I came in for 4 new tires since 1 had blown on the freeway and the others weren't safe. The manager Justin was kind and very helpful, helping me to decide which tires were best for my Atlas CrossSport and stay within my price range. He and the other tech were quick and efficient with getting me and my little ones back on the road before I had to get to work. How the shop runs with only 2 people is beyond me, but they were very nice while running around, working on cars; I heard nothing but positive reviews from the other customers that we encountered as well...Give these guys a raise!

I made a last minute appointment and was surprised to have the car back and fixed the same day. Justin goes above and beyond to make sure my car is running properly and safely. Justin is the reason I go out of my way to get my car serviced at this location. It is increasingly rare to find an honest mechanic. I trust Justin w mine and my family s safety and he s never let me down. Because of Justin I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I have been going to this store for the past 30 years, there used to be a manager there in the name of "Keith", he was running the place and the service was great, honest prices, good service, and very friendly. I was going there for new tires , shocks, oil change, and brakes.I went there recently, and was very disappointed, Keith no longer works there! all their employees have changed, its like it is a different company now. The service was very disappointing, and all I was getting was the run around for my car 4 tires rotation which I purchased there a year ago, it seems that they are not interested in doing tire rotation any longer!Bring back KEITH!

This place is great, and I am particularly impressed with the employee at the front desk, Justin. I won't go into details, but there was a completely unruly, aggressive, and rude customer that wouldn't stop yelling at Justin. Justin kept his cool the whole time and politely (and repeatedly) answered the customer's questions, trying to calm him down. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism during the tense situation. On top of that, once that situation calmed down and he helped me, he was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I will definitely be going to this Allen Tire for all my future tire needs.

Going into shops can be intimidating for me as i m not very knowledgeable but Justin was so kind, explained everything to me with patience and sympathy. He did a wonderful job with my brakes and stayed over to make sure I had something safe to drive off with because he genuinely cares about the work he does. Him alone made this one of my best shop experiences so far. Thank you again

Justin made the experience memorable and even enjoyable , despite my circumstances of driving to the shop on a wheel that was basically popped off and not safe to drive the way I was. He let me know everything that went on with my vehicle from the phone call for a quote to what needed to be done on my vehicle and the financing options. His leadership skills and customer service etiquette is also 5 stars, and the crew who worked on my car did an amazing job with my unforeseen need for a wheel bearing and overall performance was 5 stars. The manager was kind enough to inform us that it would be an hour wait period. Very professional and worked efficiently on our vehicle. The drive home was very nice. Would come back again.

Initially I went here to get new tires put on my sprinter work van. Justin sold them to me for a fair price and installed them for a fair price so I returned to have them install a couple of tires on my personal truck. Service was quick and Just was very knowledgeable

The manager was very kind. He asked me what my price range was & told the best tires within the range. Other places offered non name brand for the same price as name brand. It was very simple experience, can t complain

My truck was disabled due to the front passenger wheel walking off and breaking all studs on the exit off ramp of the 91 fwy in Riverside and Justin was on his way to open up his shop early Sunday morning, he pulled over and offered to help. I ended up needing a tow. Justin took care of me and made me feel like family. I am so grateful for his help and will be recommending my relatives and friends to him! You are my heroe! This man deserves a raise for his integrity and for going the extra mile! Allen tire will benefit from havning more poeple like Justin! Thanks brother.

Allen tires in Riverside on Central avenue is definitely not what it used to be. My car has been in the shop for 3 days and just yesterday after showing up Justin tells me he still doesn't have the parts. "Simple oil leak" were his words. All this after I show up and leave work early. Story after story after story and you can't believe anything that comes out of Justin's mouth. Tried getting someone from Allen tires leadership team on the phone and it's nearly impossible. Last time that I come here and will share my story for other to be aware of.

Went in on Wednesday 11, 2023 to get a tire. It took about 10 min for Justin to acknowledge us. He came out of the restroom all dishevelled . He came out for about 5 min then he went back in the restroom to change into his uniform because he said the big bosses are coming so he had to get himself together. Justin was supposed to order my tire so I left my rim there to make it easier/ faster so it would be faster to put back on the next day I called Thursday morning to find out my tire was never ordered What a waste of time Ended up at another tire shop that was cheaper and had excellent service. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone..

Justin and his tech were very helpful and took the time to explain the repairs to make me comfortable with the decisions around fixing it. ( I had a nail) I was very impressed with their friendliness and the price was unbeatable. Thank you guys! I'll be back when I need new tires!

Please if you ever need help with your tires come here!!! Today was my first time ever coming here. I thought I only needed air in my tires and they found a leak. They patched it up and helped me out in no time!! They were friendly. I wish I would ve asked for his name, but look for the guy with red hair. He helped me out for no charge and I didn t expect that. He was very kind, very nice. Next time I need to buy tires or anything I m going here and recommending all of my family!!! Thank you again for being very kind and very attentive to the customer!!!

Best tire shop around. Kieth is one of the most honest, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. From just getting you by until you can afford all new tires, rims or brakes, he will always tell you what you need and how you can get by safely!

I'm so glad I came here, wonderful staff and honest service. At the hyundai dealership they were trying to charge me for a new tire ($330) when I knew it was a simple patch job.Came here and was received with a friendly smile, and speedy service. They will have my continued business and I'll be recommending them to friends and family.

This place is very reasonable and friendly. I had my tires get nails in them back to back within three weeks apart. Not only they managed to locate my hard to find tires in time but also worked on it fast so that I can get back on the road. They stand behind their work for one year at no extra cost. I will be coming to them again and again.

Horrible company to work for or get work done.They are up charging crazy prices. Rotors from AutoZone are $40 each and they are charging $150 each!!Also, they will damage your toolbox and say it was already like that when you ask them what happened

My schedule is so unforgiving. The team there was like the story of the 3 bears lol. Not too soft, not too hard, but perfect. Another place was going to charge me like $400.00 more. I m glad I chose them. They did find something that might need to be addressed, but didn t push it on my. I ll be going back on my day off because I feel all the staff are legit and the quality is good. I d highly recommend them.

Worst customer service!!!!! Do not go here I went this morning for a tire that needed only plug and the worker got there late after it was already openened and he was rude and very unprofessional I don't understand how people like this have these kind of jobs customer service is everything!! Anyways he was struggling to find the right tools to remove the rim off the tire and he was having a hard time and cursing !! Then he made a gash on my tire and said it was already there and now i need a new tire!He was also laughing!

Keith is amazing! In a moment of desperation because of a flat tire on a very hot (104+) day, I pulled into his shop. I still had about 30 minutes to get home but I was running almost on my rim & a prayer. He told me, yes, he could fix it but it may take 2 hours of waitng...I had to wait because I couldn't continue to drive & possibly ruin my rim. After just over an hour he pulled my car in the bay & 20 mins or so later it was a done deal. I was ready to pay whatever it took to get it fixed but when he found out they were new tires, he didn't charge me a cent & sent me on my way to the place I bought them. Thanks to this extremely nice & kind man I was out & on my way with no money out of my pocket. Thank you Keith for being the kind of person we all should be....kind & willing to help others. I'll highly recommend you & your shop to others. Pat Evans....the lady you save the day for with your kindness on 8-5-21 about 3:00 p.m.

The staff and manager were very caring and curious. They really worked with me and gave me the best deal for my money.,... I recommend that if you need your car oil changed, auto lubed and tuned up. That you head over to Jiffy Lube and Tune. They really care if your car is running right and they will work with you. They are not in the business of emptying your wallet. You will most definitely save by going there.....
