My childcare provider s car battery died while she was caring for my child today. She was able to get the car jumped and drove straight to Autozone for replacement per my urging. She subsequently called me to tell me the employee who helped her at the counter responded with attitude, well I guess we could help you but I have to read instructions and don t want to damage your car. He was exceedingly rude. This poor reception and horrible customer service left her feeling so uneasy she chose to leave and have her car towed alternatively.This employee was so lazy he would rather sit on his phone than get up and help a stranded female motorist with a young child as it s getting dark outside. We will NEVER bring our business back here. Your staff was an embarrassment today and he should personally be ashamed for his treatment of a young woman with a child.

Taylor is amazing!!! she took the time to help me read my check engine light even tho i could tell she was slammed, she was super knowledgeable and made sure i understood what was going on with my car. she was super helpful give that woman a raise!

Absolutely thee worst Autozone I've ever been to and I've always entrusted Autozone as my #1 "go to" store for every vehicle I've ever owned.1st and foremost, I am a 71yr old, retired, disabled female. I spent a great deal of money on a new battery and had hoped that they would be able to exchange my existing battery, thus saving me time and a core fee.There were 2-3 employees on site and only one customer, and yet I was denied any help. Why? "Because it was "getting dark outside"?? (Note: there was plenty of lights in and around the stores parking area)Luckily my truck made it back to the house and I was able to get a neighboring young man to transfer it but now I still have to get the old one loaded to my truck and then spend gas going back across town, to get my core $ returned. Had I gone to "my original autozone store", it would have been respectfully handled-they are the best group in Auburn!....Maybe this all sounds a little petty, but it all came about along with the young one having an attitude and saying "I don't know"..a lot!That was my experience. End of review.

Disregard the business hours. I get that I showed up at 9:50 with ten minutes to closing time , but it was for an effortless online order pickup. Employees were still there but locked up already. Please adjust your business hours if you aren t going to honor them. I just wasted a 20 minute drive for a part I needed now.

I went into buy oil. The staff was friendly and pleasant, lent me a funnel, and then pliers to lose the cap. THANK YOU. GREAT SERVICE.

The workers here were amazing. My trucki broke down right in front of the store. I was able to diagnose the issue and get the parts right there in the store at a great price. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Thanks Aurozone

This review is long overdue I wrote a review on yelp months ago, but forgot to write one here. I want to give a shout out to Josh and Ryan at this location. The last few times I ve visited this location both guys have been super helpful and professional. They were patient, helpful and very professional! I made a mistake and stopped by the AutoZone off of Foothills (at the time it was closer to me); never again the guy there made me feel like I was wasting his time with some simple questions regarding my car lights and was not helpful nor professional. From now on (even if it means going out of my way) I will take my business to this AutoZone location off of Stanford Ranch. Josh and Ryan on separate occasions on two of my cars helped me troubleshoot the issue, located the necessary parts and helped install said parts with so much patience and willingness to help. Thank you, Josh and Ryan for your professionalism and kindness! PS if the owner is reading this I believe both guys deserve a raise!

I had to replace a bulb in my headlight and Frank was so kind to help me put it in! It was not an easy access but he was determined and got it done for me! He was so nice and helpful, I really appreciate his hard work and determination!!

I've shopped here since moving up in 2018. I have always had positive experiences here. I was there several times this week for different automotive needs for diferent cars. I was able to retrieve what I need all 3 times. I have to mention the young help hired , they were attentive and communicated well with eachother when someone wasn't sure or didn't quit know what was ask for. Brandon and Travis were my latest victims of critical company representation. Both of them worked well together and I very happy with my purchase and visit. Thanks guys. Great work together.

Bought a battery today and the employees were awesome it s 100 degrees out and they had such great attitudes with helping me outside. Orieleys said they would not install the battery for me but these guys said for sure ! Ones employees name was Jake and the other young lady was blonde with tattoos super nice employees!

