Your desk staff and mechanics are truly so helpful and honest. We appreciate the wonderful service, as finding someone honest and with good customer service is hard to find. I came to get a car wash because I heard great things but it was pretty mediocre. The staff was very friendly which I liked however I was pretty disappointed with the overall service. First off I mentioned I had food etc in the car should I take it with me or was it safe to leave in the car. Was told I could leave it in the car no problem. When I got my car they had tossed my food, but left the empty water bottles?? The rims on my tires don t look clean at all, the sticker from when I bought my car still has residue because they didn t even attempt to wipe it off. I didn t have high expectations because I have a dog so I knew they wouldn t really touch the dog hair which was fine but they vacuumed the front and none of the back. Didn t wipe down the head rests of the seats so they were still dirty (it s all leather), the rear bumper still had dirt on it and the front of my car where the windshield wipers are was super dirty. Also not sure why my speaker was soaked.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

First time customer. Based on my experience I give the service I received a 2.I went in for an oil change and my 30,000 mile check-up. I was a bit over the 30,000 mark, so I definitely needed to get the car looked at. Especially since my car has a weird rattling noise while idle, as well as I had been getting dash indicators about my brake lights having issues and having low tire pressure. These are all things I made clear I wanted them to check out during my initial contact.I dropped the car off, and sure the turn around time was quick, but it didn t seem the things I had mentioned were really looked at. I was told an inspection is done any time they do an oil change, but nobody mentioned anything about my brake lights like I had initially brought up. The tire pressure was still too low, even after being told the tech took the car for a test drive, so I m surprised they didn t address that before driving it. Also they said they didn t hear any rattling noise, which I was a little surprised to hear, but sure, if you didn t hear anything you didn t hear anything.I was also informed by a difference shop last year that they notices some wear on my brake pads and I likely needed to get that checked out apparently that wasn t looked at it either. Maybe that s not a part of their standard operating procedure, but to me it seems like the only concern was changing the oil. To be fair I had not mentioned anything about the brake pads specifically when checking in.The cherry on top though is I was offered a free car wash as a part of the service,which I felt really grateful to be offered that and accepted, but then I get my car back with a giant oil stain the the driver-side vanity mirror. It s not like this is some $100,00 car, but when you are offered a free car wash and the car somehow is returned in a dirtier condition, it s a little upsetting, and also a little ironic.The Positives:-Staff was friendly.-Same day service with a short turn around time.The Negatives:-Didn't fully look into the issues I had requested-Got a significant oil stain on my vanity mirror visor.If the 2 stars feel unfair, just know I would have given 3 stars, but the oil stain on the visor actually creates a new problem for me to deal with.

Did a decent job with my car. I usually go to Bob's in Roseville, but they've been closed for maintenance/remodel, so I decided to come here for a cleanup on my CR-V. They could have done a bit better with wiping down my car, but other than that, good value for the money. Update: 1.27.24 - they did a better job of wiping down my car after the wash today!

Tbh this was a terrible experience. Front desk CLERK told me the guys weren t able to put my splash shield back on and said because it was the wrong one . Took it to Subaru and they put it back on. They didn t even put my aftermarket oil filter and left it drenched in oil in my trunk which made a huge mess. Didn t wash, my car properly (used dirty oiled up rags to dry my windows ) I wiped them down because they looked oily and left my grey towel w/brown stains. Won t be returning

I went here for the first time today, and was delighted to learn that they were having a customer appreciation day. They served free lunch while I had my fluids checked, oil and filter changed, wipers changed, and a 5-star wash.The price was right, and the service was very friendly and insightful. They were incredibly busy, but I could see that it was a well oiled machine. I saw a lot of great leadership and I can tell they care for their employees and community. I really enjoyed this experience.I am returning tomorrow for more service that required an appointment. They left a bit of grime just below the windshield wipers that I'll probably ask for them to clean while I'm there tomorrow. I will definitely continue to patronize this establishment and recommend to friends and family.Keep it up 5 Star! What a gem!

My mom has come here with her Cadillac for years and years so I felt safe bringing my Mercedes c250. I've even brought other cars here before and they were fine. Today, I pulled away from having the wash done, and not only were there still spots on a window, but when I parked it in the sun at my next destination I noticed the entire body is covered in those swirled scratches from drying! I didn't care about the missed spots on the window, they were busy and I can wipe those off myself but one of the things I was so happy about when I bought a car that was over 10 years old was that the paint was gorgeous and it had none of that type of scratch on it. Really hoping it can be buffed out but not looking forward to paying for it.

Waiting on my car which they pulled into the sun wet to bake the water spots into (the dark car in the foreground) Came in at 920 ish and the place is bumping.That s washing 101 you don t leave water piled on to bake into the paint. Spent 60$ on the top tier wash so kinda bummed, but lesson learned I guess to do it myself. The staff were all very friendly though.

