Great customer service from Adam. I was refered to Ripon Auto Repair by my usual mechanic that work on my Honda/Acura cars. I have a 2012 Ford Focus that has a steering fault light and no power steering. Unfortunately the diagnosis was new steering module, which means whole new steering unit since Ford only sell it that way, which means a cost of $2,800+ (still cheaper than the dealer).Adam explained in detail what they tested during the diagnostic and other things they tried to get the module to work again with no success.I appreciate their efforts but the repair cost is more than the car is worth.I would still recommend them to others just based on this one experience.

I trust Ripon auto. I have been going to them since I first started driving to borrow tools, but that was a very long time ago. They are solid and since they are in a small town word travels fast so needles to say they are going to be honest and do a good job. They are good and honest.

I had them work on my 2500 Dodge Ram Turbo diesel after I felt I was over charged at a dealership. The dealership also forget to finish the work I paid them for. So I drove my truck into Ripon Auto and after having them work on my truck I am never going back to the dealership. Ripon auto is affordable, detailed in their work and Adam is very pleasant and responsive.

In December 2023, I took my car to get some airbags repaired. I was very pleased with the work done and the customer service was great. Marcos was a lot of help, he kept me updated and explained the repair step by step. I usually don't do reviews but felt that I must do one because of the great service. Highly recommend this place and will be forever a customer. Thank you Ripon auto repair!!

Ripon Auto has always and continues to amaze me on how kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that I am taken care of. Took my car in for a thorough diagnostic because I read the great reviews. I wasn t disappointed. Adam and the crew ran the diagnostic and when they couldn t pinpoint the issue the let me know right away. Got my car back the same day and wasn t even charged for their work. Honesty and integrity. So I have problems with my sensor for my car for a smog. They worked on it for many hours and could not fix it because of computer issues. They did not charge me and gave me some very valuable advice. So nice to have a garage that is honest and fair. Coming back to have all my vehicles sevised here. Thank you Aren

I have been going to them for a couple years. They have fair pricing, and don t try to over charge you for stuff you don t need.Great quality work and done in a timely manner.They continually keep you in the loop on all that they are doing.Myself and my husband have our cars worked on there, my daughters, sons and my mom also go there.Would recommend to anyone period! Adam and his crew is my go to auto shop been going there for years totally courteous, totally professional extremely quick this last time I visited this place of business. I was having one of my vehicles checked out. He ran a total diagnostic on the vehicle and there was no charge, all the other repairs that I ve had done on other vehicles have been very fair in cost and professionally done. Great job, Ripon Auto.

My check engine light came on and I immediately drove to Ripon Auto repair. Adam put a code reader on my car and found out I had a small emissions leak. So we ordered the part and it came in within a week. I stopped by to check on it this morning, Adam put the part in and everything is working well. I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service I received. I will take all my future business to Ripon Auto Repair and urge everyone else to do the same.

I dropped my car off recently and told them about the problem it was having. They said it might be a week before they can get to it. I said that was fine. I said I wasn t sure but think it may be a bushing problem in the steering wheel and their may possibly be a recall. A couple days later I got a call and they said they took my car for a test drive to confirm and diagnose issue. They said it was the steering wheel bushing and to call the dealership because there was 3 months left on the warranty. They said that would save me anywhere from $500-$800 for the repair. They also said that I don t owe them anything. Ripon Auto Repair is a business you can trust and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The only shop I can say I honestly trust to get the job done. We only take our vehicles here and know they are in good hands. They found the issue in our Camaro that no other shop could find and fixed it, and have never disappointed since! I had an appt and dropped off my car in the morning to have my air conditioning looked at. They were packed with cars to work on and they got my car done by the end of the day and for a lot less moneythan I expected. I take my car in to get the oil changed as well.
