JR saved the day after I blew out 2 sidewalls thinking this SUV was a truck and could go anywhere but pavement. Quick service at a very good price! Thank you!

I had the worst experience EVER at this joker shop!!!!! The head honcho dip@$#& took total advantage of an older lady and pulled a shady cash under the table deal- I needed two rear tires for my Jeep Cherokee and he put the wrong size on( which made my panel warnings go crazy), told me the tires were new( they were 5 years old!!! He ripped me off for 320.00 and once I got everything the way it was supposed to be he refused to return my money and so I'm stuck with 2 tires I can never use- shame on you!!! Just remember,Karma is a B?$@#&, schmo

Pretty quick response and work.I need to change Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor.They have replaced it quickly and service charge was also so reasonable.

I got two used tires in good condition. They asked me for $80 each I talked them down to $70. Super expensive still. In Apple Valley or LA you can get used tires for $35/40 although i know Ridgecrest is generally more expensive.I was in a rush but wondering if A&L would have been half the price. Should have called around. Either way I regret it. Bad customer service and were slow for not being crowded. At least they had my tire size. The other spot didn't so 2 stars for selection.

Less then 5k miles on my tires .and there almost bald already .Really not good honeslty .Sure good service but terrible quality of tires for brand new tires

I will never forget about the time I had popped my tire on garlock and was driving on a spare. So I knew I desperately needed a tire and Jr took advantage of me. He charged me full price for a tire for my car (wrong size I want to add). After I paid him he owed me about $10-12 he wouldn t give me back my change and pulled out his giant wad of cash from his shirt pocket and stuffed it in there. I want to also mention I was practically homeless and living in a motel at the time. That $12 he took was for me to put it in my gas tank for work. Later on I went to Americas tire in Lancaster and after they looked at it the wrong tire Jr put on messed up my alignment so bad that I had to pay $800 to get it fixed along with $ for a new tire. They literally thought a person who knew nothing about putting on a tire on my car did this.

Needed tires ASAP because my wife and I are moving tomorrow. I called around to compare prices and Jr s had the best price for 4 new tires. It s amazing how a tire change can change the way your car rides. The employees were friendly and fast to get the job done. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in need of new tires.

Zero stars. Younger guy needs a new line of work. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The older guy fixed it while the younger guy was outside talking on his phone trying to convince some girl of something. He then comes over to my vehicle and asks what tire it is. I tell him which one. Im thinking for paperwork then he says pull up, so I told him it has already been fixed. He said that will be $20. So next I said motion charges 5 or 10. He then tells me he will call them and will keep it on speaker so I will hear everything. He called motion and gave tire size and asked how much to fix a flat. Motion said 10. He still insisted on asking them for my tire size. Motion still says 10. After getting off the phone, he goes over to the older guy and says she has a complaint about the price because motion only charges 10. Older guy tells him to charge me 10. The rudeness didn't stop there. He continued in the office. Asked me why I didn't look at their website because the prices are there. Also said next time for me to go to motion. He kept on... So I told him he needs to SHUT UP and he has horrible customer service. About then is when he threatened to call the cops and was saying I was being rude. I told him I was in defense

We had a good experience getting used tires put on. It was like 40 dollars cheaper than a few other places in town, which I appreciated. They were quick, polite, and the car seems to be driving great. I'd recommend.

Called ahead and asked if they could patch my tire. The man said he could so I drove over and went inside. I was the only customer there, walked in and the worker was eating a burrito under the front desk. Now I don't care if you're having your breakfast while it's slow, more power to you. But when a customer comes in, stop eating under the desk and be at least somewhat professional. Don't continue eating under the desk while talking with food in your mouth. Then instead of coming out to see what I need done he had me go check and bring take a photo of it because he didn't want to stop eating. Then once I do he told me he'd "be right out" I stand outside at my car for 10 minutes, go back inside and he was still just eating behind the desk. He finally came out after I went back in to get him. I show him the tire and explain I want a patch. He has me pull up, and takes my tire out of my trunk. Then I ask if I can leave my vehicle there while he patched it and he tells me changing the tire will take less than 5 minutes. I explain again that I want a patch, not a new tire. He then tried telling me I can't get a patch on this tire that the damage was too extensive and I need a whole new tire for $90. So I asked him again if he could just patch it and he denied. So I asked him nicely to just put my tire back. He then argues with me telling me that "no one in town will patch this tire" and asking me where I'm going to go instead. He was extremely rude about the fact I didn't just take his word and chose to go elsewhere. It's sad to see that some mechanics still try and take advantage of girls when they need car work done. I went to Motion and they patched my tire without any issue for $10.

