Incredible customer service by Dan Gressmann. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through my entire transaction. Made my purchase experience the best I ve had. Easy and upfront with everything. The manager and the gentleman in the finance department were also extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely be sending them more business.

Excellent customer service! Lee Torres and Simon Green amazing team together with Finance Manager. I was able to buy a car, paperwork and vehicle tour super quick. Really informative and professional. I will definitely recommend this dealership.

We got the engine check light while traveling and found this awesome dealership. The staff was giving us the best and most professional service experience we ever had. Adam, Simon and everyone else was just fantastic. Got us in without an appointment, took care of our Sprinterbaby and we got the sensor replaced and everything fixed in less than 3 hours. I wish they were in the Bay Area. My absolute favorite sprinter store ever!

For many years, I would visit Walter Mercedes in Riverside to inquire about their van prices, but I never took the plunge. However, with the growth of my business, I felt that it was the right time to make this happen. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Simon, who provided extraordinary attention to detail. I asked him about the process of purchasing a van under my company name, and he promptly gave me the form, which we completed in just 10 minutes. Simon called me the next day to inform me that we were approved.On Monday, I returned to the dealership with only 30 minutes to spare, but we completed the process in just 15 minutes. Overall, purchasing a brand new van with 0 miles for work has been an incredible experience. I now have the confidence that my business will be better represented, and our prestige will increase when we arrive at a client's home. I believe that this van will pay for itself. After driving it for three days, I wonder why I didn't do this before.The service and experience at Walter Mercedes were excellent, and I highly recommend working with Simon. Thank you David Alcantar for the great service. DA helped build our new Sprinter Van and explained all the options that were available. He recommended the mounting rails for the roof rack. If you re planning to build your van, you will need them. We built our van with several options and David A. kept us updated by emailing and telephone calls. As projected, the van took 6 months. So far we are very happy. Once we received notification of the vin #, it just a couple months before the van was delivered to Walter s.Lee Torres, sales associate and Tony Hajj Finance manager were extremely helpful in getting the process moving. Thanks.Lee Torres completed our walk through with the van and helped set up MB app. Very helpful.I would recommend Walter s Sprinterto anyone interested in buying. Great sales and service so far.

In a world full of empty and broken promises, especially in the car world, Simon Green delivered for us. This was our third Sprinter purchase for our catering company and Simon made the whole process seamless. From giving us the best price right off the top to walking us through the financing and even showing us the features, this truly was a top notch experience. We'll definitely be returning to Walter's Sprinter in Riverside, because there's something different and more down to earth about these guys. Thanks Simon for a wonderful experience. Simply THE BEST!!!! After the easiest and most pleasant experience of purchasing a new Sprinter from Isaid for my business back in 2019, it was a no-brainer when it came time to purchase another Sprinter in 2024. However, this time, Isaid B., Simon G., Toni H. & Lee T. went above and beyond my expectations. From the shiny, new, state-of-the-art facility, to the outstanding customer service, to the professionalism and efficiency during negotiations, to closing the deal and facilitating delivery in less than 45 minutes....what else can you ask for?!?! Simon even came in on his off-day on Super Bowl Sunday just to assist in getting me in and out within the hour. Toni H. (The Finance Mgr) literally had me taken care of in less than 15 min. Again....SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! Isaid, Toni, Simon and the crew(thanks for the video Lee...) have made me a customer FOR LIFE!!! See you guys in 4 years when it's time to grab another Sprinter. Buying our FIRST and NOT LAST van for my home cleaning business from David and Isaid was one of the easiest and most positive car buying process I have ever been involved in....and I have been through my share.They were kind and HONEST...what more could you want when making a vehicle purchase. With the shortage of vehicles to purchase, I was expecting long wait times, and horrible service. Since dealing with David Alcantar, it's been a pleasure to work with. When the website says it's available, it really is. Answers all questions, goes out of his way to do video presntations about the vehicles. So good, I purchased 4 vans from him this year. Even Jose, the lot porter is friendly and takes care of me. I don't mind travelling 8 hours away, as long as the customer serivice is great.

I had an issue with my 2022 Mercedes sprinter. There was oil leaking on the ground from under the front passenger side. I scheduled an appointment and came in and Brennan Ruiz greeted me right away. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and got me checked in right away. It ended up that the turbo boost hose wasn t originally connected properly. They replaced it, washed my sprinter and sent me on my way within a couple of hours. I know there are exceptions to time waits when you are getting your vehicle repaired paired, but thankfully mine was not a big issue. The waiting area the beverage selections made me feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Mercedes of Riverside if you need to get your Mercedes serviced. Thank you again to Brennan Ruiz!!

I would have to say working with Gordon Lai to purchase our 2021 sprinter was one of the easiest transactions ever! A while back we stopped in at Walter s just to look-Gordon came out and was awesome! He spent time with us answering questions and printed out some info for us to take home to figure out exactly what we wanted in a Sprinter. Fast forward to last week-Gordon had one coming in, we spoke over the phone and through email-totally easy! Gordon was incredible throughout the entire process! Drove up to Riverside on Saturday and our can was all ready for us! David took us out and showed us our Sprinter-he was a wealth of information on all aspects of the van from under the hood, interior -exterior-he really knows it all! David took us through all of the features and answered all of our questions AND most importantly! He set up my phone!! We then went into see Tony in financing. He had everything prepared, explained what we were signing, made copies, was very knowledgeable! Financing is usually where is start getting but with Tony, I had no worries !! Simon provided excellent service. They were very accommodating and helpful. The original car we went to see did not work out but they found us something better and we absolutely love it! We have a large family and I was there for a while with 2 of our kids and they took great care of us! From the financing department to the sales to the manager everyone there is very friendly and helpful!

After searching not just within california but around the country and not being satisfied as the owner of a rapidly growing business a friend referred me to Walter s. Just off the initial meeting when I walked in put my mind at ease. My salesman David Alcantar (and the rest of the team Tony, EZ) allowed me to acquire the exact vehicle I was searching for and provided options no one else even suggested was possible.After the first experience went so well I returned a week later to order a second one as I felt that confident I was in great hands.
