So let me start off by saying that I was employed at the Meineke in Placentia for some time until we recently added plus one to our family. In the time I worked there, I came to know and love a gentleman by the name of Jack who was my boss, to which I was pleasantly surprised is overseeing this location! Jack is without a doubt the best boss I've had in a long time, and I've worked in many different auto repair centers, but no one had the care, etiquette and expertise like him. I was able to bring my vehicle and rest assured knowing that not only that as I back by the Meineke guarantee, I was able to bring it to just the right man (and crew) to see my needs were met going both above and beyond. These are trying times and it's very hard to find a person or place that gives you that comfort and secure feeling of "home", but you can sleep easy knowing if you bring a vehicle here, you'll be treated like family and be in the best hands throughout SoCal!

Just want to let everyone that goes to this place know that Shawn no longer works there him and his brother got fired . The "manager" now is some old guy that says his the deputy director of the company and they have a new technician working . The old guy was rude I paid 2900 for their services which included my suspension getting fixed and my tire that got damaged fixed as well and other work that my car needed . I had a spacer in my rim that got damaged and he told me to go find it "somewhere". When Shawn was there he would have gotten it for me and got it installed properly. I paid good money for it to be repaired fully . I do not like the vibes there anymore even tho I've been going there for 2 years now. Shawn and his brother will be greatly missed . I will be looking for a new shop to take my car to in the future . Which is very unfortunate because I liked that place . Life goes on .

Sean, the manager at my local meineke, has managed to do the impossible. He created an honest mechanic shop. Anyone who has ever been to the auto mechanic understands how mind blowing a feat this actually is. It's always a pleasure to do business with him, even when I am not in the mood to deal with my car again.

I wanna thank Sean and Jack for getting my car up and running again, I couldn t afford what was quoted and was ready to junk my car they offer loan services from companies like Koalafi and still the cost was to much and they help me with a discount like no other and I couldn t be happier now I can get to my doctor appointment and physical therapy again, I m disabled and this is the only vehicle I can actually be comfortable in with the seat warmer as well helps with my on going pain so this was a blessing like no other thank you so much for the quality service like always, I ve always taken my vehicle here since I bought it I have no complaints it rides so smooth. Thank you again and again

I'm always offered a positive experience here due to the professional, customer service oriented staff. The service is quick and competitively priced. This is my first choice in car care without a doubt. Sean is a great asset to the company as well!

If something goes wrong with any of our cars, we immediately think Meineke Riverside. They are always fair, responsive, respectful, honest, and efficient. Especially Sean, he is a fantastic asset to your team and I've of the biggest reasons we ashtrays come back.

I like this place. It's definitely more affordable than other places like Valvoline and Firestone with the same quality of service and thoroughness. Only thing I didn't like was that I was there for almost 2hrs. They were short staffed.

The reception guy is mostly honest and any repair will take double the time they say it will.As every car repair, never do the optional things.Always ask for the parts repaired when you get the work order. Always always always.I can blame inflation, but I'm fine without. Probably the CEO wanting more profits, so your choice.

Well they fixed my 2004 Toyota Highlander but it cost me dearly.6036 USD for 2 Catalytic converters that cost 1295 for 1 and 980 for the other online they marked up the price 70% that's crazy I know they have to make money but 70% come on guys you basically stole money from me. I don't think ill ever be back to this shop again they mark up there prices way way to high

I need to put 5 stars even if I don't know how good is the service but the client service is the best. My couple stayed more than 4 hours with the mechanic and he fixed his car and also shared a beer with him and with his friend. At least this is his explanation about his alcoholic smell . So I recommend the place 100% for all men

I am so great full with them , I was on my way back to Utah from my vacation in California, my truck started to loose power on the freeway making noises I stop by them and they help my get back in the road so fast I made it back home that same day thank you guys

see update belowStaff are very helpful AND honest! They don t push repairs on you . They let you know what needs immediate service and that which needs attention but not necessarily immediately, both without being pushy . They also go out of their way to find the best price possible . Sean is a genius at that .went back last week (19 Mar 24) for a scheduled alignment for which Sean had several days earlier priced for me only to be met by someone seated at the chair near the entrance. He advised me when I told him why I was there to either try somewhere else if it's urgent or reschedule as they were short staffed . Sean and his brother I learned no longer worked there. So I rescheduled for today only to be met by the same man who told me they don't do alignments (anymore). He then referred me down the road for an alignment.Am annoyed that this could have either been told to me last week or failing that via text message since I did the appointment online .Sean was always very good at keeping me advised --anybody know where he went?Service: Auto brake repair

The service at Meineke Riverside is very customer service friendly. I had an issue with my rear brakes and they replaced them within an hour free of charge because I previously had the brakes serviced in July. They really own up to the lifetime warranty service no questions asked. I really appreciate the service at Meineke and will continue to do the service at Meineke.

The staff, especially Sean is welcoming and polite. Sean explained in detail what since my prior oil changed. I was given advice that my car would be needing tires and an alignment. I knew it had to be done, it was just a matter of having it done. I contacted Sean Monday he ordered my tires that morning and I made an appointment for the middle of the week. I was contacted by Sean that the tires were delivered that afternoon, they had availability and I could have the job done that day. I'm pleased that I didn't have to wait, quick service with good communication. Sean answered all my questions and concerns. I will continue to have my car serviced at Meineke.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Came here last month to get a car inspected before deciding if I want to buy it. Both of the guys at the shop were super helpful, and they gave me a ton of information about the vehicle which I wouldn't have had otherwise. Sean and his team on Van Buren in Riverside were absolutely wonderful. So helpful for offering solutions! The work was done quickly and efficiently, they mentioned a couple other things that needed attention without pressuring me to get them done, which I appreciate, and they were very patient while I arranged for the financing during a very stressful time. I highly recommend this facility!

Where do I start? Mgr. Sean is absolutely amazing! I also know that it takes a team to complete the repairs that I requested and to the team that worked on my truck: you have my gratitude and my many thanks.As any good Californian knows, once summer hits, if you don't have a working A/C in your vehicle, you pretty much get cooked alive in your car. On 7/25/23, I was pretty close to having heat stroke while driving around, completing an urgent errand in my airless truck. The next day, I spoke with Sean about my A/C issues and he said, "Bring it on in!" Sean and his team saved my life, lol. Literally, under $150 to fix my A/C. Haha, no joke, I cried as I drove it home. It's been over 10 years since it worked last.I can't recommend this Meineke enough. Honest and fair work, great pricing, and quick turn around (Same day service). Thank you!!!

I start bringing my car for repairs years ago,after visiting many places that didn't care to do a good job. Meineke staff are honest and helpful. They do quality job.
