I was involved in a bad accident with my 2019 subaru wrx and thought my car wouldn't look the same. I'm glad that I chose caliper collision to work on my car, their work is amazing! They were very professional and up dated me every step of the way. Thanks to the team of caliper collision.

Unfortunately I know nothing about cars and insurance. Kelly and Ryan helped me understand the process from start to finish. They made me feel very comfortable and confident about the whole process. Having experienced my first crash I felt completely supported since I entered Calliber Collision. The front desk worker and Ryan that inspected my vehicle were so kind. They were very thorough and noted my concerns. The regular updates were very helpful while I waited for my car. The pickup experience was super quick and I was happy with the result. They even cleaned it from the inside out which was a sweet gesture. 10/10 recommend this business.

The customer service and mechanics at Caliber Collision were the best I've ever encountered. This is our third time going to them with 3 different vehicles over the past 7 years. I wouldn't change a thing. Kelly in the front office is so awesome and, is very personal with you and actually cares about you and what you need out of them. Ryan, my adjuster was completely a professional and understood that I needed my car back in a timely manner and got it back to me before the estimated time. The communication with both of them and the text messages of updates reassured me that they knew what they were doing and I was going to get my car back probably better than when I gave it to them. After my accident, my car was taken to Caliber Collision Riverside Downtown-XF. Never in my life have I received such amazing treatment! I was obviously upset just in an accident, I honestly felt (almost) relief, for lack of a better word, relief that I have Geico Insurance and they use CALIBER COLLISION IN RIVERSIDE, a complete blessing in the midst of a disaster.Jerry Gutierrez just called from Caliber Collision to keep me up to date on the repairs! I am FLOORED at this....my car is not in good but GREAT hands. Jerry went over the repairs AND the expected date my car may be completed. Next week, wait....WHAT? Yup, next week it may be ready. Okay Farmers, now I have a comparison, now I know just how bad it was using another source for insurance...Big thank you to Caliber and all of the people (Jerry my car guy and Kelli, the lovely lady at the front desk) that provided such excellence in service.!! I went through Caliber Collision per my Insurance Company (Geico). My caretake was Drake, not the rapper but same name!!! Only problem with Drake was the follow up. At first he told me 1 week, then it became 3 more days, on and on and it took 17 days. I had to keep bugging him about the status on my vehicle. I do not mind waiting since the other party's insurance company was going to pay for my rental and the repair fee but the fact that I had to keep calling the day of promised date to find out it will be extended was disappointing. I rather him call me and notify me with updates. I understand I am not the only customer but that simple follow up gets me happy. As you can see on the photos, my front bumper was in bad shape and they did an excellent job making it look brand new. I told Drake, this looks better than before my accident, which was true since it looks brand new and they did a good job. If it wasn't for Drake not following up with me and I had to call him the day of promised date this would have been a 5 star but since the job was so well done I gave it a 4 instead of 3 stars. Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service, they contacted me throughout the entire process and kept me informed, they completed the job before they promised and the work on my vehicle is outstanding I highly recommend this caliber Collision and I highly recommend Robert who completed the repairs.

I have used this collision center in two separate incidents to get my Genesis GV70 back to life after an accident. The team is great. They really care about good service and fixing things well and ahead of schedule. Ryan and Kelly are good at keeping in touch and they really listen. I'd recommend this place.

if you have a repair related to a car accident they are great - if you just need body work or are not using insurance this is not the shop for you as they prioritize insurance claimsover cash or no insurance claims

My car has been in this shop for almost 3 months now and they still can t get it fixed they Just keep telling me tht there waiting for a part to get there and tht all they can tell me there s NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!! I always have to be calling them to see what s the update on my vehicle and all they say is tht they should start putting the parts together 3 weeks later I call and they tell me the same thing they blame it on the insurance saying tht the insurance wants them to put used parts and this nd tht the insurance paid for a rental tht already finished sooo now these passed 7 weeks I ve been paying for the rental out of my pocketDefinitely not bringing or recommending anyone to this shop to anyone!!!!!

Hello Viewers, I usually do not reviews but this location made me to do this. Very Friendly staff, skilled mechanic, especially Service advisor Ryan Owen is the best. Management is great. Especially General Manager Michael very helpful. Highly recommended !! My experience is excellent. Thank you

Brought my car in for a non insurance estimate on 7/17/23. Had to take time off work. I was told I would be emailed the estimate. No word. Called a week later, was told I would be contacted shortly. Nothing. Called again, was promised a call back. Nothing. A third call. Still nothing. Apparently cash customers mean zero.

This place is way better then the last caliber location in the east side of riverside. This location was very attentive and did not scratch my car like last location.I highly recommend this place.

After my accident my car was transported to Caliber Collisions for repairs. All of the staff from Ryan, Kelly, and Susan showed me so much compassion, utmost respect, and kindness. Ryan kept me updated with everything that was going on. By the time my car was completed, it looked brand new like its never been in a collision. I am very pleased with everyone's customer service that was provided and was extremely pleased with how my car looked. Will definently recommend to everyone.Service: Body & Trim

Well the day started off horrible with a flat then at the tire shop well this happens to my brand new truck so I m already in a messed up mood thinking I m going to have to pay a lot of $$ for this but I called Caliber Collision in downtown riverside they told me to bring it in for a estimate I didn t have much money to begin with but when Jeremy and Marcos from Caliber Collisions said he will pop the dent out and clean up my trucks bumper all for what I consider to be a family price I was like wow guys this place is well every car owners heaven look at the job they did popping out the dent and taking car of paint marks and scuff marks even some scratches I can t wait to come back for a paint job on my truck

Couldn't be more satisfied. These guys made the whole process easy and quick. They went out of their way to make sure I'd get the rental car I requested. Jerry was particularly exceptional. I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my car. He was very professional but kind and friendly too. He made sure I was updated with the status of my car the whole time.
