Wonderful service! America's Tire was recommended by a trustworthy friend who also got their snow tires there when we were shopping for ours. Starting from my first call to them to getting my tires on the wheels, the staff at America's Tire has been efficient, keeping me up to date, and attentive. They are also knowledgeable about what's on the market and would give fair and good advice. The staff who worked on my car seem to have done a great job as well. We are still waiting on the wheels we have ordered from there. But I feel comfortable saying I would always go to them for the service from now on. I will update the review if anything changes.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting America's Tire to get a flat tire fixed, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Man, what can I say! Noah and crew got me in and out on a Good Friday of which AT closes for a few hrs. It was a typical unexpected visit due 2 a nail in the tire. I regularly buy my tires from AT and the set I have is from them. Noah came out as usually to inspect the situation after my explanation. Noah thoroughly assessed everything . We went back in to discuss option first in foremost Noah made clear of the issues and safety, of which I was aware of, . I told him my intentions and he gave me a very good price. Before I could walk to get coffee and complete my purchase, I get the text, car was ready two tires done exceptionally quick, . I continue 2 b impressed with AT. Thanks.P.s. I forgot my wallet and never used the touch pay which AT has. Took care of me there also. God bless and continued success AT.

I wanted to add a review because I've been getting my tires here for a while and I just recently went in and got a new tire put on in place of my flat one because of the insurance I had on the tire that I bought here. Then I only have to pay $20 for insurance on that tire and if that tire has an issue I get a new one. It's very convenient and the people here are super friendly and take very good care of you. Totally made my day much better. Thank you guys

Exceptional customer service. I was advised to go here by the nearby Porsche dealership that had no available appointments. I was told they would be able to help me and get me on the road with no issue. That is exactly what happened! Mason was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what work would be done on my vehicle. Highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

Exceptional Service in a PinchI recently had a tire air valve leak while passing through the area. Despite it being close to closing time, the team at this tire shop went above and beyond. They swiftly replaced the valve, ensuring I could drive the 100 miles home without worry. What truly stood out was their refusal to charge me for the service. Exceptional service and generosity like this are rare finds. Kudos to the tire shop for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction! Highly recommend this place for their professionalism and kindness.

Had a 3:15pm appointment to fix a flat - checked in on time, replacement tire was available. Didn't get out until 4:50pm. When asked why it took so long (prior services have never been longer than 45 minutes) they said they didn't know I had an appointment. Quality of service has gone down over the past few years.

I've been using America's tire for many years now. They've serviced several different vehicles for me. I keep going back because the price is always right and the service is always amazing. Today I showed up at the Rocklin location at 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment. They had my new tires mounted, balanced and installed so quickly! I was driving away from the shop at 10:50. Can't ask for much more than that! I will continue to purchase wheels and tires for all of my vehicles from America's Tire.

Went in for a rotation and pressure check after a new tire purchase. Afterward, I was handed the keys and told to have a nice day. No paperwork, nothing. The next day, I went for an oil change somewhere else. I was informed that my tires were nearly bald. My tires got less than half of their lifetime miles. America was more than aware of that when I had them check the tires. They chose to ignore that and send me on my way without so much as a warning. Unsafe and unethical. Do not recommend unless you're okay with having a blowout on the interstate without warning. On the plus side, it would be a fast death.

Good place for tires. I prefer to drop off my truck and pick it up later after they call to say it's done, rather than wait. Free rotation and balance for life if the tires.

I desperately needed tires. So I bought them online so that I could just come to the store and get them installed next day. When I got to the store I was told that they were still waiting on two of my tires. I informed them that it said they were both in stock when I bought them. They looked into it. Saw I was correct. They upgraded me to a better tire at no cost. It also only took 30 minutes. Would recommend them over and over again .

Arrived with the spare tire on my vehicle parked it normally on a parking spot when I come outside they have my vehicle already inside the bay ready to install the original tire back onto the car. Got to give them extra credit for going extra mile without me having to ask them to install it and put the spare tire back in the trunk.

