Had a bad experience with a previous motorcycle and I came here just to look around and Mike Medrano worked his magic and got me into a bigger better bike that is now my pride and joy. Great people there everyone is friendly and I really recommend this dealership all around. Oh and there sometimes free food while you wait for financing that was a big plus the day we were there.

Franco is the best salesmen. He was awesome through the whole process. He explained everything well and didn t leave out any details which made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase on my pre owned Harley Davidson. I will be recommending everyone to Franco.

Recently completed the Harley Davidson Rider academy. Took my kid and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the moment we enrolled the communication by manager Brian and Scott was phenomenal. Many thanks to these individuals for welcoming us and the whole class. Our training by John and Adrienne Powell was fantastic they are magnificent and we are so very thankful they were our instructors . The staff in store always very attentive to our needs and extremely helpful ! Harley Davidson Riverside CA rock hard !!!

I want to saying the people at Riverside Harley are amazing. They helped us out so much that words can not express. From step one with Mary setting up our appointment to Ramiro showing us around and being so knowledgeable. Bre in the clothing area was super sweet and helpful. Bryan in parts was very nice. Richard in service gave us great advice. Richard the manager got us amazing deal and helped us so much. And Erza was great too. Got us the right service plan at the right price. I gave this place 10 stars I got my first bike here and I couldn t have done it without Alex salesman. He really walked me through the whole process from the gecko. He literally made it all easy answered any questions I have I would literally go back and suggest any of my friends to go see Alex in sales.

I was treated very well and everyone involved with my purchase was extremely helpful and professional. Mike the salesman was so helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me find the bike I wanted. I bought a 2023 breakout 117. Went looking for a used bike but Mike helped me get a brand new one instead. What a beautiful bike. Took my Riding Academy New Rider Course here. Had an awesome experience! My instructors, Ian Meyer and Dave Rusk, were very knowledgeable. Loved their teaching style and was confidently able to ride after taking the course. Its awesome that students can come back to refine their skills at any time for free too! Highly recommend taking the course here if your a new rider. My dad and I also purchased our Road Glide Limited from the dealership. Great experience with sales and service too.

Enrolled my 2 teenage sons to their Riding School/ academy since we had a bad experience at the Honda Riding Academy. Shout out to manager Brian who made sure that my boys morale will be lifted again and be eager to learn how to ride their motorcycles safely. Because of the instructors patience and professionalism, my sons learned to ride and passed the DMV motorcycle test in one go! Thank you also to Scott who always followed up on my sons to make sure if they have any concerns. You guys are the best!

These ladies and gentlemen are so comfortable to talk to and explain everything so well and patiently. I went in for a helmet and left with a new future. I love my nightster! I played my favorite rider song and rang the bell. The payments don t hurt a week later either. They hooked me up with so many benefits, I couldn t keep track, free tires for as long as I own my HD!!

this location is one of my favorites for Harley merchandise. Krista has great customer service. She was especially helpful checking sizes and telling me some of the most popular t shirts at the moment for my wife. Great Customer Service all around.

I just purchased a 2023 Road Glide on Saturday ended up working with Franco. If it wasn t for him I would have left. He was very down to earth and made me and the wife feel right at home. I recommend this HD dealership to anyone who wants to buy a HOG. Ask for Franco he will take care of you right. Also Stretch is a really cool guy helped us a lot thank you both for making my purchase a good experience!

Mike Medrano helped me pick out my Harley nightster recently I truly feel that he and everyone at this dealership are not just here for sales but do treat us like family I first met Mike when I was new to riverside and he took the time to do everything he could to give me the best deal possible and even when I go in now he takes time to say hi and catch up he always makes sure I m up to date on all the events that are being held.

I wasn t even planning on buying a bike that day, I was sold on the service and attention to detail alone. The bikes are badass but the service and customer first mentality really pull you in.

I ve bought 2 motorcycles here and both were great experiences! I bought both bikes from salesperson Mike Medrano who made the process so positive I came back and bought another one from Mike a year later. Parts and service departments have been very helpful and professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new motorcycle to check out Riverside HD.

I've gone to this location multiple times. I love that they have events and have a welcoming feel. Brennen, who's in the motor clothes department always greets when we walk in, she is knowledgeable and Goes above and beyond to make sure we get the help we need. I love her vibe as she's sociable and down to earth. She is not pushy to buy anything but gives me my space to shop around (which i love). I also love the selection of jewlery they have there.

I d give this course 10 stars if I could.If you are thinking about riding and never ridden before and are interested in riding. I suggest you sign up for their CMSP beginner course. I have never ridden before, after completing this three day course I feel confident enough to hop on a bike and safely ride. The instructors (Ian & David A) are extremely experienced and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to teach you what you need to know to succeed out on the road.I highly suggest you sign up.

I came in to riverside harley and was helped by employee that goes by Stretch. I must say he was extremely helpful knowledgeable and was able to take care of everything i needed.
