I've only been to the service department. Overall. I'm pretty happy with it. It is a dealership prices are not the best. But usually, they give me a discount with a coupon or a cash discount. They get the work tongue pretty quick. Usually the same day if they have the parts and stock. They always want to give me a trade in value. They give you the option, they're not too pushy. They're open on Saturdays. Overall. I'm very happy with the service department. I will keep going.

The majority (not all) of the service department customer service workers are rude and have a horrible attitude. I was telling one I have a warranty on my tires for my car I bought FROM there and he tried to dissmiss me and say I didn't have one before he even checked. Then when he seen I knew what I was talking about he said it would be 4 hours. FOR A TIRE CHANGE. If I didn't have to come here for my warranty work I wouldn't bother at all. Now I will rethink even buying a car here if this is how they treat their customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service from Micah my Salesman! I didn't get the deal I wanted but it will work till I refinance in 6 month's. Financing was quick..

Dropped my car off for service. Three people at the service desk with no customers but my friend and I are completely ignored, then the guy that finally says something asks you guys have a question? Wanted to just drive off and never come back but I found some patience.

The dealer does most car services. Got there first thing in morning and location already have several people waiting. Basic oil change took 4 hours.

Best customer serviced imagined. They know who you are and they care that you are happy. I will come back for basic maintenance.

Inconsistent. Either you're in and out or you're stuck there for 3 hrs for an oil change.
