personally calling and offering their apologies.Overall a good experience and a good learning curve for any future 'non physical' purchases from other dealerships.

BEST customer service I've ever experienced while purchasing a vehicle. EVERYONE was helpful and transparent. Their pricing is SUPER competitive and they still are open to negotiate. The amount of honesty was overwhelming. I truly felt like family and will definitely travel 2 hrs again to purchase my next vehicle.

D at the Range Rover dealership located in Rocklin was amazing to work with. She met all my auto needs. The staff as a whole were wonderfully hospitable; making sure I had internet password, water, and helped me with the fancy coffee machine. Great people, great experience, great product!

I absolutely loved the Customer Service here in Rocklin. From the time I drove up literally to my (First Time) Service Appointment I was so impressed on how wonderful the entire staff that I encountered were. Friendly, kind, warm and Extremely helpful. I appreciated the Outstanding Customer Service. Being a Business Owner, Im Big on Customer Service being Top Priority and here at Land Rover Rocklin, they did a Outstanding Job. Caution; very negative review. The Service Manager here was incredibly rude to me.In an attempt to make it up to me he magically found out that some work that needed to be completed was actually covered under the 100K warranty for the vehicle. Stay away from these guys. They will tell you what s wrong with your vehicle and not do their homework to let you know it s actually covered under a warrant you paid for. And they ll leave you harassing voice mail messages if you don t return the loaner immediately, regardless of what your work schedule is. The Service manager will simply discredit you however he can to suit his needs and interrupt you while you are talking. There s way more to this story but this should suffice.

Overall my experience at Niello Land Rover was very good. Sales representatives from the beginning of the order, configuring ( and reconfiguring!) the car and tracking until delivery we re patient, responsive and helpful. A pricing issue was handled proactively and another issue that was agreed in advance and arose again while taking delivery was resolved by the sales representative satisfactorily at that time.The defender is gorgeous and my wife couldn t be happier with the purchase.

My first experience with Rocklin RR was excellent. Worked with Dana (D), who provided constant updates with costs and videos. Car was returned on time and at a cost LOWER than quoted. The car was also delivered after a hand car wash! Customer Service still exists

Kind, attentive and professional service. I was kept informed with issues found with my car in a very timely manner and the car was ready to be picked up at the time promised. I highly recommend trying Land Rover Jaguar Rocklin when you need a car service. You would not be disappointed.

Took my car in for service, there was also a recall that they were able to attend to. I was able to pick up my car that afternoon. They had it cleaned and washed. Andrew in service did a great job keeping me informed. Josue I m service was also really nice and attentive.

Elegant, modern, and everything you want in a car buying experience. Andre in Rocklin was a tremendous help from start to finish. He was the whole reason I felt confident making our purchase. Reassuring me and walking me through the tedious process of purchasing a car nowadays. This is the WORST Land Rover Dealership in the country! Was lied to numerous times by both management and the finance department. Despite multiple calls to Charlie Zink at both LR & the Audi location, HE NEVER RESPONDED. Avoid this dealership unless you want to be deceived and taken advantage of and sold something that has issues. Purchased a CPO Land Rover that once it was inspected by my local LR dealership, was told that a largepart of what was signed off as DONE was in fact never done.

My wife and I bought our first RR from Rocklin RR. We are not ones who typically enjoy the car purchase process, but Nick Welch made our experience great. Very knowledgeable with a high level of awareness made the experience great. I would highly recommend Nick and Rocklin RR.

Everyone at land Rover Rocklin is awesome. Great service, friendly, and extremely helpful. Of particularly mention, "D" in the service department, she took great care of us and ensured my vehicle was properly diagnosed and covered under warranty.Also had a chance to talk to sales and look at some vehicles, no pressure, no hassle, honest and overall good experience.