I've been going zJrs for a few years to have a tire fixed. ZIve purchased good used tires there, they have new tires too. It's a all shop. They've always done a good job for me within my budget, they are pretty quick but tires are checked food. I recommend going there. The other tire store charge me $1200. for tires I looked up online same tires were $75. each then when I needed a patch they charged me $15. Jr's doesn't rip people off only place I will go.

I went in for a tire rotation today. I used to work at a tire shop. When we did rotations we balanced the tires that went on the front, checked the air pressure, cleaned the wheels/tires, and torqued the lug nuts when putting the wheels back on. They did none of that and the younger guy was short and slightly rude. Not to mention he tried to overcharge me. Luckily Jr, or who I assume is junior, only charged the $15.

Martin was courteous and professional from the time he answered my call to offer me a price, to the time I left his shop. We had a few things wrong that we needed to be "worked with" on, and he was more than willing. I appreciate going to shops like his because I honestly feel good about referring him to my friends, & I will definitely go back Thanks Martin & Pedro

Super helpful, very friendly and incredibly fast. The guys are very professional. Their shop is clean and we'll organized. They also have used tires but the prices on new tires are quite low already.

In small towns that are REALLY off the beaten trail, its impossible to find a great price, and a helpful, honest, business that will give you the help you need, because it is simply a matter of survival. This company, has bent over backwards, EACH and every time, helping me beyond my largest expectations, with speedy, courteous, professional service, and hasn't missed a beat one single time. I will give my business to them, without fail, 1st and foremost. This business is honorable and deserving.

Had a non fixable flat on my vacation with a nail in the sidewall. Luckily Martin had a used matching tire for my truck. Mounted and balanced and a super friendly guy! Very happy. Highly recommend.

I bought two USED tires at 90 a piece w a gaurantee they would last at least 40000 miles.i got less than 60 miles out and one was flat.a pinhole in the sidewall. He said he would take care of it if there were problems.he lied. NEVER AGAIN. Most dishonest tire place i have EVER dealt with

Great service, great prices. Drove up said "I need a tire." He said "what size and do you want new or used?" I ended up getting a new tire and it was almost half the price of the same tire just around the corner. Going there again tomorrow to get another.

called and was quoted $5.00 a wheel to balance my tires and to come on down they'd get 'right on it' and it would take about 20-25 minutes. took an hour and forty five minutes, then tried to charge me $40 for balancing 3 tires- said it was an additional $20 because 'he rotated them', even though they were already off the vehicle and involved NO additional work. also didnt get a receipt, or a written estimate. won't be going back there

Great prices & knowledgeable staff. Convienent & easy to get to. Never have had to wait very long for "last minute" service but can call to make appointments for full service needs.

Went over to Juniors Tires this morning about 10:15, to have them look at a damaged tire.The gentleman there didn t smile, didn t greet me, didn t walk over. He just looked up and then look back at what he was doing and said what did you need ? Then he gave me what I perceived to be a somewhat hostile attitude. I was made to feel as though I was burdening him by being there. I remember a few years ago, things were much different at this little tire shop. Very sad. Extremely disappointed.

Bought 2 new tires 1 ended up having a factory defect and it took me a week to get back but when i did jr without hesitation gave me a new tire after confirming the defect. I Highly recommend his shop

Got a couple new tires herethe guy put them on and when i got my van back it had a major pull to the left side. The guy told my husband we bent our rims and we needed new ones. Took my van to another place and my husband was told jrs put to many weights on oneside. Had to get it rebalanced. So now i paid for the same service twice. Will not go back here
