Thank you to Crystal, Santiago, and the boss man John for taking care of my car. Very friendly, understanding, and relatable. Your needs will be met with this team of workers. Always a gamble when getting work done by shops, but the Inland Empire Collision team got my Dodge Charger looking like it came straight off the lot. Even detailed it, which was a pleasant surprise! Thank you guys, hope I never need to come back, but if I do I'll be bringing it back here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with this shop. I want to give a big thanks to Omar and his team for doing a wonderful job on my Jeep. Omar made sure to communicate with me daily/every other day to give me updates on my car. He handled all the paperwork with the insurance which made it such an easy process. One thing that made this shop stand out for me was the good customer service. Originally, my car was fixed in November 2020 and at the beginning of February 2021, my car's check engine light came on. I called Omar to share my concern and he immediately said to bring in the car. They did a full diagnostic the next day and since the problem was on the side of where I got hit, they replaced the new part. Again they handled all the paperwork with the insurance. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you to Omar and his team!! Santiago the manager has done a wonderful job with his employess!Service: Body & Trim

I had a small scratch on my Honda Civic. Another place (that I won't mention) wanted $750 to replace the entire bumper. I told them no, and on the way home on a whim I stopped at Inland Empire Collision. They took care of the scratch in about ten minutes, and didn't charge me at all.Guess who's getting my business from now on! They were friendly, and obviously professional. Had my 2020 Nissan 370z repaired here after I got rear-ended. Although the damage was minor to begin with, I still wanted it to look brand new since it basically still was. Omar helped me every step of the way and kept me in the loop. My car was in and out in three days tops and looking brand new again. The service provided was excellent and I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to get the job done right, in a timely manner and at a fair price.

These folks did a great job on the repair of our SUV. They went above and beyond, not only fixing the damage, but cleaning and detailing a few other elements of the vehicle so that everything matched and looked terrific. Terrific communications throughout the process, keeping us apprised both by phone and online of the status and timetable of the repairs. Very satisfied with both the service and customer service. Would highly recommend.

Great auto body repairs and refinishing. They work you and the insurance co to provide you with the best experience in a rather tough time. John , Sharon, and Santiago are simply the best !

I've never needed to use a body shop before, but I'm glad I found this place. My neighbor backed into my baby so I went to a couple places for estimates and I absolutely could NOT believe how expensive it is to fix! For a damned crack in the bumper! John helped me go over a few options to fix her but showed me some spots in the trunk that looked off and went over how they'd fix my car and recommended I do an insurance claim. I'd never done one but it was pretty easy. Neighbor wasn't happy, but I don't think she was going to pay $800 to fix my bumper, and it's good too because sure enough they called and said they found more damage when they got into it! In the end it was over 3 grand to fix it and my neighbor just paid me my deductible for me instead of the whole thing and I got a rental car while they had mine since I had it on my insurance. Got my baby back and everyhitng is like NEW! I thought it was gonna be close-ish and OK-looking but it REALLY looks good! Looks like nothing happened! LITERALLY like nothing happened! SO HAPPY! A++

they have excellent prices and do excellent work and they're all nice and they make. Iteffortless for you to get your car fixed and get into a rental. The work that they've done to my car is just perfect

Their service is reasonably priced and they offer drop off service if you leave your car with them. The work they did on my car was excellent. One thing I loved the most is when they are servicing your car they always keep you informed.

This place is a joke save yourself the trouble and go to caliber collision down the street. I brought my car in to get my front bumper repainted under warranty. They did a horrible job I could have done a better job with nail polish when I picked my car up there was another spot of paint missing on my front bumper. Two weeks later the repair job they did is already peeling worse than before. The owner is a complete idiot. I gave him a chance to refix it and he was nothing but rude to me and he was very unprofessional. Also my car came back with scratches around the body that I had to have buffed out. I repeat do not go here you will regret it, horrible service very unprofessional.

The experience i had at this place was the worst. First off for the little bit of work i got done it took about 2wks. Now here's were it gets worse, as I waited to get my car back I was Called by john to plz bring the key to my rims to complete the work. Well i come to find out when i went to pick up my vehicle none of the work was done according to my insurance estimate final draft. No buffing! scratches were still there, on all area's that were listed in the work order. What i did come to find out about what they did to my car was that they drove it around bc my mileage was very high and its funny bc they have there own facility to complete and do all the work there. to top it off phil told me they did some suspension work on it (alignment), and I was like why? My alignment and my suspension was fine and I just had it done when I put my brand new rims on a month ago. So as i further investigate this matter i come to find more issues, now my 2 front rims are scratched my fender on the front driver side is damage underneath my 2 side skirts were Left loose and unclipped, and my rear bumper was left loose instead of tight like it originally was before it entered there facility. So they drove my car around, damage my rims, left my fender damage and when i look on my invoice when i pick up my car it showed all this suspension work front and back. And the worst part about it, is that they ruined and damage my suspension and instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused they turn around and charged my insurance company instead. Bc its all on my invoice. And the mickey mouse polish they did to my car with there experienced detailing expert. They left orange peel on my rear left quarter panel with there so called buffing they told me they did. Bottom line to all this is that I CONTACTED THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR AND THEY ARE GONNA HANDLE EVERYTHING FOR ME AND FILE A CIVIL ACTION AGAINST THEM. ALSO THEY ARE SENDING SOMEONE TO COME TAKE PICTURES AND LOOK AT THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO MY VEHICLE BY THIS SHOP. I also contacted consumer affairs and they also gave great advice on how to handle this matter attorney, etc.

Came in to the shop today with my bumper that fell off (it was not put on by this shop, but another in Utah), and the guys fixed it quickly with reinforcements and had me on my way in 15 minutes without charging for the service. Awesome place!

The first time I took my car in to IEC. The work was done very good. Santiago walked me through the repair process and Donna had a rental car ready for me when I brough my car in.The second time, i was not able to drive my car into the shop. I called IEC and spoke with Donna told me she would take care of my car and not to worry about anything. She set up the arrangements to have my car picked up and even got me into a rental without a hassel.Donna showed me thier website and gave me a login where i could see photos of my car and the repairs in progress daily. This is awsome!When i picked up my car John the owner himself came out and walked me through all of the repairs that they did on my car.The overall experience with the repairs and IEC`s team is bar none to any other body shop. I would highly reccomend IEC to anyone who cares about thier car.Thank you IEC!Keith Martin

They tell you different time frames depending on who you talk to. John the manager/ owner not sure but he is rude and as zero customer service. I would highly recommend people stay away from this body shop.

Not there fault insurances they totaled my car and didn't call me. I called inland empire collision and they notified me. But they were very nice when I came to collect my belongings

You need a collision center that is gonna fight to get your car fixed the way it should.
