The staff is genuine and ready to help! I pulled in for a tire issue. Within minutes they removed my tire and found a small leak! This is after I had road side assistance come to my aid and couldn t find the problem. They recommended me this place and he was not kidding when he said they ll help you out right away. I m so glad I found this place. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!

Hectors is a great shop been using them for 2 years now always fast great service and prices. Pulled in 3 weeks ago thought I had a nail in tire turns out had hairline crack on my nice rim thought I was screwed and would need new rim - NO they sent it out and had it weld and back on the car in 2 hours like I said best tire shop around!! Amazing tire shop to get new or used tires. Very well knowledgeable staff. Professional I love how quick they took care of my needs. Would highly recommend this place to family, friends and anyone who is looking to get some new or used tires. If you are looking for a low cost above decent looking used tire then this is your new spot. Thank you guys at Hector's Tire Shop! Amazing job. Well deserved review .

Very helpful very knowledgeable quick work and good prices. Highly recommend this place. If you need to get new tires or get a tire changed or have a tire that s punctured repaired or even rims that are bent repaired. This is the place to go.

I needed to replace all 4 tires on my 2019 Civic. Called the Honda dealership and they quoted me at $983. Went to Hector s instead and I walked out the door with 4 new tires installed for $400 even. Super fast and easy. Will come back for sure.

I went like 2 months ago the guy that helped me was Armando he went above and beyond. He also trusted me to leave and come back to pay him. I recommend this tire shop and I ll be going back soon. Thanks Armando

They did me good tire was used but it was worth the $50 I paid for it. They would have got the 5 if they cleaned the side wall off that had the yellow lettering they would have got that. Well I just went back yesterday they got me right again same brand tire and they cleaned the yellow writing off the side wall and they fast and efficient. 5 star work .

My parents and brother have been long time customers of Hector's. Unfortunately, I do not live anywhere near Hector's, however, going forward I will make sure to visit my family when it is time to get new tires because the amount of money I would have saved if I came by sooner! Customer service is quick and great! I popped in without an appointment and they changed out two of my tires in under 45 min! Perhaps I got lucky, but no matter, as I would have waited 2 hours for what I paid!

These guys do professional work at a great cost! Went in to take care of tire sensor. Prices reasonable & affordable, work performed with excellence. I'm looking forward to using these guys again.

Really good place to get all your tire mounting and balance needs with honest prices. I go to them for everything. They mounted even sand rail tires for me. Recently got my trucks wheels rebalanced and they did a perfect job. Staff is great and works fast.

I received 2 quotes for 4 tires. I opted for the higher quote for the better brand. Even though the service started out quickly that ended when I saw that they were putting on the cheaper tires but charging me the higher price. Double check that the tires they are putting on are the ones you are purchasing. With that said, the staff was friendly the initial quick service slowed way down but I think they were embarrassed that They had made this mistake.I would still comeback but I would definitely check to make sure you get what you pay for.

It took me over 1hr & 30 min to get 1 tire switched out. I called to see of they had my tire size, they said yes. I got there in about 5 min and they didn't attend me until I approached them. After they had me waiting for about 40 min, till I asked why was it taking long, they responded that they are waiting on the tire to arrive. Waited another 30 min to finally finish. Never got a sorry or a thank youI had to change my rating. Bumping them up from a one star to 4 stars as my experience, this time was way different five years later. I recently moved down the street so I decided to give them a second shot. I m glad I did.

Now I don't have a reference, as I have not compared Hector's tire shop to another used tire shop. However the tires here are recommended from a customer. I bought one and put it up front and drove it till it was bald. Now I'm not recommending this, but this happened. Thank you Hector's tire shop.

Great group of guys!!! Very friendly and awesome customer service. I was very impressed and competitive pricing for there tires. I had a flat tire and ended up replacing all 4 tires. I drove off 100% satisfied and recommend Hectors tire shop.

Workers are very polite and they are fast! I did notice though, if you are a young pretty lady who comes in after other customers who have already been waiting, you will get serviced before everyone else. A bit rude to do that, but they were still fast.

Great place for a cheap, quick fix. Saved me time by fixing my tire with a nail in it before it went flat. They didn't quite understand what I was asking when I wanted to buy a new tire. I will still go to my usual tire place for new ones, but Hector's is nearby, open on Sundays, and very inexpensive. Will still come back if I need a fix or used tires.

This is my 2nd time visiting this tire shop. And both times, the service has been great. Employees are friendly and fast. Prices are affordable. If you need any tire service this is the place to go.

It s unfortunate that I have to discontinue my service, and stop coming to this tire shop, all because a miscommunication and hector being rude and disrespectful. I call after work (an hour away) to price two tires rear tires which HECTOR ADVISED the prices over the phone. Which were $90 a peace , I arrive and price went to $120 a tire for no apparent reason. HECTOR YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER, my family and I will not be coming back.

Hector's tire shop is in the heart of Riverside. I had drive up and they quickly walked up to me and started to help me. They are very friendly trustworthy and affordable. They have a big selection of tires. They work fast. I was out of their in 30 mins. East to find from right off the street. Will go back. Hector knows his stuff and my experience is amazing. Very good customer service.

This is a great place to buy new tires and rims but they also sell affordable new tires and used tires next to him is Edgar the mechanic who does great work at reasonable prices
