Bought a lay and play set up and the pump heads were bad the gears didn't even spin inside the head and broke the gears been trying to call them and they don't answer

I had an incomplete hydro kit for, this was my first hydro install and I wasn t sure what parts were all missing. I sent them an email and within an hour they called me and walked me through what components were missing and helped me get everything I needed. Awesome customer service!

Absolute best car shop experience. The customer service is amazing, no BS deadlines, super up front and honest. The IG stories are definitely a cool thing. Being in Afghanistan I was able to see progress on my car versus just being told an update. The quality of work is phenomenal, so much that my next build will remain on hold until I can ship it to Hoppos. 5 stars!!! Thanks guys!

of the rare pumps was not dumping only going up ordered a 2 new dump put it on still nothing put the 2nd one on and still nothing. What I end up having to do was take the dumps off the front pump and move it to the back pump that wasn't dumping car went down fine so I put the new dump on that front pump car went up but wouldn't dump back down. So I removed the dump that I placed on the back pump put it back to its original spot to the front and car went done. Either hoppers sold bad dumps or these dumps don't work on my pumps because they're not the same style. As the the old ones I have COIL 110RAC S-CE 18W 180�

I did a lot of research before I made my purchase of Hoppos 2 pump kit, you ll find there online store is extremely easy to find exactly what you re after. I have followed Alex on Instagram for a while and he is always doing videos to help people build there lowrider. Between his hard work to help people out he doesn t even know and the professional knowledge I received over the phone from Art it was easy to buy my kit from these guys, they didn t jerk me around or make me feel like I was asking stupid questions. True business people 10/10 (10/10 on shipping as well, everything packaged beyond my expectations).

Told me in June that they were booked up till after the super show in Vegas and to call back in September. I call after the super show and was told that they have over 6 months worth of work in their garage. Asked if i can get on a list and they said they dont have a list. Well how do you get into this place then? Figured that they wont take new people if they dont know you or if your not from a high profile car club. Maybe they wouldve taken me if i said my last name was De Alba?

Hoppos did my Hydraulics on my mini truck back in '94. I recently went back and had them do a whole revamp of my system. Not only did they revamp my system, they cleaned the whole truck inside and out, even got my 22 year old 5:20 white walls white again with their patented spray! These guys take pride in their work and go above and beyond in any way they can! Thank you #Hoppos_Alex!