To pay this much and still have my car looking similar. The mats were the only thing clean. Horrible! The car has some residue on it. Never going back! Told the man but he says I need it detailed. Wow

I ve been a customer of Five Star Auto for at least nine years. The reason I keep coming back is because Craig and everyone there consistently treat me like I m valuable to them. And I believe that I am.I brought a list of things to them today (oil change, brake replace/resurface, new serpentine belt, check engine light, and new windshield wipers) and I left feeling like I was driving a new car off the lot.Major kudos to Craig. They were short today, but he was so kind to me nonetheless. They re always busy and I know why. Thanks, Five Star, for taking care of me. You re less expensive than the dealership without compromising the relationship, and you re light years in excellence above your local competition.

I've been a regular there for the past three and a half years. They're 100% hand wash,dry, and wax.And for that reason, I can honestly say this is the best and only car wash I go to! My eight year old car always looks pristine when they're !

We came here by accident. We had a coupon for a different car wash, but they still honored it. Nice people working there. They did a great job cleaning our truck. Nice little waiting area with cute stuff to look at and buy while you wait. The bathroom could use some attention and its a little congested when you first drive in, but other than that..... great place to go.

Could have done better with a rag and a 5 gallon bucket. 60 min wait and $40 later to get some water sprayed on my truck. Inside wasn't even vacuumed out well. I had high hopes. They tried to make it right, but really don't have time to wait around. And to the owners response: if I can take my finger and wipe the surface clean "it's not caked on"

Five Star Car Wash was a neat experience. I for the ultimate wash with the black ice scent. I feel overall they did a good job with wash and cleaning the interior. There was some visible streaks for some of applications and wax after drying. Overall a good experience

After a long, difficult day I decided to get my car hand washed. Even though my day was difficult, the employees were anything but that. They quickly washed my car and communicated very well the exact way I wanted it washed and dried. The lady at the front desk is the kindest person.Their service really makes this place feel like home. 100% coming back all my next car washes.

After going to the dealer and being up charged as I was told something different, you guys took me in same day without an appointment and took care of business! Great service, great VALUE! The service has just been getting poorer and poorer year after year. I have been getting my cars washed there for the last 5 years but now the quality of there work has just been horrible. I just got my car washed and before leaving I noticed that the floor mats where wet, Windows not cleaned and seats were wet. When I pointed these things out it felt that I was asking for the moon. These are basic things that should be cleaned when at a car wash. Once I got home I noticed that the car hood still had dirt on it. Didn t notice it until the sunlight hit the hood. I understand that they were busy but I did pay a lot of money to get my car detailed. Hopefully 5 star auto will get there staff trained properly so other customers don t have the same issue as me.

I paid $50 to still have dirt all over the inside of my car. Inside of the doors were dirty as well but I had already cleaned it myself before posting pictures.

Absolutely horrible. I will never come here again . I paid for the basic $35 wash and as soon as one of the employees got into my truck he started recklessly driving it through the parking and and continued to loudly rev my truck through the car wash. I went inside and spoke to the general manager and the best thing he had to say was sorry and didn t even attempt to address the issue with his employee.My buddy had taken his truck there some days after I did and the employees washing it broke the door handle off on the interior. 5 star failed to claim and accept responsibility for their mistake and refused to pay for the damage. Absolutely horrible customer service and do not recommend bringing your vehicle here to get washed. Fairway car wash will treat you much better for the same price

Been here 4 times in the last year. They do a decent job but have very little attention to detail. They'll miss some things and there are always tons of drips after. They should be using air compressors to blow away excess water and giving you a soft absorbent paper towel when you leave.Very expensive for their level of detail but sadly there aren't any better options nearby other than actual detailers.

This was the best car repair place I have been to. These guys are good and know what they are doing. They are fast and very fair priced. Nicest people that work there. They also washed my car in and out for free!

I have gone to five star car wash several times the last few years, but today may be the last time I go. The price has increased at least twice and the services for the increased price has decreased. The first time I went I agreed to have a scent Added for the price of $29.95. I found that the car smelled so fantastic from the cleaning that they added sent was unnecessary so on subsequent visits I said no sent please today I found the price had increased again and for the lowest price which was $35 or so it would only be dusted on the inside, and there would be no cleaning product used. I like to have it cleaned on the inside so I paid the next price up and I think it was $49.95. If I did want a scent added, I would have to pay extra for that.Well, when I was called and I was told that my car was ready, I mistakenly handed a tip to the fellow before I saw the car. There were spots on the front seat passenger side, and I asked for those to be cleaned. He scrubbed on it, leaving a little bit of it still there And the front seat driver side had not been vacuumed. It was as dirty as when I had arrived. He had me back up to the vacuum system and he vacuumed the inside. After I left, I pulled up at a stoplight and I spit on my finger tip rubbed that one staying still on the passenger seat and scraped it gently with my finger nail and it came right off. $49.95 later I drove home, wondering if I would ever be back.

I called in to make sure that they can service my somewhat older vehicle. Advisor said yes we can get it done bring it in.I bring my car get checked in. I walk to the the gun store next door not even 10 minutes of them having a car. I get a call from the advisor stating that I have a bigger problem. They said my hand brake doesn t work, they pulled it to their bay and said my car stalled and died. I then asked them how did they move it if the hand brake is broken. He said he had to jump it because it died. They managed to pull it back to the same parking spot. I go in my car and it s running fine.The attitude of this service advisor was very dismissive and just said we re refusing service.My car is driving fine now like how I brought it.This place is a joke.