Joshua did an amazing job. I had a horrific experience being charged us $500 for a key fob and battery that only the battery needed to be replaced and Joshua did it for free and just charged me the price of the battery He was amazing and give him a raise! Heidi K

I had a very positive experience with Ryan Taylor. It looked like he was at the end of his shift, but he still happily helped me, and didn t rush at all. He was super knowledgeable, explained what I might want to look into based on the issues I was having, and gave me a price range on alternators, and even some recommendations on nearby places that could diagnose and fix the issue.Edit: I had yet another positive experience at this location. I had a million questions, and Rick very readily answered anything I asked, and offered some helpful tips for me to keep in mind. After a second positive visit I will be choosing this AutoZone whenever I possibly can.

Counter person helped me select the right battery for my car, but when I asked about having it installed all he gave was excuses why he couldn't . That's when Frank jumped up and said he would be more than happy to help. It's employees like Frank who keep me coming back.

Unknowledgeable button pushers, dont come here without knowing exactly what you want and know that they have it in stock specifically at thos store. They do not know how to look up items and will not help.

I stopped by to pick up wiper blades after the cheap ones I picked up at a big box store flew right off. I wanted help picking blades that would fit my car better. The person working at the counter looked up the right blades and even helped me to install them to make sure they fit.

Regina did a fantastic job at making everyone and myself feel welcome to the store. I was just looking for a few simple things, but she went above and beyond at helping me find those things. Seriously need a raise.

The closing manager on August 11 2023 was very mean. Shouldn t be working with customers with such an attitude. He had the audacity to hang the phone up on me while I was still discussing an issue which was not even my fault.

Fantastic experience! I ve lived here for four years and have used this AutoZone, always having a positive experience. Today I was topping off my motor oil and accidentally dropped the cap into the engine cavity. Without that cap I was stranded, and I had no easy way to retrieve it. The staff took 30 minutes out of their day to crawl around my car with me trying tactic after tactic until we finally retrieved it. I can t thank them enough!

This morning at gentleman came into our store stopped me and asked if I was from Alabama. And my replied no sir I'm from here in California.Hr said I dated a girl from Alabama who you were so much alike. You have her personality her kindness I can see that you take care of your family you work hard you enjoy your work. I just want to take the time to tell you I appreciate you and thank you for talking to me. as he said that to me he had tears in his eyes. Made me stop and think that it's far and few in between when you get somebody who shows you gratitude and appreciation. So to the gentleman who told me thank you that he appreciated me this morning, thank you it meant a lot.

My day started off unfortunate with my car taking about 15 seconds to start up. Once I got to Autozone the manager took a look at the battery and while I was paying, he installed it for me without even having to ask. By the time I was done paying my car was good as new.

I went into the AutoZone store at 6551 Stanford Ranch Road in Rocklin, CA and was helped by Ryan. I went in because I drove my wife earlier this morning and saw the car she usually drives had a front low beam headlight that was out. Ryan was able to quickly find the needed bulbs and then went out of his way to help me install both sides of the car's low beam bulbs.I was amazed at how quickly he was able to rreplace both bulbs in about five minutes -- not his first rodeo that's for sure.I want to thank Ryan for his help and expertise; making a complicted job for me easy while watching him perform his magic. Well done Ryan! That's the reason I like AutoZone.

I call while I was at work Rick helped me on the phone was a great help and when I got there on my lunch . I was helped by the younger man and he was awesome helped me get what I needed and some tools to put my battery in we ran into a problem and rick had it handled it what a great experience at auto zone felt like family the best store I ve been too

Awesome service! Came in because my headlight went out yesterday. Jason helped me find some headlights and brake lights. He went above and beyond to let me know that my brake lights needed an inner and outer one. So I got the headlights and 2 brake lights! Because .y headlight went out last night I asked if he could help me to put them in and he came right out! He was super quick, friendly and overall an amazing help! Thanks Jason!!

Jesse is hands down the best employee I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting whist in the process of being helped fix my car (which is not a strong suit of mine). Jesse came off as positive and vibrant, he not only explained to me what was wrong but the different options I could pursue to fix it. I will forever return to this fine establishment because of this extraordinary young man.
