This shop is A+++ if you need motorcycle parts or service they will get you right. Absolutely lowest price on Levi 501's in the area. If you have not checked this place out, you owe it to yourself. The Owner Goldie is super cool with a wealth of knowledge.

The best one stop shop around. From bike maintenance to clothing. Whatever you re looking for you ll find it here. Definitely a place not looking to make a dollar off of anyone. Quality work, quality products, quality customer service.

I was looking online for a new vest and found out 1Down in Riverside was a dealer. So I drove over to try the one I wanted on. Goldie was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when I made my decision. After trying one on I could have gone home to purchase one online .but instead I decided to support a local bike shop in my area and show love, and I suggest you do the same. Next time you need oil/filters, gear, service or just need a place to stop and get a cold drink while on a road trip you need to stop in and say hey.Thank you 1Down -Chris

Love this place... does not matter whether that you re there to spend 10 bucks Or 1000 .. Make you feel like you re welcome... great customer service And for anybody that rides motorcycles definitely a good spot to buy gear You can t find Just anywhere.

Great shop... Great service... Great price! Thanks, Goldie and team. I'm very satisfied with the front spring swap. Bike stands and rides perfectly. Thanks for the heads up on possibility of bottoming-out. Happy to say it hasn't happened yet.

Have been a follower/supporter of The 1 Down Brand/movement for years. Called to ask about out of state shipping and ended on the phone choppin it up with Goldie for a few minutes. Has great customer service and is solid dude! Highly recommended place to shop.

Visited the storefront and was greeted with the best atmosphere of a motorcycle shop ever. Smiles and even snacks for me and my guys, we talked shop on our way from NorCal to San Diego and it was with the stop. Goldie (owner) is amazing and knew his product line as he sold me and many of my fellows items for our journey. Thanks 1Down for holding us Down!!!

Was recommended by a friend and now i will recommend them to others. First of all the customer service was way above what i get at most other places, they even made special arrangements for me to pick up my bike. I got the feeling they considered my financial situation and tried their best to keep cost down. Got the bike back a week ago and put about 600 miles so far and it is running great. Happy with their customer service, Happy with the work done to my Road King, Happy with the cost after considering what HD would have charged. I'll go back to these guys.

Took my 2003 HD Sporty 1200 Custom for an oil change, new tires and a battery. Excellent results and on time as promised. This shop will be my go to for service and parts from now on! They work on many different makes and models so call with what you need. They also have an amazing selection of clothing items, helmets, and accessories. The availability of parts is the same as any "big shop" as they order from the same suppliers. Great locally owned business worth checking out.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

The shop is in tip top shape. Very clean and organized products. The owner has a great sense of humor and knows his way around the products and motorcycles themselves. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I plan to do most my shopping here.

Clean establishment. Very humble staff, as well a humble owner. Always on time and they have everything you will need for your bike's needs. Really cool accessories as well!! All in all one of the best and top shops I've ever visited. I drive out from LA just to get everything I need from this shop. It's worth it!!!! Also, reasonable prices for great work!!

I have been to the Biker Supply House on more than one occasion - the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. For a beginning rider such as myself I appreciate the time they take to explain things to me and help me get what I need for my bike. They provide top notch service with a smile which is hard to find these days. The Manager even remembered my name last time I went there. I would highly recommend the Biker Supply house for all of your bike needs.

I haven't actually been there yet but I know the owner and he is awesome! So with that being said, it's only obvious you would have a great experience and be treated like a valuable customer every time you walk in the door.

Customer service at this establishment was impeccable. Goldie went above and behind to customize my bike exactly the way I wanted and also have me great tips on parts and how to save money. Fast, friendly and honest service. Gets my highest recommendations

The owner -Goldie is a really cool dude. Pleasure to talk to. If he doesn't carry what you need he gives you suggestions on where to find it at local businesses in the area. If he doesn't have in stock what you need he tells you how soon he can have. The best customer service!

As a business owner, this place completely blew my mind. The level of professionalism mixed with the attentiveness of the staff was amazing. They pride themselves on honesty, loyalty and oldschool morals. Hands down the best place to go!

True honest and reputable biker owned motorcycle repair shop that is a plus to the community. Great innovative designs and the best prices around. they work with you, not against you on your projects. Will be back for more work and customizing.

Every time I go there for accessories, I end up buying more than I came for. The place is so well laid out and super clean. The staff is pretty cool, too. Always friendly

I have no idea how they got 5 stars reviews.They are really rude with customers, not willing to help. Prices are high, I went to ask for an oil change and they wanted to charge me 130$. Go somewhere else trust me.

this shop is not a 5 star shop whatsoever, as far as i'm concerned they should add another 5 stars on top of the existing 5 so i can rate it a 10 star shop and no i didn't just love it i double 1DOWN loved it, thanx staff you will get a repeat customer and take my word when i say i have already been hitting up my buddies that i know need to get things from your shop and only your shop. See you in a few days. I learned something new today from this Gentleman named Goldie DeWitt, so thank you Sir i take that very seriously. Good luck to your establishment.

Although i live out of state, I have sent some people there & they have nothing put positive reviews of the overall service and general vibe of the business. It's good to see a Man of Color doing great business......
