I would not let my worst enemy bring their cars here. The office are smooth talkers and the workers are all talk literally. I had to come check why my car was not done when they said it would be. I come to the shop and the workers are just standing around while my car is still not complete. I had to wait 3 more days to pick it up and when I get there I look over my car and it is chipped at some parts and has, what looks like paint run-off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stay away from this body shop. You will notice when you pull into this place they are completely full of cars in partial repair.They will promise you a completion schedule and then change the agreement when it comes to scheduling the work.Zero care for their customers!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Was over charged for side mirrors and replacement. Was told to pay a portion PRIOR to any parts being bought or repairs being done. On my scheduled appointment, I was told the parts were never bought and there was no inventory. I have been waiting for a refund of my deposit for a month now and continued to be reassured the refund was mailed. Ridiculous. Legal matters will be brought to the attention of this company if I do not receive my refund before July.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After taking my car 3 times still not completely fix. Car was also left dirty from the sanding residue. My dog lights didn't work. They where plugged in wrong. Had to fix that myself. My dog lights cover also came off and lost it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Staff was always very friendly and on top of my case for me ! They finished my repair in the promised time frame(which was a very quick time frame .) And they left it looking brand new !! shout out to Al for really caring about my car and my case !!

I honestly had a great experience. The workers here were very helpful with the process (front desk, Marie, mechanic). I had to take my Nissan in after having someone mess with my hood. From the start, Marie assisted me with the estimate and even helped me speed up the process with my insurance. She kept me updated on a constant basis and was quick to repair my vehicle once my insurance approved the case. I am satisfied with their professionalism, kindness, and quickness to get the job done. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

I highly recommend 1st Certified Collision Center when you need auto body repair. The manager, Steve was friendly, courteous, and very professional with explaining the body work that needed to done and pricing. He regularly kept me updated by phone or text on the progress of the repair work throughout the day until it had been completed. The technician who did the work on my front bumper did such an impeccable job. The front end looked perfect. I could not tell that any damage had been done at all. Plus they even went the extra mile--my car was cleaned and detailed, looking brand new like the first day I bought it. I was very pleased overall. I was recently in an accident and find this Auto Body Shop online. The couple of owners is very nice and can be totally trusted. They helped us to contact with the insurance and the rent company and made the whole process really easy on me. They are professional and repaired my car beyond my expectations. They had also done additional work that I did not expect such as vacuuming and cleaning my car. Thank you so much for the great work. I am very satisfied with the service I got from you. I strongly recommended 1st Certified Collision Center to anyone and would definitely come back for any future needs. It is really a special and unforgettable experience for me in USA.

We took our Hellcat to get the front bumper fixed as it got hit by a truck backing up. They did a remarkable job. You can't notice any work was done to it, which is grate. They kept us on the loop the whole time so we would know what was happening with our car, and the turnaround time was fairly quickly considering they even ordered parts. We were very very happy. Recommend them 100%

Wow....the 2 ladies Rachel and Marie were very respectful and friendly like we've met before...the atmosphere in the office was very comfortable and "all the updates" on my vehicle was on point from Marie.Marie was excellent in her profession and patients with me letting me know all the things going on with my vehicle (like it was in surgery and she's the surgeon). Every time I called the office Rachel and Marie always answered with my best interest and concerns.Thanks to Gerber Collision!My vehicle looks just like I got it off the car lot.

This place is absolutely GREAT never have i had this kind of service before, recieved updated text every day as to the progress be make on repair to my truck. This is the way all businesses should be run. Absolutely GREAT customer service and my truck looks spectacular they finished the work two days ahead of schedule.

Staff is professional, polite, and welcoming. They are super informative when it comes to how auto insurances work. They did an amazing job fixing my truck and helped me out with a rental car. Received my car back clean and they always keep you updated on your cars progress. I wouldn't go to any other place.

I just had to go to this place for a little repair on my car and I was greatly surprised and happy with the service. I went twice and talked with Ann and Dave, the owners, and I have to say they were excellent! Both of them were proactive, demonstrated attention to details and treated me very nicely. Plus, they fixed my problem for free. 100% recommended!

Great establishment. I had work done on my car after it had been rear ended. They fixed My vehicle faster than expected and had impeccable customer service.The work they did on my car looks great as if the accident never happened. If you need work done to your car, go here.

