My husband purchased his truck from this dealership in March 2022. The salesman, John Wachenheimer, was great and the purchasing experience was smooth. The reason I gave the dealership 4-stars instead of 5 is because of earlier issues with the service department, like not answering the phone or returning calls. The service department manager is addressing the issues so they are improving.

I heard great things about this place so I went to go buy a 2019 Dodge Challenger. However, the experience from start to a month after my purchase, has been horrible. After viewing the car and going to the negotiating table, I was caught off guard as the vehicle (which was listed for $20k) was all of a sudden almost $28K!! One by one, I had to tell the salesman to remove all of the unnecessary add ons. After talking for some time, I told him that I would have to think about it, and the salesman literally threw my entire application in the trash right in front of me. But after having a change of mind, I went back and we had to start the process all over again. But anyways, after settling on a price, I went to the back office to finalize everything and I noticed the price of the car had *suddenly* changed to $20,995, when it was originally $20,000 flat. I had to call the worker out on it and he changed it back to $20k. I then noticed there was another charge of around $950 (not the security system) and I asked the worker if that was required and he lied to my face and said yes. It wasn t until after that I noticed the accessory charge was completely optional. On top of that, after I got home, the car wouldn t even start! They forgot to turn off the security system and I had to be on the phone for almost an hour with the security company in order to turn it off. I ve had the car for about a month now, and the check engine light is on and the car s already having problems! These people are scammers! Save yourself the trouble and find another dealership!

I drove about three hours to purchase my truck. I was stoked to meet the salesman and hoped that he could help me out with this truck. Unfortunately I was not taken seriously as a customer. A few issues arose after I signed the paperwork. The main issue is that the passenger side door is crooked and the rubber is slightly warped. (could have been prevented if the vehicle was inspected after shipment from Ford). Second, the trailer hitch was added on without explanation in the deal I was told the truck was, "as stock as possible" (which is not true since the hitch was $300+ dollars and I have no plan of towing. Last, The multi point inspection failed to deflate the tires from 43 PSI and when I asked the Salesman to help me out his response was " I don't have a tool to do that."So, I had to use my keys and deflate the tires. Astonishing that the inspection could not see visible body damage... which could had prevented me driving three hours to discover the flaw after signing for the vehicle.

The service department really took care of our vehicle and my family. Even extended my rental car for me when the work was running behind schedule. They took care of all their mistakes and made everything right. I appreciate their service department and the courtesy they provided. Thank you, guys. They will be the next dealership I buy from.

The sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The finance department is a little shady. They are looking for ways to jack the price up thousands of dollars above the MSRP. Telling you that they don't make a profit at that price. So, instead of losing just 10% of the vehicle value after leaving the lot, they want to add an additional 5 to 8 grand to your loss. It is almost criminal to treat a customer like a piggy bank to crack open.

First of all, I paid the MSRP. This dealer did not mark up the car $20K like most others do. I hate that. But this dealer was straight up and transparent through the whole process. Kudos to the salesman through the finance manager. Five Stars to everybody involved in my transaction.Thanks, Michael

Overall did a wonderful job detecting a problem right away with my new 2022 ST Explorer transmission. Required 4 weeks to fix problem and they gave me the use of a rental. Just got back and so far car is running as expected.

Recently bought a new car from this dealership. All paperworks were done in 30 min. Delivered the car to my address and their finance offered to me was better than my banks rates.So far satisfied.Also the two gentlemen who delivered my car were friendly and professional.

I had a recall repaired at this dealership and I expected to get treated as such but let me tell you. I made the appointment, then I showed up and everyone there was extremely professional and courteous. They led me exactly where I needed to go and even got me a lyft home for free. The care and customer service here is by far the best experience I have had in my 37 years of living. I will definitely be buying all my future vehicles here. Don't waste your time or money at other snobby dealerships. This is the place if you want to feel like you're visiting friends!! I Would rate 20 stars if I could. Great job everyone

$7500 mark up on Ford Maverick. A truck that is supposed to be affordable and be in the 20k range is now in the mid 30's.But Raceway will use the term "market adjustment". This is why people want dealers out of business and buy directly from manufacturer. You offer nothing of value to people in these times, just trying to eek out every last penny you can.

John & Paul were very straightforward and professional and helped me to make it possible to buy my truck. John is detail oriented and explained all the important aspects of the truck on the day of the delivery.Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with both and I recommend them for your next Ford purchase.

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a bad experience with a new car purchase. It had reoccurring problems. A big thanks to the customer service I received from the service department (Alan). When I had problem after problem they always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Because of that I would not hesitate to buy from here or take any car I own here for service.

I have to say that Raceway Ford is awesome. My professional background is in the automotive industry so when I say that Raceway Ford made my first car buying experience perfect I mean it. They were so nice and made me feel like a celebrity. I have gone with many friends and family to buy cars and know how unpleasant the experience can be. Brock my salesman was awesome and really knows his cars. I learned things from him I never knew about the new automotive technology and I've been in the automotive industry 11 years! Mark the Sales manager also went out of his way. Seriously, I drove from Vista California and it was worth it. I highly recommend Raceway Ford. Thanks to all who made my day awesome!

Do not buy here!!! Last year I purchased a fully loaded Bronco from this dealership, stupidly I paid a 15k mark up (87k out the door). Earlier this year I ordered a 2024 mustang from the Inventory manager (Sterling Fenn). I waited about 8 months for the car to arrive and when it did to my surprise he completely screwed up my order. To add insult to injury he was completely rude and condescending to me, took zero responsibility about the situation. They have no loyalty, they could care less about the customer.

I was very happy with the pick up and drop off option for my vehicle. They found the problem and they fixed it!Update: Thomas in the service dept was awesome. Helpful and informative! Love the pick up and drop off even for an oil change!!! Thomas found my Ford Pass points and applied them to my oil change. So impressed!

I order a part online and payed . I needed it ASAP to fix my 2018 f150 .and was going to pick it up in person . I called to see if I can go get it saturday .they said it would have to be Monday or Tuesday because online orders are not done in weekends. They said they had it and I would have to buy it again in person.such silly way of doing business if you have it and it's payed for I see no problem. money was taken out my back for it allready
