Why in gods name do you feel the need to tighten an oil filter so tight? It s an oil filter not a strong man competition! I do 90% of my own services and never have this kind of trouble. Be better and train your guys. I ve currently spent an hour on 1 filter and it s still not off. Thanks for wasting my time

Pathetic customer service. 2nd time i came here and leaving without oil change 1st time they pull me in open the hood and told me they have no filters. 2nd time i came here have 1truck in the bay they told me 2plus hours wait workers working here don t want to work at all.. very lazy they let customers go they dont care. I dont know if management see these reviews or not. Im Never coming back here again.

If I had the option of no star rating I would NEVER EVER COME HERE!!!!Manager and employees are unprofessional After they do a dirty job they won t even admit their mistakes instead they blame it to the customer

Staff are new they don t know any thing how to do oil change so make sure you watch them when they do I been there couple days ago i told them don t put too much oil in a but they did now I need to drain a so find any other good spot are experiences worker from there they quit they losing there customers so whoever is own this place they really need to take care about a and hire some experts so I really wanna go back there and gonna get my money back thanks

At about 14:50 PST, I pulled into Speedco as I had a flat on the trailer.The Manager walked up to me as I was walking around looking for the office. He explained that all bays were full and asked if I was the JRV trailer, and I confirmed that. A bobtail and tractor trailer were in a bay, and he said the bobtail wasn't going anywhere soon, I'll come get you. I said 'so just wait for you?' and he said "yes".After 2 hours I went back to looking for the office. I saw him and asked him what's going on, it's been over 2 hrs. Now the lying starts.He claimed that I was supposed to "line up" in front of the bay, which was impossible with a bobtail and a truck and trailer there. The dude got really defensive and straight up hostile saying " you can argue all you like, I never said I'd come get you!"Only problem is, that's EXACTLY WHAT HE HAD SAID. Over 2 hrs later, I'm here at Flying J. They told me door 2 and the tire is being repaired right now.I didn't get the guy's name, but yeah I will definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow morning because that was a waste of over 2 hours, and the b*stard tried to gaslight me. Just straight up lie to my face. And getting hostile because I wouldn't play along.Flying J is more expensive, but I'm under a load. And you know what, I wouldn't have to reschedule delivery if I had come here first or he had been honest. Just too much to ask.

Bad experience with a Speedco I went there for my truck service and I was there45 minutes they didn t come to me. Nobody came to me and asked me why you here and I came back without service.

Blew a air bag. Was about 30 minutes away. Arrived and they had me done and gone in about a hour. Friendly group of guys.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Employees are a joke!! They don t help you at all!!! Over charged!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!! Owners should be ashamed of having un professional employees working under them!!!

2nd shift here is lazy and have no respect for a drivers time. Been sitting here for 3 hrs waiting to get a dot inspection done on my truck and trailer, I have watched them take other people that came in after me and yet I am left to sit and wait until it is convenient for them to get to me. I do not recommend using this speedco for services unless it is during the 1st shift.

On Friday afternoon I called and had gotten everything set up for a part to be ordered for when I arrived on Saturday afternoon and to my surprise when I arrived Saturday afternoon they had not ordered the part they were supposed to and we ll I was not cared about thanks loves speedco nice job I even gave Jerry my vin to my truck to insure the correct part would be ordered and nothing

Not good service!!Pricey and doesn t have a synthetic oil!!Very bad with greasing, the truck just the outside you can see it but underneath the truck not greasing at all!!I don t recommend it

This is a terrible place, all love's and speedco's are supposed to be the same.Not place, they play by their own rules.No check in until your in the bay, what kind on nonsense is that... That isn't how it works!Thier doing tire work in the repair line and repair work in the tire 1 line...The customer is always right.I did exactly what they told me, then they kept changing thier minds.