I have used Discount tire and America's tire nationwide. The prices on tires and Service on my Rv and car were top shelf. Always professional, aware of my time and kept me updated. Treated every customer equally. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I miss this tire shop, had nothing but great experiences buying tires here. Move away and now all I have is Discount Tire in Reno area (same company branded different regionally), and I can assure you they're pretty Disfunctional compared to this store in Rocklin.

Every single time over the years dealing with America Tires in Rocklin has been nothing less than an Perfect experience. The people that work there are absolutley as Professional & Nice as any business I've ever experienced. You would be hard pressed to deal with any others that are in this profession. I truly thank them for everthing they have done for me.

Setup an appointment for KO IIs to get put on my Outback Wilderness. Was told around an hour wait, but was out the door in about 20 mins. Awesome folks, service, and rubber

I have been coming to America's Tires for 40 years. They have consistently had the best prices and excellent service. I highly recommend them. Caveat : they are always busy. Plan to drop off the car.

My name is Aspen p*. I have bought rims for two of my Mercedes and both times Damon the asst manager I believe has helped me get tires that fit for both vehicles. I don t like to deal with people that don t know what they are doing and Damon is straight to the point and would be the first person I d take any aftermarket rims to get fitted. What a guy, (Shout out to Tyus also)

Came in needing a custom set of tires for my BMW and they were able to get me in and out of the door. I was expecting to wait a few days because other places said they would need to order them, but I was able to return the same day and get it all done. Props to the assistant manager for having such great customer service! Staff was great, prices were great, and wait time was short. Having a smile on your face and a friendly attitude really made a difference in my day. Hopefully they can do the same for anyone reading this review.

Best tire pricing around. I called several other tire shops, including Sam's Club, with correct tire sizes/specs and this location still has the best deal. I never feel pressured to buy more than I need. They lay out the options, with price points, for your purchase. Staff is friendly and not condescending at all. They are now offering windshield wiper replacement as a service. I declined, as I had just replaced mine 6 months prior. They even walk you out to your vehicle after service to make sure you are satisfied and everything is functioning properly. This is my 3rd tire replacement at this location.

Excellent customer service and communication! Had a flat tire and brought my car in for repair, was shown that it couldn t be repaired due to sidewall puncture - had tire replaced immediately and for a very reasonable price. Very fast service - about 45 minutes total. Thank you, Ari and staff!

I went here after having multiple problems with my tires going flat because of nails that were found on both of the right front and rear tires, AND after getting a ridiculous quote from Firestone that was over $700 (that was with the discount). AT replaced all my tires for $400 (incredible!!!) They said it would be a 2 hour wait but I was back in my car in an HOUR. Never going anywhere else again!

My daughter attends college near this location, which is several hours from our home. She recently discovered she had a flat tire and the newer cars rarely come with a spare. She had the car towed to America's Tire Store and I waited to hear the bad news fearing she may get taken advantage of due to lack of experience or knowledge in dealing with car repairs. Finally, a company with honest business practices who knows how to foster customer relationships. They found the screw in her tire and repaired it free of charge! She now knows where to take her car for any type of service she may need while away from home. The other students at her college will surely hear her story and remember where to go for car repairs as well.

California, as great as this state once was, it's that bad now. I don't need more reasons to not live here. But if your going to live here, you need a reliable tire store. Caltrans apparently fills the many pot holes here with screws, causing more tire fatalities than any where else in the country. America's Tire store can help you with affordable tire repair and replacement. A reputable and continually growing tire store, your tires will be well taken care of, Nationwide.

How to blow out close to the store. Limp in there and Dave was right on it. He is the shop foreman and assigned Jameson who checked all the rest of the tires for the correct pressure and installed the new tire within 30 minutes. I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism of all three people that helped me unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman behind the register but he did a fantastic job also. I would highly recommend using this store
