Absolutely disappointed in the service department. Sent tech one day to assess and not regen machine due to being tech being over hours worked already. Next day call at 830 am saying tech would be onsite by 915-930am due to traffic. 1030 am still no tech and Quinn lying to us, the customer, about where the tech is and how they are stuck in traffic. We are 20 mins from Quinn Riverside and traffic is flowing at normal fwy speeds. We are also working along the side of the fwy. Such a disappointment coming from a nomally reputable company.

Quinn's tractor parts department is an absolute joke. You're lucky if they even answer the phone, and even luckier if they actually send you what you order. Since Quinn took over Johnson Machinery, they have only got my parts order correct once. ONCE! And I order with part numbers! Their job couldn't be easier! Often, I am shorted parts, sent the wrong parts, or the parts are sent to the wrong address.

Thanks to Gary Young and the quick response from Mobile Repair hardlyif any down time, parts on hand with a quick fix. You guys are Awesome we appreciate your service and of course highly recommend the CAT.

Good local cat dealer. Fortino at the parts desk really knows his stuff. I prefer to order with him every time if I can.

Had my National T370 towed in on Wednesday and Tom diagnosed the problem instantly. Replaced the fuel pump and a bad injector. Picked it up Friday noon and runs like a dream. Tom kept me informed and did not proceed with any repairs until discussed with me. Very happy with Quinn Cat (and Tom) and will be back for all future service.

Always able to get my parts. After hour service was awesome for our urgent needs. Worth the extra charge for sure.
