Shelves are almost completely empty they don't even have the full line of oil the entire store looks like it will be condemned a week after you walk in.

Bad customer service!! Ordered an awning and told me that it will come Friday if I pay shipping. 3 days after Friday order still not arrived and no details where its at! They keep saying about their DC havent called them back about the tracking.

Bought a battery here and the guy behind the counter installed it for me which was awesome! They are always helpful over the phone and in person. The store is a mess but so it goes sometimes.

The entire staff at this Napa location are some of the most helpful and friendly employees I have ever came across at any store. They were quick to ask me what I needed and also made sure I didn't forget my brake fluid before I checked out. Thank you all for your help!

Actually I was thought I was doing the review for AutoZone but since this is Napa I give it a three the staff is knowledgeable but the store is poorly stocked there's stuff everywhere it's closes way too early just feels dirty and dingy can't wait for carquest to open actually

They refused to accept my core return from another Napa. The store is a mess, there s stuff everywhere it s hard to walk around it. Worst Napa I ve ever been too.

I have a 2009 Audi and I need a part that I didn't know what it was and took it to orielys and AutoZone and none of them knew that it was and didn't even try to help too figure it out I went to Napa and was very helpful and helped me figure out what it was unfortunately it's a part that they can't get it for me but help me find a place too order them so I am very thankful and will be going there for now

I purchased some wiper blades for $31.00. The guys installed them. All went well. Nice staff.

Used to be my go-to place for parts... lately it seems as though they've been slipping. Customer service has been lacking since an apparent change in management, store seems disorganized and availability of parts on hand is less impressive than it used to be. Tried getting a hose they said didnt exist, competitor had it next day... step it up, guys.

I've had problems with every single part store even Napa. I can say I've had the least amount of problems here and they have higher quality parts than others.

Always higher-quality parts than "the other guys," but I usually have to order what I need. The guys behind the counter are always helpful and friendly, though.

I was amazed because most Napas are closed Sunday, but these guys were open and saved my bacon on a serious breakdown.
