Brought my Dodge Ram diesel in for a simple oil change. I was quoted $230 for the service. I told them that I have never paid that much. I left and went to SpeeDee. They did my oil change with synthetic oil for $140. They are obviously price gougers.

It was nice, when they offered additional services and I said no thank you, they didn't push me. I will go back there again. Yes, I would recommend them to my shy friends.

Jiffy Lube, thanks for the positive experience. I was in and out in no time at all.Special thanks to Justin for the friendly greeting also to Victoria for getting me checked in so promptly.And to Alex, my cashier. You're right. The local pizza place was great for lunch.Oh, and thanks to the mechanics who did the work.I'll be a returning customer.

Our family has gone to jiffy lube for years, they are great to deal with, the employees are great to work with and it s just always been a pleasure to have our oils changed at there Rocklin location.

Everyone worked as a team during my visit. From one employee vacuuming the interior as well as cleaning my windows as well as one lady serving me a glass of water due to the warm weather that day! Victoria was super sweet. My car is older than her so she had to do a little research on parts available.. I'm glad she took the time . Very impressive. Thanks jiffy lube. Update: 8/24/23.These guys are awesome. Love the service from the time I pulled up. They where so cool the first time, it was easy remembering some of the same face. The queue line I was placed in moved very slowly. The other two bays serviced cars that came in after me instead of moving me over to a faster moving bay. My actual service time in bay time was quick at ~ 25min which is great. My time at the facility was nearly 1.5 hours where every other car on the screen was 30-45 min. The clerk apologized for the long wait, I feel they could've moved me into another bay.Service: Oil change

I haven't been to many oil change places where service was this slow. 3 stars is all I can give when a place isn't too busy (2 cars in front of me) and it took over an hour and a half to get an oil change. I don't have any issues with the services perfomed. I would recommend dropping a car off and coming back later to pick it up.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

While I appreciate that y all changed my oil, it seems like every time I ve come here there s some mysterious random other thing to fix on my car. Today my partner took my car to get an oil change, and they told him that my rear lights were out. Under the guise that they were my brake lights, my partner went ahead and allowed them to fix it. Turns out that rear lights means license plate lights. It is excruciatingly frustrating that you cannot simply get an oil change at this place. I understand as a retail worker having to upsell things, but they word things in such a way that makes you believe you absolutely NEED said thing. Then you end up spending way more than you anticipate or can even afford :(

Excellent & courteous service. This was my first time at this business.I had HORRIBLE experiences at Roseville Honda (including the morning that I went to Jiffy Lube. I had an appointment at 7 am, at Roseville Honda. On the way, I found a voice mail message from a service person saying they were short handed, I could drop of my car, I could wait but it would be THREE hours & FIFTEEN minutes. Seriously? I had the FIRST appointment of the day & I was expected to wait 3 hours & 15 minutes?).I found the address for the Rocklin Jiffy Lube & saw that they opened at 7:30 am. So, I drove straight there.At Jiffy Lube, I was greeted shortly after I arrived, told another person would be helping me shortly (he was checking in two people ahead of me), & I waited less than 10 minutes, (including my check in time) until I went to the lobby. The entire time I was there, they explained the service, what was recommended, & NO PRESSURE to add on anything. I arrived at approximately 7:20 & I was able to leave at approximately 8:15. I will be a Jiffy Lube customer from now on.OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE !!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Suspicion business practices. They do not let you see them service your vehicle. Do not bring your children either. They will need to vacate the car. 0/5 stars. Will not be coming again.

Once I arrived, the person came out and greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. I said oil change and he directed me into the bay. Once parked I was there for 20 minutes and on my way.Great service! Love this placeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I drove up this morning without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly technician who got all of my information and directed me to the line that would be done the fastest. I was advised I could wait inside, outside, or even stay in my car. I opted to remain in my vehicle and did not have to wait long before they were directing me to pull through to work on my oil change. I spoke with several technicians and they were all friendly and professional. They asked if I wanted several things checked and topped off then happily accommodated. The service was very quick, well done, and a great value. Once they were done, I pulled forward and the cashier came out to take my payment so I never had to step foot outside of my vehicle. 5 stars, A+ service!Service: Oil change

The staff at Jiffy Lube were professional, courteous and well versed in their trade. Not only was their service top notch but there was an additional concern they had with my vehicle that could not be fixed at Jiffy Lube and the staff informed me on where to get this problem fixed. I had my oil changed and some filters replaced at the Jiffy Lube in Roseville, Ca. The service was excellent as usual.However, the after service was spectacular!!Shortly after having my oil changed I experienced car trouble. I called the Manager at Jiffy Lube, Travis, about the car. He told me he would meet me where I was stranded in a few minutes. In ten minutes, he greeted me with a smile and went to work checking out the car. First the bad news, when servicing my car and filling my tires a tech broke a tire stem. This car has a sensor attached to the tire stem to monitor air pressure. The store had to take my tire to a local tire store (glad they were open), and the tire store installed a new stem with stem, and the get it back on the car. All of this added a significant amount of time to my wait. The store was already very busy.So why four stars? The staff at the store let me know what happened and how they were going to fix it. They were hustling to get it resolved. However, the sensors on these tires need to be paired with the car. So when I drove home the new tire did not register a pressure. I called the shop and they informed me that the tire store (America's Tire) would pair the sensor. Today (Monday) I went to America's Tire - without paperwork, told my story and a tech said no problem, paired the sensors and got me going in just a few minutes.I certainly was not happy to have my tire damaged. However it was good to see how all people I dealt with were concerned about fixing my problem, were polite and professional, and got the job done.Service: Oil change

I came to this Jiffy Lube because my usual oil changing places' customer service had deteriorated so badly I couldn't go back there. I had been going to this competitor for over 10 years so it was hard for me to try a new place. I have to say, I was highly impressed with Jiffy Lube's service! I loved that they checked all of my lights, blinkers and even the health of my battery. This was something the competitor never did. When I pulled up, I hadn't planned on getting my tires rotated but this service being done at the same time was too convenient to pass up. Knocked something else off of my to-do list. I have been using this Jiffy Lube location for all my vehicles since 2011. Great customer service and very efficient with wait time. Quality service. The last two times in brought my car in however, I had a negative experience. I posted a one star review and immediately heard back from the management who took action and corrected the issue. That is an outstanding company response and what we hope to see from company's who care about their patrons. My confidence is restored.Service: Oil change

I had a pleasant and smooth experience at this location! The customer service I received was very nice and professional. The best part was that they knew my car only needed a 10-minute repair. So they pulled me out of line to work on my car for those 10 minutes instead of having me wait behind everyone else's repairs.
