Courteous & honest diagnosis of my auto repair situation. Car would not start due to a bad key transponder. They asked me to bring the spare key & the car started just fine.

Dropped my car for a inspection and it came back with a broken door handle, i called front desk lady and she says that her mechanice noticed it was already broken, like come on there is literally fresh glue on the handle. And when i metioned this to her she says she will call me back but nothing, its a 10$ handle so idc like that but the customer service does show for 10$ and apparently these guys work with high end cars lmao goodluck to them, id refer you go to franchise dealer then these 2nd hand mechanics

They found a reasonable price to replace my dodge vans transmission and found an isssue with the oil filter housing that saved me some time and money.

This repair shop was able to diagnose and fix my car s hard start problem and I got it back on the same day! They also found that my brakes needed work and gave me a quote for getting them done, which was very appreciated. The office manager, Cruz, was friendly and informative, and extremely accommodating, especially because she waited after closing for me to get to the shop so I could retrieve my vehicle! I m pleased with the work they ve done, my car starts right up now and the ride is very smooth! I ll be returning here for future repair needs. I am so happy that I chose to go to Super Auto Repair. My car's transmission went out and Enrique checked it out thoroughly and rebuilt it for me. I am so pleased with the work he did, he fixed everything and is very honest. I am super pleased with Helen, the manager, she is so sweet, she has the best customer service, she smiles and greets you and makes you feel like a valued customer and even follows up every step of the way. I have never experienced such good treatment from an auto shop before. Thank you!

Was able to drop my car by before closing, received a call the next morning with answers to what needed to be done. Needed wheel/hub bearings and break work. It was fixed by the end of my working day and is running smoothly. Great staff!

They say that in life you need a good doctor and a good mechanic... Well this mechanic/auto repair shop is the best.. They do amazing work... My wife's traverse was having some issues with a transmission hose leaking and AC hose that was bad as well.. I took it in and (Enrique) changed them immediately and even showed me the damaged parts after taking them off a well as the replacement parts prior to putting them on. He did an over all inspection to make sure everything else was good. I also needed my radiator replaced on my Jeep and he had it done in a couple of hours. The rates are very reasonable, I'm excited on the 2nd auto repair shop that is opening up (spacious and extremely clean location) on Van Buren between El Pollo loco and Mr. Taco

Researched AAA for a certified Auto Shop. AAA recommend Super Auto. I read other favorable reviews on the web so I made an appointment with them. I dropped off my car. They called me with a detailed list of everything the car needed and gave me the price. I also described an additional problem I was having and had forgotten to tell them, the person on the phone knew exactly what it was. ...Family and I were mad at Ford Service department, as while the car was under it's warranty and we kept telling Ford about it the Service department said they had no clue what it was and would need the car for a few days and need to remove the whole dash which was NOT included in the warranty... Super Auto fixed it for less than $100 and did not remove dash. Please go see them for all your Auto needs.If you have AAA you get a discount.Tell the Customer Service Lady that Tall Mary Little sent you. Slow and terrible service. Took 6 hours to do an oil change. Charged to diagnose car issues. There is a lot of other better places that won t charge and do a quicker and better job.

We have a 2004 Hyundai XG350, it is almost 20 years old and needs lots of TLC. I was stranded recently at the store when the car would turn on, but then turn right off when I went into reverse. I had the car towed to Super Auto Repair after they were referred to me. I was apprehensive at first because I didn't want to be ripped off and have been in the past. But this auto repair shop went the extra mile for me!! Found out that a part was needed for this car however, because the model of the car was was no longer being made, the part was basically obsolete! It was extremely hard to find! But the sweet woman who works there would not give up!! She called everywhere until she managed to find the part and save me a huge chunk of money by finding the part at a cheaper auto parts store! Instead of paying what was originally quoted, she found the part and saved me over 1000.00 dollars!! And she had searched for a couple of days, she didn't give up until she found that part!! I was shocked that they did this for me!! We got our car back and it drives just fine. We are beyond blessed to find this place and this is where we will go to from now on. I will refer all my family and friends to this place!! They not only saved me a good chunk of money that I really didn't have, but they went above and beyond to help us out!! Dropped my car off from suspension and a tail light staying on and the dummies tell me I have 2500 in engine codes.!!! I didn't ask for engine help. ! Anyways they say they can't fix. I removed stored codes myself! 2 hours and YouTube I fixed myself. Oh yeah they gave me car back damaged.Consumer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad bad business practices!!!!!!!!! If you value your car go, somewhere else !!!! They are cool for old Toyota or Honda. If it's worth more than 2500 don't bring it here!!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension replacement

My car stopped on me with a fuel injector that was stuck open plus a coolant leak. Cruz and the mechanic, I think Enrique took time to explain in detail what was going on with my car and the reasons for their service recommendation. It felt great to feel confident and sure about the work being done and to feel that you're dealing with honest and sincere people. I got my car back today but it's driving great so far.

I highly recommend this shop to everyone that I know. They do quality work at a fair price and above all they are very honest. I found them a few years back and I have taken all of my vehicles there and am very pleased with their work. My car's gas pedal became sticking very much. So today I went to this shop to clean the throttle body. The work was well done and it solved the issue completely. I like the manager very much; she was extremely friendly and she gave me good advice. However, I think the price was a little too high. Overall, I still highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Very professional and honest. Wish I had found them a long time ago. Highly recommend them.Brought my sons 1999 BMW M3 to them after another shop refused to back their warranty on a repair done 3 months prior, and diagnosed the vehicle with a blown head gasket, read the positive reviews on Super Auto and decided to enquirer about their services. Spoke to Enrique who was very professional and decided to take the car there. They were great and went above and beyond at a reasonable price, they also confirmed that the car did not have a blown head gasket!Thank you so much I m glad we found you!They are also helping us get our money back from the previous shop.

Finally found a AAA authorized repair center here in Riverside I can count on. I had a leaking radiator and they were able to fix it on the same day. Also they suggested I have my hoses and thermostat replaced at the same time. Exactly what I was thinking. They read my mind. Their Mechanics and staff are excellent professionals. Their prices are fair. You cannot go wrong bringing your car to Super Auto Repair. Cruze thanks for all your help, it was nice meeting someone as knowledgeable as you.

Very friendly caring people. All my concerns and questions were answered. The work was done fast and done well. I got a 12 month warranty, no extra charge and what was estimated is what I paid. My AC compressor went out so I asked for it to be replaced and a fuel recharge. When I was called that it was ready for pick up I went and the AC was not working. They said I had a leak in my condenser. When I went to get the condenser replaced and a recharge AGAIN, my air was barely working and it was only working on 1 side and my car started squeaking. When I drove back so they can check it out, the AC stopped working altogether. Poor service, they have a lousy desk clerk who is unprofessional and acts like she hates working there. The company is completely untrustworthy. If you want your hard-earned money stolen then come here. They will take care of that. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

My go to Auto Repair Shop in the I.E. !!!Enrique is the most genuine mechanic around the area always striving to provide his customers with great service & affordable prices! Never fails to satisfy! Also huge shoutout to the service advisor Helen who works front desk in customer service she never fails with making their customers feel welcomed and aware of the services they provide. Highly recommend this shop to any of you struggling to find a GO-TO shop.... give the shop a try i guarantee you wont regret it!
