They did an awesome job repairing my car after it was involved in an accident. My car runs perfectly, and I'm happy as a clam. Great communication throughout the whole process, and I'm pleased it didn't take too long. Also they did some cleaning in my car which was a nice touch. I highly recommend them!

Always professional, always give honest estimates, always provide excellent results. There are other auto body places in town. All of them wish they were Sam's Paint & Glass. They're not.

I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a bobcat on the way back from a trip to Alabama Hills, in a BRAND NEW car that I had for less than a month when this accident happened, and Sam's in Ridgecrest was the closest insurance-approved body shop that my car was towed to.I have NOTHING but incredible things to say about Sam's. They handled my anxieties and worries with grace, were great communicators even with the COVID-19 delays on parts, and their service was over and above what I ever could have expected. They were so kind to me (especially Natalie!!) even though I was a complete stress ball dealing with insurance, work deadlines, and so many other timing stresses, and I called them OFTEN to get updates and try to coordinate things. Being from Phoenix (7+ hours away from Ridgecrest), it was A LOT to handle and I am so thankful that this is where my car was brought. They fixed it my car up like NEW and even washed it and topped it off with fluids right before I picked it up.THANK YOU SO MUCH, everyone at Sam's, for making my worst nightmare feel so much better and for taking such amazing care of me and my car!!

I got into a parking lot accident, and unfortunately used the at fault person's insurance. I took my van to Palmdale and they did a horrible job. I took them to small claims and won.I stopped by here the same day of the accident, and received excellent treatment. That brought me back to get the van repaired correctly. It's only been a couple of days but the difference is totally noticeable from the day I dropped it off. I am epically happy.I highly recommend them, and because they are good, they are busy. They were really expensive to replace a front windshield plus they were the only ones that had to have me go down there for an estimate. The estimate I had got didn't include everything so it was going to be more than $500 for a front windshield for a Scion TC. That's crazy..I found a place that would do everything & the windshield for $175 out of town that was for everything the labor, the mould ect. $175 way better price for sure.

I was recently in an accident that resulted in significant damage to my vehicle. I decided to have Sam's Paint & Glass do my body work and they did a phenomenal job! They were extremely easy to work with and they did an impeccable job restoring my vehicle. They went above and beyond my expectations!!! I would highly recommend them.

A big thank you to a standout business. Several other places in town wouldn't look at a problem I had with the shell on my pickup truck bed, because they didn't think it worth their while, but here at sam's they took the time to examine the problem, think outside the box and come up with a clever solution. I have no doubt the other guys are competent but this case shows the value of someone who is in the business because he enjoys solving problems and enjoys the work for its own sake, rather than someone who's just in it for the bottom line.

After a minor rear-ending at a red light, the rear of the car looks practically brand new. Clean, smooth, and perfectly repainted to the rest of the car. What's more is they're the only body shop nearby that works with my insurance, which made it extremely easy to forward them any sort of paperwork to work with the insurance.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

An Estimate.The drivers side window would not roll down without pushing the glass off to the side. The estmate here at Sam's was five times higher than the completed job.The dislike (2 stars) is based on the Estimate for being five times higher than what was paid for the completed fix elsewhere.
