I took my Sienna in a few months ago for an oil change and tires. Service was quick and reasonable for a dealership. All of the employees were very friendly. I communicated with quite a few of them as I walked around the dealership. They let me know of other parts that needed replaced, but I didn t feel forced to purchase any of those parts. Ian in service was VERY helpful and easy to talk to. He is a stand out employee. I recently made a complaint and they were QUICK to solve the issue. It was nice to see that they take costumer service seriously. I will definitely be back.

After looking for a long time to buy my new car at several dealers, Jesse B. patiently contacted me for several months helping me buy the car I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me like other dealers regularly do. Service Department is great. Robbie was super helpful during the repair process and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. A+ on service!Parts department is very reasonable. Anthony was able to look up my parts with no problems, he listened to my concerns and got me the right part the first time! Thank you!Sales Department is great! I haven t bought a car yet but I was browsing the selection while my car was in for service. I was approached several times and asked if I needed any help.

I want to say thank you to the service team. I came in thinking something fell off my truck. Turned out to be major stuff that my normal Toyota Service dept did not even do. You guys caught the problem and fixed it, and I am so grateful!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, AND THANK YOU!! I travel a lot for work, and my truck is what gets me there. And Dory, you rock ! I am 100% satisfied with my service at our local Toyota dealership. I had just got my wheels and tires balanced at a mom and pop local shop here in town and ended up with death wobble type shaking. As this shop normally has amazing reviews, I caked it up to being something else so I took it to our local Toyota to be serviced. We had just bought the vehicle out of town at another dealership other than Toyota so they were unaware of what recommended services were due. Toyota got me in that day and by the end of the day I knew what was going on and what was recommended. They had discovered that the tires were way off balance. Almost as if the other shop didn't do anything, the other shop had put too many weights on. The mechanic that looked over the vehicle did his due diligence and looked up what had already been done, what needed to be done and even found out about a recalls that I wasnot notified about. He went out of his way to check the history instead of just what the vehicle was reading. I appreciate the fact he went above and beyond. The service representative, dory, also was phenomenal. She kept me updated anytime anything changed, gave me financing options if I needed assistance and made sure to verify with me before the mechanics touched the vehicle. Dory also listed them from most critical to what could wait and I appreciated that. Overall I am very happy with the way Toyota presented themselves and the way they treated me as a paying customer. I would highly recommend Toyota of Ridgecrest to anyone, even if they do not own a Toyota.Way to go, Toyota of Ridgecrest! I will be back!

Always a great experience buying a car from Toyota Ridgecrest. We have bought 3 cars with Jesse and Jesus. Bruce always helps us with the paperwork signing. Overall they are really great and make the whole process really smooth.

We had just bought a Toyota from a different dealership other than Toyota and so the recommended servicing needed to be done. We had just put wheels and tires on at another small town shop and ended up with death wobble right before a vacation. Toyota of ridgecrest took our vehicle in and re-balanced the tires, did all the necessary services and called us anytime they had an update in price before actual doing the service.They pride themselves on being in a small town and definitely live up to their other reviews. I would recommend this Toyota to anyone.

I have had such a great experience with this location, not only with my Mercedes but now with my outlander. They are so nice and helpful and really tell you what is wrong with your car without charging you extra and on top of it all being so honest and genuine. I will always use service center when it comes to any of our cars because of the amazing customer service! Thank you Toyota of ridgecrest !!

Such a great experience here ! After 3 failed attempts at buying used trucks we were able to get a new truck here ! We were skeptical at first since other attempts failed. Everything went so great! Jesse was a great help kept us updated and explain everything the guy we signed the contract with was great as well very helpful I cannot remember his name sadly I wish I could give him credit! Best dealership ever had my 5 kids with me and they didn t mind bought us some water made us feel comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and I will be buying again from them !! Nothing but positive vibes

I am a single older lady with a Rav4. I have gone by 5 times in the last 2 years, when my light comes on for tire pressure (usually weather changes). Each time they quickly take it back, check tire pressure, and fix them right up for me. I hope they know how much this means to me, as I am pretty particular when it comes to where my rubber meets the road. They keep me SAFE! Thank you Toyota service people!!

This is my fifth Toyota Tacoma from our local Ridgecrest dealership, and I can assure you that I would never consider buying another Tacoma from anyone else because I believe we should support local businesses and Paul, Bobby and Dory all rock the service department and shout out to Freddy Etoch for running a fabulous crew!

Very quick service .. nice staff .. I normally go for oil change there .. I have a Honda Civic .. I used synthetic lube oil .. paying $64.20 .. their service includes oil change,,oil n filter checking,,multipoint vehicle inspection. Resetting maintenance or change oil light. Adjusting tire pressure. While vehicle is in service they offer their own cab service to drop you off and pick you up. If you want wait n seat there they have a waiting section also with magazines.

Let it be known walk in's welcomed concerning smog check. In a community of slight of hand by using EMP's on two vehicles of ours. On 12-29-2023 in the parking lot while I was about to go into the service center, a EMP was used on the car from who I don't know. I'm not a mind reader but understand perception management, this technology does exist and is being implemented to intimidate, stall, delay, and hide behind the bureaucracy of smog checks to deny a O.I. original inhabitant true cosmic freedom to travel as they please within this realm this denial will be returned to sender's the denial to travel in another realm.

I bought a 2023 Toyota Corolla from this dealership and I would like to warn anyone who buys from here make sure you ask for all information the finance guy Bruce like to make decisions for you without asking. I was ready to purchase everything I could for my vehicle and when I found out I didn t I called them back Bruce said on the phone that he didn t offer the things he didn t feel like i needed and now they are not allowing me the option to make the decisions so I would steer clear

The website listing cars seems like a bait and switch operation. Cars on line are not on site, and prices seem different. But hopefully I'm mistaken. I went to site twice, first time alone and walked through site, was never approached by a salesperson. Then went with my adult son, it was immediately assumed he would be buying. I felt like unless you're a man, you're disregarded? So then stating my wishes, based on what I'd seen on website, was informed the vehicle I'd seen was not there. Then was shown a used car, not what I was looking for. Sadly, my down payment and purchase will be spend out of town. I really want to support the local economy, but feel helpless in achieving that wish.

I bought a car on June 28, 2021 the motor blew up 5 days later. It was towed back to the dealership after it sat on the side of the road for 8 days I had to drive down to the office and I live 2 hours away and sit there until someone went to get it. It then took them 4 1/2 months to fix it. When I got it back the motor blew up again within a month an half. Due to the motor being installed improperly. I would think at this point they should be able to take some responsibility for selling me a broken car and then taking there time to install it improperly. Instead they told me that they washed there hands of me and sent the car somewhere else where they paid less then the warranty did the first time to install a new motor. They stated it was a goodwill gesture. I was offered a rental car for 10 days from them this entire time which they submitted for payment from my warranty. I have never dealt with such rude self serving people in my life and hope to never have to do it again. I am still without a car but do have about a $400 payment every month. I wish I would have chose anywhere else but this location to do business with.
