Did an excellent job for us today. He's honest, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. Found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. We highly recommend him for any service you need on your RV. He brings everything he needs for the job and does it right. He even did more than we asked him to do initially without hesitation or complaint. We appreciate this man's hard work. Looked around for a mobile RV service to help me with an electrical problem I was having with my Toy hauler that I discovered after getting home from work Wednesday evening before Labor Day Weekend. Reached out to Delta RV Services Thursday morning to see if they could help me out that day due to me leaving for a camping trip the next day. Told Dwayne the issues I was having and was needing to get it fixed ASAP and he made time to come out that afternoon and take a look at it. Had replacement part on hand and was able to get the trailer up and running again, with a very reasonable price for the last minute emergency repair. Will definitely call Dwayne first with future RV repair needs

Dwayne is both professional and personable!! He has that "can do" attitude from understanding what is actually happening. Dwayne fixed everything on my list.... toilet seat, drawer clasp, batteries, fridge short, door latch, etc.!! It feels so good to get those tasks done!!Thank you Dwayne!! You are my "go to" RV guy!!

So happy to have found Dwayne. When I find a knowledgeable Airstream mechanic, I bookmark them. My furnace was not working and finally decided to do something about it after I exhausted my limited knowledge. I saw all the wonderful feedback about Dwayne at Delta RV Services, and they were right! Reasonable and fair pricing, a speedy fix and was so happy that he could service my trailer on site. Yay! I have heat again :D

Dwayne is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My awning stopped working in the extended position, which could have been a disaster. Dwayne offered to make a special trip in the evening, same day to help me. But he also gave me a detailed explanation of exactly how to fix the problem myself (after manufacturer help like and emergency support couldn t quite diagnose over the phone). His explanation was spot on.

Look no further--Just call Dwayne!!We scheduled a new RV slide topper ahead of our arrival to Rio Vista. Dwayne made appointment quickly, was on time and prepared. We have used his services in the past and are very, very pleased with the quality of his work, his friendliness and willingness to answer any questions or suggest additional repairs without any pressure. His pricing is reasonable for the quality of his work. Couldn't ask for a better repair service!

Since the first conversation with Dwayne, I knew things would turn out great. Dwayne understood the problem with the RV water tank, recommended going tankless, guesstimated a quote for parts, provided a window of time for the parts to come, then got to work on the scheduled time/date for replacement. He did an excellent job with the electrical, product installation, plumbing, and ensured the product was braced well and sealed. Dwayne has a great personality and is very professional. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend calling Dwayne with Delta RV Services. Our water heater went out late in the evening, when I called him about 8pm, he answered the call and he helped me trouble shoot the issue, his first thought of what the issue may be was spot on. He had the part I needed to get the water heater back up and running and let me meet with him at 8:45pm to purchase the part to install myself which was very simple. I would give more than five stars if I could as I greatly appreciated his help and friendliess.Service: Electrical

This review is one I really didn t want to write, but sometimes honest feedback can be challenging when it s not all good. I ll begin with the positives: We have been a customer since July, 2021. Our initial service was timely and professional. Dwayne appeared competent and charged a reasonable fee based on A/C repair, awning light replacement and tracing/re-wiring electrical issues caused by a mouse. Since he came to our rescue quickly and was able to solve our problems, I tipped him generously and didn t question the lack of an itemized invoice. Dwayne was compensated for a job well done within the agreed time and fee estimate.Our last experience with Dwayne was completely different. We had two issues to address at the same time:*Dometic 120 volts / 12 volts LP Gas refrigerator would not stay cold: After testing and diagnosis, we decided to replace it with a residential refrigerator. Dwayne took measurements and helped me choose one that would fit and satisfy our need for more food storage. He informed me labor would be more for bringing a helper. I agreed, but was disenchanted when my husband actually had to help both of them get the job done. Firstly, the Dometic uninstall was fine. The new refrigerator install, however, was unprofessionally done: 1. Our new appliance was dropped getting it up the stairs causing dents in the refrigerator door my husband actually had to help get it through the front door after he saw them drop it, 2. Dwayne did not bring proper tools to do the install (also provided by my husband), 3. My husband actually modified the fridge space with his saw, 4. Refrigerator was not leveled after being secured (my husband did that as well). Still Dwayne was paid in full AND tipped to my husband s dismay.*King slide on our Montana High Country fifth wheel: The cable bracket was pulled out of the wall during a move. Dwayne inspected it, but didn t have time left to repair it the same day as the refrigerator. He claimed he could fix the slide; not just put a bandaid on it to make it road worthy. The bracket was installed fine. The slide was not adjusted properly and I received a text stating he couldn t figure out how to adjust it and I would have to take it to a dealer. So we were charged another service fee of $250, plus another $300 for an incomplete repair.Adding insult to injury, my husband called Dwayne to express his disappointment in the work, to get a detailed explanation for his fee, and more importantly why he felt deserving of compensation. My husband was met with F-bombs, excuses for his incompetence and stated he only did this job to do me (the wife) a favor because he liked me. Ultimately, he told my husband to pay him whatever we thought was fair or not at all . So we paid him $250 after all, the bracket was installed.In summary, I am not accustomed to paying for someone s best try . I believe I have paid over and above for previous services including tips. I also believe I should not have to pay twice for the same repair, as I had to have another service fix his failed attempt. Furthermore, I think Dwayne should have told me this was beyond his capabilities rather than charge me for time spent and the extra resource used trying to complete this job.I do not appreciate the unprofessional way we were treated as customers; particularly his language, anger issues, rudeness to park management and lack of skills. The silver lining is it forced us to seek another professional, competent repair service.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

"We were so excited to find a mobile RV repair person. Dwayne replaced a broken TV antenna, on our motorhome. We can not speak highly enough of him. He was professional, prompt, efficient and courteous. Dwayne, also, took the time to show us how to use the remote to operate the new antenna. Dwayne and Ed were great. Cost was very reasonable. They checked over a number of problems that the dealer could not seem to fix and quickly did some maintenance things as well. Generator, wardrobe slide out, calking on roof, burnt out dome lights, leaking hot water line. Dwayne did in 1 hour what the dealer services people had literally spent months on. I highly recommend Delta RV Services and will definitely use them again.

Dwayne was awesome! Showed up on time. Got my fridge working again. And my dump valves working as well. Great customer service and will definitely be calling him again next time something breaks down.

I used Dwayne to fix a few repairs on my travel trailer. Dwayne was priced competitively compared to others in the area but his quality and honesty is what sets him apart. Duane was very courteous on the phone as well in person,he showed up right on time equipped with all necessary tool got right to work and diagnosed my problem in minutes while i spent several hours trying to figure it out on my own. he runs a valuable service for the RV community that is hard to find. Dwayne came out to work on a 5th wheel I recently purchased. The previous owner had removed the stock water heater and installed a tankless water heater, which looked terrible and was non-functional. After calling severally other r.v. services and getting no where on getting hot water in my rig, I found Dwayne. He was able to remove the tankless water heater and put a new stock water heater on my 5th wheel and now we have got water again! If he was able to fix the disaster that was once my hot water heater, I'm postive he will be able to help anyone with their r.v. repairs.
