By far the best place I ve gone to get my Mercedes worked on. They have always gone above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. I m in the shop almost every other month, as I drive close to 60,000 miles per year towing a trailer. Justin is always responsive and accommodates the service appointments professionally. He explains the issues and recommends the best resolution. Very reliable and trustworthy. Will definitely take our car here for future services.

I went to A&B for a second opinion after receiving a very high estimate from Mercedes Rocklin for what they described as repairs needed on my E350. One of the items that Mercedes Rocklin included on their estimate was a $2,539.15 charge for Auto Headlamps. It took Justin at A&B all of about 1 minute to look at the "problem" and state that there was nothing wrong at all with the headlamps (& high beams) simply because the switch in my car was put in the wrong place. If I had not taken my car to A&B, I would have paid $2,539.15 for something that was absolutely not broken! That is absolute fraud on Mercedes Rocklin's part! If you have a Mercedes, don't go to Mercedes Rocklin for a repairs, go to A&B! As they say, "buyer beware."

Always GREAT work done on time with professionalism and courtesy. The entire staff has the knowledge and acumen expected from a high end European repair shop. Fair prices and full explanations regarding repairs completed or needed. You will not find a better shop in the Sacramento area!! I wouldn t trust my car with anyone else.

After being frustrated with the service at a local Audi dealer, I asked around and received a referral to A&B. Spoke with Garrett and let him know what was going on (defroster not functioning). I brought my car in and dropped it off, they were able to get it fixed within the timeline I needed and had excellent communication the entire time. This repair required work behind the dash and I was worried about squeaks/rattling following the repair but everything is perfect. Super friendly service and saved me a little bit from the Audi quote. Will be back for future service/repair on my Audi for sure.

Had a torn hose to the coolant fluid in my Jaguar F-Pace. My wife looked around for the best shop to go to and found A & B due to their great reviews. Brought my car in and they took care of it quickly. It was more expensive than I expected, but Everton is expensive on this darn thing. The staff is fantastic and I'm happy with the service. I will be back again for sure. Thanks guys!

I have been using A&B since they first opened for our Mercedes and Land Rover. They are the best !! I always know what it is going to cost and I have never been surprised. They charge a fair price for great service and quality work and stand behind it.Just had my car back in for a problem with one of my struts. Brian and Dustin always do a great job and go out of their way to accommodate my schedule for delivery and pickup of my vehicles. Their work is flawless and fairly priced in today's marketplace. I would recommend A&B European Motors to all who wish to receive superior automotive service from great guys.

My first experience at A&B for my Porsche. They did a tremendous job, I was stunned that they called me to say the repairs were complete within 24 hours, including the ordering of special parts! A&B is now my go too shop for this car. The radiator on my Mercedes was damaged by a flying object. The shop was able to help me out to do a detailed inspection and ordering a new radiator for my car. The entire repair only took one day. It truly was a great experience !!!!!

I have been bringing multiple cars to A&B for several years. Brian and Dustin and very knowledgeable and have always fixed the issues as well as doing the routine maintenance.I have referred many people to them and they have all been happy with the service.

Excellent service as usual. The car was hard to start and the passenger mirror was "buzzing". The entire issue was fixed by a new battery.Dustin got it taken care of earlier than promised and I had the car back earlier than expected.Service: BatteryService: Battery

It is refreshing to have a professional service center specializing in European automobiles. So many dealers charge inflated prices, due in part to exclusivity. At A&B, I get quality service, knowledgeable staff members, genuine parts and punctual results. I'll be back!

I been taking my beast.. i.e., ML 350 to this auto shop for over 4 years now. Their very professional and accommodating to customers needs. I highly recommend to anyone to give them a try. Their job is to get me back on those highways. I'm positive they'll do the same for you.

The team at A&B does a great job. They are very honest and trustworthy and, additionally, they are highly skilled at diagnosing and repairing older Mercedes-Benz cars. Our cars are 26 and 31 years-old. Both of them are in spectacular condition and we drive them regularly. Not a lot of people have knowledge about the old Mercedes cars, but A&B does it right everytime. Our cars are a joy to drive because of A&B.

After taking my MB to Von Housen for a scheduled maintenance, the service advisor suggested that the brakes were down to the last few miles and I should take care of it at the same time. A 2K estimate followed. I declined because of the surprise to the budget, and I thought I might give it a look first. Soon after, I had a malfunction warning with a code that was similar to a recent concern taken care of by the Dealer. My colleague suggested that I take it to A&B. I did and told them to schedule the brakes as I got a second set of eyes on the battery issue. They called me back in an hour and told me I needed a $29.00 sensor, and I had (at least) 20K miles on the brake pads. Brian said that Dustin thought that I might want to wait. Two years and 22K miles later they did that brake job for me for less than a thousand dollars. When I actually needed it. FIVE STARS go to A&B Motors.

The only place I will have my Benz's serviced. Honest, reliable, punctual, expertly knowledgeable. They have the answers and resources to solve any Mercedes issue. You can't go wrong with A&B!

once again, A&B European car repair was able to fix my Mercedes when other repair shops could not figure out what was wrong. had some engine knocking problems, Justin figured it out, and got it fixed.wunderbar!

Took my 2005 BMW X5 4.8is for a transmission failsafe mode check. Mike was very professional and knowledgable. He has +30 years of experience on BMW. He was able to reprogram the tranny and reset the shift points and clear the faults. Proves are reasonable and quality is high. I would recommend this place. Cheaper than BMW dealers. Best of all majority of employees worked at BMW & Mercedes dealers.
