The staff and manager especially (Jesse) is extremely helpful and kind. Today I was trying to get a situation figured out with my car that has been an on going problem with the truck and now has impacted my car. If it hadn't been for the staff at this location my children and I would be without the car and reliable transportation. Jesse and the rest of the staff truly helped our situation tremendously today and honestly really changed my mindset and view on the town and what it has become quite a bit. A great reminder of how god really does work in the most unexpected ways and I'm still unsure how to actually respond. I am so grateful for them today and the kindness they've provided in a very dark time for my children and I.

Too High of Prices on general car needs Oil, Transmission Fluid etc.On the Positive, they will go out and help you with the problem with Testers or Air Compressor for a flat even to help me open my hood. Customer Service-I give O'Reilly's..........

Good prices and service.EDIT: went for a battery the other day. Staff was I'm the back yacking, while customers were waiting. When I did get help, the gentleman told me to go look and find a battery that matched. The one he suggested didn't work. He offered no help. Went to AutoZone. Gal looked up what I needed and found it right away.

Staff needs a little more training on automotive stuff, the way things are ordered needs some fixing! other then that great place to get auto parts from!

I like Auto Zone better. I spent a lot of money for parts here and one guy refused to put windshield wipers on for me and I tip well!! Last time I ever go here! I went over to auto zone. They always are happy to help!!!

Sometimes they're really helpful, sometimes not so much. It really depends who's working I guess. The last time I went in there I handed the guy some light bulbs I wanted to buy and he said "huh?" And looked at me with a confused look. "Sir, I would just like to buy these light bulbs!" I didn't say that out loud. But come on.

A very clean and well organized autoparts store. Staff are very friendly and get you what you're needing very promptly. I would definitely recommend O'Reillys if you're needing anything for a vehicle.

Didn't have in stock what I needed & the wait time to order was going to be too long so I went to another parts business. **I'd like to say that it wasn't that this business tried to accommodate me, they tried very hard to be able to satisfy me regarding what I needed. And I will continue to use this business as I have always been pleased with their service towards customers. FYI...I was trying to get parts for a quad which they normally carry surprisingly. It all was a last-minute need & I had looked up the parts in OReilly's online site simply hoping to have good luck.

Very helpful. They try hard to get the right parts for you. It doesn t always work out but they give it their best effort. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to know where to find stuff. Couldn t ask for more.

I bought a locked gas cap for almost $25 .and wanted to by 2car seat covers for $49. And ask the lady if I could open and check if they would fit my car . she said no because it s to hard to to put it back in the box. So you just lost a customer.

It s great going to O Reilly auto parts. They have a large assortment of electrical connections if you re restoring an automobile.

Pretty standard auto parts store. On the plus side, they carry OE brand parts like Motorcraft, which apparently AutoZone doesnt. Ordering from O'Reilly's online, on the other hand, is challenging at times, and their customer support chat is mostly useless.

This is the best Oreillys. All the employees are fantastic. Usually have the parts we need. If they don't have a part they can usually get it next day. They could teach customer service to many businesses in town, especially Chrome zone (Autozone ) and many of the local businesses. These guys Rock!!!

Closes late (well later than other stores) and it was a life saver when we realized our car's headlights were too dim. The employees quickly looked up headlights for our car and where very caring, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our panic; thank you!

These guys were really helpful. I had a flat tire and was rolling on my spare late on a Friday. All of the tire shops in town were closed. I picked up a tire repair kit and they let me use their tools and air compressor. Saved our family vacation to Death Valley.

Very helpful and respectful staff. Even though I am a girl they didn't treat me like I was dumb. Very helpful with the parts I needed, but didn't have, they even called a different store to see if they had one.

This place sucks. Terrible customer service. None of the associates were interested in helping and had very little knowledge. I recommend going to auto zone, where they have good customer service and know what they re doing.

Very knowledgeable employees! I came in looking for a part for my nephew's vehicle and the employees were very knowledgeable and help me immediately with my purchase. I was very impressed and I would very much recommend this establishment.

I loved it because it had garbage containers outside. My car needed trash cleaned out of it and most businesses don't put trash containers outside, or for that matter, inside. I also found a product that the other place was out of @

Their return program sucks, if you buy something and give them your number I don t always put it in there computer, there s two things I tried returning they would not honor.

The store's layout makes it easy to find whatever your looking for, they even rent out specialty tools and if you have a question, just ask the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful employees
