A++ I took my car to two different mechanics to get the noise checked. They couldn't figure out what was wrong, and it cost me money just to hear them say it's normal for the number of mileage it has. Thank God! I found Top Dawg Auto Repair they are true to their name. After a few week's now, my car is running like new.Definitely, Top Mechanics! They found the problem and saved me from making a new car payment. Thank you!

Definitely the place to go for quality auto repair! I was in a pinch with a dead alternator! Warren was a life saver! I was literally around the corner from the shop! Stopped into O'Reillys to have the alternator checked- dead! Top Dawg got me in and out in a few hours rather than a few days! HOMETOWN BUSINESS ANY DAY over BIG name! Best place in town! QUALITY & PRICE!

I've got a 29 year old Jeep Cherokee, which I love, but finding someone to work on it is next to impossible. Thank God for Top Dawg! I ended up with a broken throttle cable and I figured finding the part would be insanely hard. Top Dawg did, fixed the Jeep fast, and charged a truly reasonable price. These guys are not only great with cars but also with people. It's the only repair place I ever go.

Great, Fast, and Friendly service. Got my breaks and rotors done in 2 hrs and got the lowest quote in the surrounding area. Got in and out fast on a Friday night. Will be returning.***** Update*** recommended my mom to get her breaks and rotors done prices were a little more but fair. She heared grinding and took it back and check it out and surfaced the rotors free of charge. Will recommend to other clients.

I was on a job in riverside, an hour away from home my front brakes went out. I didn't know any repair shops. I went to them because they were the closest to me. I'm glad I did, they were very helpful got me new front brakes and an oil change in 2hrs, was back to work in no time.

A friend referred me to this shop for my AC. Took my car in at 9am and the shop was very busy. They called me back by 11am and said it needed a ten dollar valve and my car was ready to pick up! Very honest and affordable mechanics I would highly recommend this shop!

Absolutely amazing experience, rowed my vehicle there and I was seen very short notice in an area I was unfamiliar with and the repair was done in only a few hour turn around! Amazing customer service amazing work and good prices! Would not recommend them for A/c work, they serviced my silverado, stopped working two days later. Dont trust them touching my truck again. Telling me Lot of bullspit

This place is amazing. I have been coming here for years. Just recently I brought in my minivan believing that I needed my brakes replaced because of the mileage. I authorized the complete job then they called me back and told me I really didn't need new brakes. The front rotors needed resurfacing and they reconditioned the pads. They still had plenty of life on them. The van is totally better and at a fraction of what I expected.Thanks for your great and honest service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

!!!WARNING!!! Don't go here. I brought in my vehicle for one thing and decided to leave it there so they could diagnose the problem. Took them a week to tell me that my wheel bearing was broken. In that whole week they never called. I had to call them and they finally told me what was wrong. BUT! they said my tires were messed up, my brakes and rotors were messed up and they needed to be replaced, also all my suspension was failing and should be replaced and finally told me that I needed to replace both my wheel bearings. He wanted to charge me 2300 dollars and get me on some credit card they offered. I told him I just want the wheel bearing replaced because I knew the brakes were fine and the suspension was fine too. But they changed the pads anyways and maybe resurfaced the rotors. These lazy people took two weeks to change pads and the wheel bearing (just one) and charged over 1000 dollars. When I told him that is too much he said, "Then next time fix it yourself." This 'guy' said he charged me more because he had to buy a tool he didn't have and the job was hard. If you read this review and decide to go to Burkes a mile away or any where but to Top Frauds Auto then I will be happy. Also, when I reviewed him on Yelp he tried to dox me.Service: Auto maintenance

Went in for a smog test because I needed a Star Certified test. Price was higher than I was hoping to pay, but still within the amount I was willing to pay. Turnaround time was quick. Wait was no more than an hour and I was on my way home. I also liked that they didn't mess with the driver's seat configuration because I'm very particular about mine.