Spoke to them and discussed things with them on Friday. Was told to bring my car Monday. I bring it back and I'm told that they don't have space to figure it out with my insurance. Wasted my time, could have called beforehand and I don't appreciate it since I have enough going on with the accident.

This place is not only highly recommended but a must Mari was more than accommodating genuine and compassionate which a lot of people are not nowadays especially when they have no obligation to be. I unfortunately went through a traumatic situation English my car was damaged and long story short they took a big burden off of my heart mind and wallet. I don't know the owner's name but he definitely kids props and Miss Marie well I think she deserves a raise

1st Certififed Collisonion center did an awesome job on my car. Marie kept me posted every other day just as if she explained to me that first time I met her when I went to pick up my car I was so surprised how beautiful this car came out . The one thing I really love about this place I I can honestly say I felt very confident and comfortable at my car was going to come back to me that everything that needed to be worked on was work done the right way thank you so much 1st certified collision center! Marie is the best so friendly caring person that I have met if you decide to take your car here or certified collision center I can promised you will be satisfied.

I highly recommend All-Pro Collision. Great customer service and helpful staff. My cars front bumper needed repair and they gave me an honest quote plus met the return time. I definitely will use them for all future repairs.

This is the worst place to go to, do not take your car here for any fixing when getting in a car accident. I really recommend you take your car to your insurance or to the other person insurance Repair shop when getting in a car accident, they act like they know what they are talking about and just tell you lies and tell you what you want to hear. They only care about the money and not the customer, I am telling you the honest truth DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !

I highly recommend this body shop when you need to find a good/ excellent place to take care of your car after an accident, I came in and was helped Ann and Dave, the owners, excellent is the verdict, you don't need to go somewhere else, a true hidden gem in the Moreno Valley and Riverside area. Horrible experience... Manager Marie extremely rude and unprofessional walk in for an estimate first they told us it would take 2 days to received the estimate never heard that before, then she asked us really rude if we had a mask on to wear it I.metio ed we were fully vaccinated and said she didn't care we had to wear a mask gave my friend the last one in the box and told her that there was no more... then while getting our information she told me to go out side and wait cause I didn't want to wear a mask and I told her to get more cause I had already told her there was no more on the box the young girl got a box and provided me one as I walked out I asked her who she was and she said she was the managerand did mentioned to her that as a manager she was very rude and unprofessional and walked out... I will never take my business to people like that and I can't even imagine how she treats her employees Gerber Collision upper managers please look into your unprofessional rand very rude employee.

I GOT INTO A MINOR INCIDENT ON THE FREEWAY WITH A TAILGATER AND HAD A BARELY DRIVABLE CAR,MY INSURANCE SUGGESTED I JUST DRIVE TO THIS SHOP FOR A INSPECTION BECAUSE ITS CERTIFIED BY THEM ,UPON ARRIVAL IT SEEMED VERY PUT TOGETHER,BUT THREE DAYS AFTER I DROPPED OFF MY CAR THE OWNER IS BARELY NOTIFYING ME THAT THEY TOOK DOWN THE WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY (which my claim agent said he texted/emailed him all the claim info upon my arrival).SO AFTER MY CAR GETS A LATE INSPECTION THE OWNER NOTIFIES ME THAT THERE COMPUTER COULDN'T READ A THING WRONG WITH MY CAR (it was running bad),AND THEN HE STARTS TELLING ME THST IF THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY HYBRID SYSTEM THAT IM NOT COVERED AND SPULD HAVE TO PAY THE DEALERSHIP 150$ a hour (let me remind you he is not affiliated with farmers his shop is only certified)I CALLED MY AGENT RIGHT AWAY AND TOLD HIM TO SPEAK WITH THIS MAN (everything he said was inaccurate)SO I WAIT A COUPLE MORE DAYS FOR MY CAR AND A GIRL FROM THE SHOP CALLS ME APOLOGIZING THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAD THE WRONG NUMBER (my name is not typical at all to get confused)SOO IM HAPPY TO FINALLY GET MY CAR ....THEN SHE TELLS ME I HAVE TO PAY a 1,000$ deductible I WENT THROUGH MY INSURANCE SO IK IT WOULD COME UP ,BUT SINCE I WASN'T at FAULT IT WAS WAIVED DAYS PREVIOUS!!! HORRIBLE !!!FARMERS MAY RECOMMEND THEM BUT I AS A YOUNG HARD WORKING PERSON DO NOT !!!!!!
