The service department did a great job! Customer service was excellent, and they did a thorough inspection, and fixed all the problems on my car. I highly recommend using them for services!

I walked in with no appointment, told them my problem,they fixed it and was on my way in 15minutes. And everyone was very very friendly and helpful

I brought my F250 in with a misfire due to a check engine light. My advisor, Vin, was incredibly helpful and was able to provide me with a clear and accurate estimate how to fix my vehicle. In his absence, I worked with Robert, who was just as helpful. Between the two of them, my truck was fixed and I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Rio Vista Ford! Your service team is 2nd to none! I will be bringing in my wife's jeep for service since it's the same service team dealing with both manufacturers!

Ordered my 2023 F250 from Kenny last October. Came from Stockton because my local dealer wasn t nice to deal with when I went in to order from them. Had a great experience here from the ordering process to the delivery of my truck and even when I came back to get the paint protectant applied.

I have been a Ford owner for over 20 years and I can honestly tell you that Rio Vista Ford is by far the BEST Ford dealership that I have EVER dealt with and will continue to deal with for years to come. I live 90 minutes away but because of the customer service that Ken and Steve Adgate provide their customers will have me returning for ALL of my Ford needs.Thank you Guys.

Thanks to Robert in the Service Department and to the technician! No issues with the vehicle after service. Our C-Max has over 100,00 miles and is still running strong thanks to the service from Rio Vista Ford.

RV Ford service was a positive experience. They were friendly, and assisted me to use Ford Pass credits. They addressed all the service concerns and even took care of the nail in my tire. Car was washed and looked great again to boot...

I took my Ford Explorer to the dealership yesterday for servicing and had an EXCELLENT experience!! My husband usually takes care of these kinds of things so it was my first time with this kind of thing. I want people to know this is a very professional business. I was not pressured to purchase extra services and I was treated with respect! Why travel out of RV when you can receive this level of service right here in town??? I highly recommend. Great job Rio Vista Ford

Made an appointment, the team got me in on time, did the servicing faster than expected and got me back on the road. Perfect interaction and could not be more satisfied. The people at Rio Vista Ford were pleasant and easy to work with and will surely be back.

A very well run location! I was very impressed with the customer service I received, from test driving to purchase I was treated well and they went out of their way to accommodate me. They stayed open after hours so that I could come after work and test drive a vehicle. Then they stayed open after hours on another day so I could sign the purchase agreement and pick up my car. These people really understand how to treat their customers and they are willing to work with you. The vehicles I saw were in excellent condition, kept clean and tidy. The prices are very fair and you get a good car at an awesome price.

Just purchased a used 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. I scoured the internet for this specific year make and model for over a month. These guys and gals had the best prices anywhere.The entire experience was great. No pressure from a shady sales guy and none of the typical BS back and forth with 5 different "managers"AJ was my "salesman" but didn't come across as a salesman. He just answered the questions I had. He never gave me any unrealistic expectations on pricing or warranty. Highly recommend asking for him.Kenny handled my trade in and final pricing on everything. I told him what I wanted for my trade in and was expecting to have to haggle for something in the middle. He immediately said yes to my first offer for my trade in.I give this place a 10/10 for the entire experience highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this professional polite and courteous dealership.I arrived at the dealership and was able to take a look at some cars before I walked into the showroom where I was politely greeted. The entire process from Stark to test-drive, application, financing, and delivery was amazing.The whole team from salesperson to manager and finance manager works together respectfully with one another and focused on delivering honest value to the customer. They spend an extra half hour plus or more working to get me a lower interest rate and they were able to do it.I highly recommend Rio Vista Ford for anyone who wants an honest deal on a quality car.

Had a great experience buying a used Explorer from Rio Vista ford! Both the salesman and the young lady who did the paperwork were very helpful and pleasant. after having shopped around for quite awhile, I was happy with the listed price as it was the best I had seen for a vehicle this clean. I would highly advise anyone that the little drive to Rio Vista was well worth the savings!

I bought my Jeep from here and was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service I received from the staff. They helped me through the entire process and made it more enjoyable for me. I had been to several other places and chose here because of the selection they had and how they went out of their way to help get me the vehicle I wanted and needed to fity budget. I highly recommend this location for everyone. If they don't have what you want they will do what they can do get it.

They are a dealership of snakes and liars. They will tell you anything to get you to buy or get service. After they have your money they will not stand behind a single word. They're liars and scam artists. We had some good years with dealing with them and did have some good experiences in the past. Our last few experiences has been getting lied to, being told that things would not be covered because some loop hole that they weren't aware when they got you to buy the vehicle. Or on a separate experience give them 15k dollars to have them rebuild the motor on your diesel truck, then tell you the motor is covered, then when you continue to have motor issues be told over and over well that happens to be the one part that the 15k dollar rebuild doesn't cover. Never go to this dealership! My family and I have now been screwed on multiple vehicles now that they have said were covered then come up with some loophole why its not covered and they need more money. I will personally never set foot at this dealership again.

Just bought our second truck from Rio Vista Ford and couldn't be happier. We live closer to two other Ford dealerships, but the sales department and experiences we have had at Rio Vista Ford is worth the drive. Absolutely no hassle and no pressure, just tell Kenny or Richard what you are looking for and if they don't have it on their lot, they find it for you. If you want a no hassle car or truck buying experience and wanted to be treated like you are family, go to Rio Vista Ford.

Curtis and AJ and the secretary were very helpful and knowledgeable. Curtis helped us find just the right vehicle (truck) for my needs. Went back and forth between an F150 4x4 and an F250 4x4 & finally settled on the F150 4x4 with and 8 foot bed. The rebates were too good to pass up and cinched the deal for us.I would recommend Rio Vista Ford to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. Whether it be a new one or a previously owned one.

Always had good experiences here til this last visit. Service guy test drives my wife's car and sees the issue we brought car in for....but that didn't matter cause the "tech" i.e...mechanic also has to test drive....he can't take the word of service guy. Up to Dixon from now on I guess!?!

Went in to look at a car advertised for sale on car gurus. We were not greeted by any one. Sat in the showroom for a half hour waiting, waiting and waiting. Finally went to a salesman's office and interrupted his breakfast to ask about the car we were looking for. Sold it last night. So we left.

$20,000 over msrp on a vehicle not including taxes and fees is price gouging at its worst! Buy anywhere else besides here!

Ford is the best! Hey rio vista down the road is infested with afids and they sell bug loaded prerolls and bug loaded cookies to unsuspecting customers.