Stay away from this place! Specially if you are a woman! The owners are very dishonest! They will lie to you stating that a change of heater hose will take them 2 hour labor and the cost of the hose will cost them $150!! Such a liers! My car broke right next to their shops so I end up going with them last minute which I didn t get the chance to research for the part on that moment however the next day After I did my research I called them very early to ask them to NOT work on my car cause I was going to take it somewhere else so I went to pick it up and they still did it! And they wanted me to pay them $430 for a change of heater hose!! After complaining to the owner Warren of the lies of his brother Allen, he agreed to lower his price to $250 still $80 over the fair price that any other Honest mechanic would charge! I will never go back there and you should avoid doing business with them!! They tried to ripped off a lady just because a lady doesn t know at the moment the fair price of a hose..these owners are DISHONEST AND THEY will try to steal your money so YOU should avoid them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

When I called to ask for an estimate, Allen was able to give me a reasonable estimate, make my appt, and let me know how long they'd need my car. The shop was efficient and got the work done in the time and at the price Allen had quoted me when he gave me my estimate. I am pleased with the communication, attention, and services provided. My vehicle had a charging system light and Top Dawg Auto Repair assured me that they could fix it using their high-tech diagnostic tools.After nearly an entire week with no news, I went there to check on my vehicle. They said that they were busy and hadn't found the problem, but would get around to it and reassured me of their skills. The next morning, they called and wanted me to authorize more money to continue examining the problem. Although I had previously explained that I am on a very limited fixed income, I had no choice but to agree.Later, they called and told me to take it to the dealer because they couldn't find the problem and that I owed them almost $400.00.Unfortunately, I must warn people to find another auto repair shop that can follow-up with successful action, instead of empty promises.

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Top Dawg Auto Repair Shop. They are trustworthy. The work was handled in a timely manner. Rachel's customer service was exceptional. I totally reccomend this shop to anyone looking for a shop.They deserve no less than five stars!

These guys are amazing! Best prices in town and the quality of the work is great! It's nice to find a place where the mechanics are honest and not looking to take advantage of people. My car has never ran better. They have a customer for life! Highly recommended!.

They are the best and they keep their word. They even fired one of their employees for over charging me and being completely rude to me. Then to top it off they fixed the problem for me free of charge. Called and spoke to Allen about repairs on a vehicle I might buy. I was really impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He spent 20 minutes discussing the repairs I need and gave me great advice and even a ballpark figure on the repairs. I ended up deciding against the purchase but would certainly use Top Dawg in the future.

I love Top Dawg Auto Repair their services great. I took my car in for a tuneup and they gave me a tire rotation for free. Warren is the nicest guy ever I would strongly recommend the shop to anyone. I found the shop through a couple of my Facebook friends and sure enough it's one of the best. Fair price great service.

Had to tow my truck in,after speaking with Allen he had set up an appointment to diagnose my vehicle, he kept me posted about everything he needed to do,kept me updated on the progress being made. Allen made sure I understood what was happening and even gave me a small discount. The hourly labor is a bit pricey but the work was done in a timely manner.

I always take my car to Top Dawg Auto Repair. They are fair and prompt. My last visit was for my car to get a smog check. They are a Star station so it was perfect I made an appointment and was able to get it taken care during my lunch break. Allen and Warren are the best.

They were really helpful. I did a prepurchase inspection for a used car. They made a detailed check in an hour and filed me the report. I am happy with the service.

I needed a battery terminal that is not available at Autozone installed and some adjustments to stabilize battery to tray.I called, and got immediate quote and service. Price was very reasonable.The lobby for waiting had coffeeand great water..Warren the owner came out and gave a little chit chat and Sean also was great. No one even tried upselling me!I will get all my future repair and svc jobs, including smog ,done by them.My terminal is actually now better than stock with copper cable. Hard to find such great svc nowadays...Thanks guys!!!

I took both my cars in for new brake pads... No charge on the first one because I was told I still had 50% left.WHO DOES THAT!....The second one needed a full set of brake pads and the bill was fair plus they discounteda full vehicle inspection 50%... Also They ordered two side mirror covers for one car and installed both at nocharge. I needed a good mechanic since mine retired and I believe I found them.

Don t bring your car. there brake lathe only works on big trucks so they sell you rotors and lie to your face that your rotors are trash and sell you overpriced rotors. Alan is a great guy but Rachel has no people skills always assumes she s right completely rude to people. they only have good reviews cause they beg there only last customers they have to write one for a discount

Top Dawg was excellent. They gave me a reasonable estimate and then the work came in below the estimate. Great work and very thorough explanation of everything. Great place !!
